A great place for children to have fun in a safe environment. The staff is the best part about this place. They are really helpful and supportive to the children. This place has a great small cafeteria. Good food. My child had a great two hour session. Definitely worth taking your child. A tad expensive but totally worth it. Good people.

This is a good place. should visit once.Specially the zip lining and the roxk climbing is really good. Made my 3 year old son do it and he enjoyed.Adults can also do the rock climbing and some othet activities.

Great place for kids to have fun.Many activities for kids of all ages.Supportive and friendly staff who were constantly behind my kid and doing the activities along with her, as it was her first time and she overcome her fear of height and rock climbing.Tasty inhouse snacks post the fun activities and can easily spend 2-3hrs at this place with kids.Clean and Hygienic, open from 11am to 7pm.

The experience is mind blowing for children. My child never even rested for 1 minute and kept on playing continuously for almost 3 hours. It is a good place for playing and doing indoor game activities and utilise the childs time in a productive play. They also have a eating joint within the premises which is very convenient to feed the children. Clawplay also provides the facility to organnize birthday parties for children. My experience was very good and I would take my child again to this play area.

The place where both kids and parents can have a ball of a time. Go in the morning time to avoid the rush. The only issue with this place is finding it. Its tucked away in a lane with no visible sign boards to guide you. However once you find the place its fun all the way.

I am a frequent visitor of let’s play in thane. A friend recommended this place and I decided to try it out. Here are the things I was really disappointed about1. You need to give kids safety instructions before they enter. Open the loop is a def no! But I saw so many kids opening the loop on their own and no one was bothered2. For the rock climbing area- there was only 1 attendant for 6 activities. He was so swamped with the kids calling out to him. At one point kids decided to remove the loop instead of waiting for him. Absolutely no guidance how to climb, use the right footing etc3. In the boot camp type of activity - the attendant was extremely rude if kids were not doing it the right way. It’s your duty as an instructor to show and guide them. The ac duct pipes ran so close below the net that a kid would hit that if they slipped4. The helmets were not attached properly: kids were struggling while climbing Coz the helmet would slide backwards and the safety latch would get stuck at their neck5. Now comes the worst path/ my daughter was climbing the wall ( rock climbing) in the open area which does not require a harness because it has foam cubes below. She fell on her back and thought the foam would protect her but instead feel on the mat below. She cried in pain for the next 30 mins and I had to take her out. Later on a kid also notice a football in that area. The attendant told me it’s soft don’t worry. I told her you fall on your back and land on the football, tell me how will you feel- no response.6. The safety standards are really lacking here

This is one of the better play areas Ive been to. Its got a variety of things for kids to do. A really fun sky jungle gym thingy which is very exciting, a few really cool climbing walls with varying difficulty. So a 6 year old and a 11 year old can both be challenged and have fun.Theres also a small toddler section with stuff to keep them occupied. And then a huge kiddy maze for children to expend their energy.The place is run be young people who are mostly very polite and good at their job. The service is good. The food is also surprisingly decent. The garlic bread was very tasty as was their hummus with lavashe. Their coffee is from the machine. Predictable and safe, not anything great.The price for the play area and food are reasonable.Theyve now added an Oculus rift for kids to try out some VR games. Fun. But their pricing for the games is weird. Please clarify before you try it. Its INR 100 for 2 mins or 300 for 15 mins, but then only 1 person can play for 15 mins. If you have small kids, who wont last 15 mins, its annoying. They were kind enough to make an exception for me, but still worth them figuring a better way.All in all, I like this place.

They have good options for kids as well as elders and bigger kids. They have trampoline jumping for kids. For bigger kids and elders they also have wall climbing options with some hurdle air activities. Get all the activities at a single rate. Both parents allowed and a great activity place for the full family.

Great place to bond with the kids. My son had a lovely time at the rock climbing section. They have 9 different climbing sections. Theres also a play area for younger kids with climbing sections, slides etc. The safety features and well thought out and the staff is friendly and polite. One minor gripe is that the portion size for the coffee could have been larger considering the amount charged. Will certainly visit again.

Claw play is the perfect play area for kids. Its indoor and has a variety of options for kids of all temperaments. The staff is good with children. Moms can easily sit back, relax while their children burn off their energy and their pricing is good too.The food though is overpriced, average quality and poor quantity. Not much to say on that front!

Claw play is a great play area for both my kiddos (4 year old and 9 year old) for a change... Its clean and staff is efficient... My son threw up in the midst of the play zone but not a single negative comment was made ... It was taken in a stride and the cleaning was done as efficiently as anyone! The eating zone is right in the corner without any junk food in display in the main play area which is appreciated!

