Got a camera system charged Abt 70k horrible resolution he said its the computer that v using givin horrible resolution but after 2yrs v got a system costing 2.5k n the clarity is amazing so its not the computer..... after service horrible too over charges alot n puts cheap equipment sayin its the best quality

Inefficient, Dishonest, Crooked and StupidThe worst experience as a customer.I took my printer/scanner to them to fix a minor issue with the screen. After 3 weeks of having my printer with them, they finally told me that they cannot fix it.And when they returned my printer (which was kept in the back seat of a car, parked under 40 degree sun) I realized that it was totally destroyed - the plastic had melted due to the heat, the top/lid of the scanner was totally deformed/crooked, and it was not starting any more. It was just lying there in his back seat for god knows how many days! When I addressed the issue, he gave me the silliest reasons and blamed the bad quality of the plastic (the printer is a well-known company called Brother) and refused to take any responsibility for the damages.To avoid absolutely.

I travel a lot, and my Mac is closer to me than my wife. Ive had horrible experiences with Mac service centres in Goa, till finally I was escorted to India Digital by a kind English gentleman. India digital has always succeeded in resolving my issues. The owner is a very knowledgeable guy who always goes out of his way to help me out.

They are, courteous, sincere, and above all honest. Ive been a Mac user since 2009 . And if I need any kind of service to be done over my Mac, I trust no other shop, but India Digital. All the other Mac service centres are fake. So if u really want ur job to be done, when I say done, I mean done! India Digital is where you gotta go.

Apparently the guy who works there is telling everyone its a keypad issue even though it isnt. I clearly told him it is the problem with Windows 10 and this guy is like no no it isnt. I was 90% sure it was the operating system. He replaces the keyboard and yet again the issue persists so I take it on my own hands and successfully re flash Windows 10 and it works the replaced keyboard has stopped working though. Useless service center and doesnt know what the problem with PCs are he just assumes and thinks that hes always right. Also he doesnt pick calls if you have given for repairs and dont get your device back after a week and you always have to go there because of this!

This is the worst laptop repair centre I have ever experienced. I lost just over 20,000 rupees with them, the laptop has exactly the same problems as when I began. They were rude and incredibly unprofessional when I complained. Now they just dont return my communication. Please dont go here, its a joke, save yourself the headache and money.

Excellent Service given to me by these guys at India Digital computers ! My iPhone could not be fixed by the authorised Mac store in Mapuca , they were incredibly rude at the Mac store and told me I had to change the motherboard of the mobile and it would cost me Rs.20000 for the motherboard , luckily I was adviced by a friend of mine who was very happy that he had fixed a motherboard problem on his Mac book pro laptop at India digital at very cheap rate , so thank god I landed at India digital they fixed my mobile and also my friends Mac book at quarter the rate .. we are both very happy with the service given to us by India digital computers and totally recommend it to everyone having a simple or a serious issue with any apple device be it a Mac laptop or an iPhone ... great service at down to earth rates and very courteous service professionals .. all the best India digital ! India digital is the best place to buy a laptop, I bought a lenovo laptop from them a year ago , the owner went out of the way to backup all my stuff from the old laptop to the new drive , which actually was an impossible task to do as when I took it to another place in panjim they told me nothing could be recovered due to a hard disk crash , these guys at India digital recovered all my data and got it copied onto my new laptop which I bought from them , Im totally happy with my brand new lenovo I purchased at India digital , and by the way P.S. the owner is the most helpfull guy Ive ever met ....helpful courteous and a downright gentleman , a real gem of a person ...God bless you and India Digital !!! ( 8 years of precious photos videos from my old handycam n important personal files would be all lost if not for these experts ! )

These guys rock ! Was down in Goa a couple of months ago , dropped beer on my extremely expensive Mac Air ,got quoted like Rs.70,000/- for a motherboard change at the most useless mac store in Goa , told me tha t the motherboard couldnt be repaired , idiots !! , was totally in a state of shock for a moment when I heard that as I had my 2 years work on it , thank God i got recommended to India Digital by a fellow Director , this guy Roms a brilliant engineer !! He not only got the motherboard repaired at 3 times lower the price but even managed to salvage all my work off the ssd chip !! Brilliant and impossible job that was made possible by him....charged me just 12,000/- for the whole thing !!! where in mumbai a job like this cost you a minimum of Rs.30,000/- just on the ssd salvage let alone the repairs !!! His technical knowledge is unmatched and the guysmost humble in his ways ....came to know later on through common friends in the u.k that he worked for Siemens In London !! Thus the brilliance in guess ....wish u and your company India Digital all the best Rom!!!!

This has to be the best Mac repair shop in the World ! , my beloved mc book pro just wouldnt power on , had been to so many places in the U.k and France trying to get it fixed but no luck , than finally down on holiday in Goa , and some friends told us about this amazing guy who works on Macs and how he had restored their laptops and that they trusted fully n so on , finally met him at his store India Digital , he totally restored our Mac to its past glory , an amazing computer engineer ! Humble and kind in his ways , and the price that he charged us was nearly to nothing , so much so that we had to force him to accept a little extra for the hours he had put in, so honest in his ways , he just wouldnt accept it ! Service is very BAD , This is not an authorised service centre for APPLE in goa , so don,t submit over there if your apple products are in warranty , they will spoil your apple device .

I had given my laptop to change keyboard coz of moister. When i brought it home I saw wiffi & bluethoot was not showing in my laptop. When i called them they replied drive is deleted coz of virus. So u have to download the drive. When i showed it in uk they open key board n wanted to check the WLAN card n it was missing as it was stolen when this people changed the keyboard. The guy said this what I called Indian are mafia in thief. And they proof it true.

I took my laptop for repair (turned out to be keypad issue). The keypad was changed the first time but only lasted months, they said its because of too much humidity in Goa, so it was changed again. In just weeks its already not working properly, so I brought it back. But again it happened again in just weeks, I was told its due to humidity and put a lamp/heat towards the keypad. But since its not working properly I want to return it, but the shop was closed, 2 times I went and its closed, whether they opened late I do not know. I tried calling but no one is answering and did not even get a return call. By the time I brought it in the shop the warranty is expired for 10 days. Therefore it is not repaired. No consideration or whatsoever since it did not work properly from the time it was repaired and they were informed about it. Yes a little over the warranty, but if only they were open when I took it or return my call perhaps it wouldnt have happened. Its as if Im just sitting idle and always available to hunt if they were open for business or even available to answer ohone calls. Well its a simple keyboard issue yet were not handled properly, I wonder if its software or other in depth technical issues how they will handle it. If there were Zero rating here I woul have put it. As much as I hate to say this but outsider businessman seems to handle customer service way better.
