Totally a poor PR reply and still find excuse by saying a customer who defame their specialist. Your employee called me idiots in the email and was it a defaming behavior? Did I get any formal apology about the lack of respect to a customer not just a reply to all E-mail? Everyone can read your reply now to see how sincere Sothebys team or CEO of Australia team is handling an apology to a customer. Ill keep getting this issue exploring on media and tell everyone a true Sothebys culture! Thanks Google:)

Would give 0 star if possible. Terrible team in Sothebys Australia, was very rude to me as a customer and one of their employee emailed me saying what an idiot! Dont buy nor sell from them!