Excellent customer service. Many assistant s available on site .....the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Clean and hygienic ...a variety of slides etc and its a big area .....compared to the cramped up ones Ive been too ..... cant wait to visit again

I had my sons birthday party here and it was a great decision. The place was fantastic and suitably equipped to deal with kids of all age groups. The food was well appreciated and the staff is efficient and pleasant. Rishikesh was a pleasure to deal with and made the process very easy and smooth.

This is one of the best play areas in Mumbai. I found the activities to be extremely challenging and different. Would probably recommend this more for older kids since they have rock climbing bridge crossing etc. But even my 2 year old loved it

This is the best indoor play area for kids in Mumbai. Spacious, well maintained, clean and above all, a good place for kids to have fun. While it has all the usual equipment like wave slides, swings, tunnels, soft play hurdles etc, which, are usually found in most mall play areas, it also has adventure activities such as rope walking, rock climbing etc. The rock climbing activity is available for adults as well. They have enough harnesses, shoes and helmets which allows many kids to do the adventure activities simultaneously. It also houses a restaurant with a decent menu, which includes junk food😊, moghlai, etc. I havent yet eaten here but it should be good. Now all this sounds great but it does come at a price. They charge Rs. 650 per child, but its totally worth it. Dont forget to wear socks when you visit else you have to rent a pair for 50 bucks.

I had my daughters 5th birthday at Claw Play!!! The arrangements were amazing!!! The staff at Claw Play were on the ball, attentive, helpful and was a perfect example for service with a smile!! This place is definitely not safe for children. Took my cousins son to this place a week ago and no one was there to look for him. Very unhealthy and unhygienic place. Wouldnt recommend this to my friends.

Not advisable to go with little kids when there is a birthday party of big kids.. staff is not alert.. playwise place is good..my baby got badly hurt on his shoulder because of lack of staff..Staff should monitor the area well n make sure kids are not playing garden games there..

We were group of 20 (10 adults and 10 children) visiting Claw Play for a play date. We had pre booked our visit for 4:00pm. The staff did not bother to inform us that there were 2 birthday parties scheduled in the same slot as ours.Thanks to the overbooking, the place was overcrowded, the food had 30 mins or more waiting and there was not enough staff to attend to our requirements. Around 5:30pm, the staff asked our kids to leave as their “time was up” while we were still waiting for some our food order.We requested that the time be extended and that we were happy to pay additionally for the extended time as our orders were delayed and not all kids have eaten; the owner (an aged uncle) claimed that we were complaining to procure some discount or free stuff (nuts!!!!!). When we tried to explain otherwise; he choose to scream at us and asked us to “get off his property”. The place hence has lost business from us forever and I definitely will not be recommending this place to friends and family for any kind of outing.

Claw play is a great idea for kids to totally enjoy physical activity in a safe area. Perfect for birthdays for kids, with trampoline area, climbing, etc. Claw play has adjacent seating area where food is served. If you are planning a birthday for kids or any get together - highly Advised to speak to the owner or the person in charge for the food served. Insist on sampling the starters and every dish you plan on serving as I have seen food vary for different events. This way you wont go wrong and have a splendid event. The food and activity in place, claw play is a great idea esp during rains. Uninterrupted Play time close to Bandra khan santacruz.

Perfect place for older kids . Had my grandchilds birthday. Absolutly wonderful. Wonderfull staff , well equipped , and moreover safe. Even the parents had a great experience doing the wall climbing and the rope hurdles .

A VERY GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS, REQUIRED JUST A REGULAR CHANGE OF FOAM IN THE FOAM POOL AS HYGIENE IS A MUST WITH MY KID ALL FOR ALL OTGER CHILDREN. REST ALL IS ENJOYABLE

Very unhygienic place. The foam pool was dirty. Some child had peeed in the foam pool and the staff was not aware about it. On bringing the matter to their notice, the owner and the staff were acting rude and out of character. If you are looking for a hygienic place for your child to play in, this is definitely not the place. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Perfect . Different from all other playzones. Its even worth the money . Every other play area charge 750 for 90 mins on weekends. Clawplay charges only 650 for 2 hrs on weekends and 550 for 2 hrs on weekdays. Food is fresh and superb. its a clear workout for all our kids and a clean place. Recommend to all parents .

My daughter went for a b’day party. Her back and elbows were bruised by the rough handling of attendants. I’m going to take this up very seriously with the management. I need to know who’s the owner. What’re the safety precautions you have for children ? Do you have trained attendants ? How did anyone dare to be aggressive with little children to the extent that they got bruises ? This is a very serious matter. And I want answers to this by tmrw.
