Big bazaar: Due to low foot fall, the AC was off or on absolute minimum. It was very stuffy inside.The staff was helpful.Got good discount.Atria Mall : At every lift entrance on each floor, a map of the outlets is a MUST. We visited every floor and couldnt find a single soul to ask directions. Seemed lost without yhe floor map.

Fraud total fraud team and brand, I ordered products, it was suppose to be delivered by morning 9 am. Ordered online from Big Bazaar, Atria Mall, Mumbai. Received one item less without any information or acknowledgement from Big Bazaar for sending one less item. After making dozens complaints / phone calls Big Bazaar refunded the money for item not delivered.Big Bazaar doing business with low ethics!

I visit their once and I dnt knw that the Tryelroom was close nobody inform us but one lady she jst came and stred saying this and that even she dnt knw how to talk with guess.. Even I told her we are soory we dnt that its was close but still than she dnt stop at allll...atlist be good with the customers if you want to run a good business.

Big Bazaar at Atria Mall is not a shopper’s delight. The air conditioning doesn’t function and it is hot. Staff gives the same excuse that work is going on and it is being repaired. How can a simple thing like this take almost two years to repair? Staff are least interested and have no knowledge. The shelves are practically empty. Out of 10 commodities on my list, only 50% were available. Kindly rectify this asap. Reliance, Star Bazaar and even Sahakari Bhandar are better stocked.

Good range of apparels and the food court is nice too.However for some reason the air conditioning was off in the apparel section and hence it was very hot there. A bit congested in the billing section.

Visited FBB of Big bazaar in Atria Mall on 03 Jan. The collections in the store are good, however, the staff in men section are impolite, rude and not helpful. Queries are not answered or when answered are incorrect. Furthermore, to spoil your day and shopping experience there are those credit card executives who will keep pestering you and diverts your attention from the task in hand and annoy you. Moreover especially during this pandemic period, they are not maintaining social distancing and wearing mask and keep jumping over you asking questions for taking credit cards. Even after indicating there is No requirement of credit card, the keep troubling you kind of harassment. Overall I had a terrible experience shopping here and had to leave the place considering the safety of my family. Have shopped in FBB on many cities, but this one was a different experience.2 stars are only for the collections and discount in the store.

This place is located on second floor of Atria mall. They have good bakery section where you can pull some nicely done breads and just besides that they have sweets and confectionery ...and there is a dining area where you can order pastas , burgers, juices and other stuff. Very good vegetable and fruits sections at a reasonable price...plus the other groceries for the house can be grabbed here easily....staff is good and helpful...lots of billing counters ..so no issues...you do not have to spend time in queues....contrary to the other stores ...this is very clean and well connected with the escalators and lift . Kudos to BB for bringing this up in Atria Mall.

Pretty impressed with this Branch of Big Bazaar in comparison to the others. I generally prefer going to Food Hall or Nature’s Basket for groceries.I was in some kind shock when I entered. It was not crowded at all neither were the guys and girls managing the floor ignorant about the products or where they are placed unlike the other branches.The place is well stocked with literally everything. The Food Bazaar is the best. Apart from the necessary vegetables and fruits they also had a few exotic ones. Impressive.I also like how they have a small cafe which serves some decent snacks, pasta, dosa to name a few.Good to see Big Bazaar like this!

This is one of the best of the Big Bazaar s in Mumbai.The array of food, provisions, house hold items is within a very clean and well maintained atmosphere. They even have space for small eats with a good bakery. The service provided by the staff is also very satisfactory.

Being in the mall, there is valet available and lift right outside the store making it really convinient

Even though its open now but have enormously reduced the varities and options. At least I struggled to even get something which I could have got in normal market. Also discounts and offers are hardly present. Disappointed.

Fantastic options for shopping whatever you want, if you dont like crowds then avoid going here on weekends and visit on weekdays. Especially if you want to buy clothes from here then either go in the early morning or on weekdays so you can try as many clothes you want without waiting in queues.

Good and hygienic food. Tables need to be firmer & stable, felt like it may collapse on us. Also spoons provided should be better, as they break & cant hold liquids etc .

Nice, clean, centrally located, Big Bazaar brought a dying Atria Mall back to life. The staff are nice and helpful most of the time. They made a nice cosy cafeteria which serves the most amazing Dosas at a very nice price.

Its one of the new Big Bazaar stores in South Mumbai. The staff there is very helpful. I must mention the guy at the checkout counter, Darshan, who went to painstaking lengths to ensure I didnt miss any store discounts and got maximum benefits of the current offers. The store is beautiful and well stocked. All the usual big bazaar offers are available here.

Big bazaar has to provide paper bags in small,medium and big sizes during this festive season and otherwise also for eco friendly shopping. Price tags in vegetables section can be more little more clear and it falls down or picked up and put in different pile leading to confusion.
