I had contacted the place for display repair. Neither did they entertain the customer on call properly but also were very rude. The lady also said that they arent authorised ONE PLUS CENTER and dont even have basic products. I recommend you dont go there at least for One Plus Repair.

Really a bad experience at the store. I got my laptop for service with broken bodypart and no technical issue. While the service i get a phone call stating that your screen has been damaged and keyboard also has a issue, which actually wasnt the case earlier. I really doubt they tempered the laptop original parts with a duplicate one. I called owner several times for the issue faced instead he tells me that its none of my service fault. MSI officials should immediately look into this matter as almost the original part have been tempered.Guys i would recommend to avoid any repair work of your product at Digwiz Mapusa...The Owner is complete bum person.

Two months ago, I visited Digiwiz computer store in Mapuca, for the first time, and was very impressed by all the staff members, and the owner Mr. Ricardo, for their courteous and professional manner....I ended up happily buying a laptop from them 😆. Two months later, I visited the store again, to ask for their help in showing me how to attach files to an email, Im a year shy of age 60, and obviously come from the Analogue age, hence needed this help. Although it is not part of their after sales service, one of the Techie staff members, happily walked me through the steps on my laptop, to be able to attach files to emails to send to my employer in America, as I work an online Marketing and Sales job. When I asked him as to how much I need to pay them for this service, he just smiled and said no charge at all, sir.... I left the store with an ear to ear smile....and hence, I felt that the least I could do, is to give them this Positive Review, for their kind behaviour towards a customer, and not even charging me any fee to help me with the resolution I desperately needed.......I realise that this may not seem like a big deal to all you young folks, as you are born in the Digital age....but for a computer Novice that I am, it is a Big Deal for certain!. I will now sign off, by happily recommending Digiwiz computer store, to anyone looking to buy a computer, from a store that has not only efficient and kind staff members, but also great after sales service!....which is quite scarce in this day and age!

I am extremely pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. None of the service centers of other mobile phone brands have given me even half as good service in the past.The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have even answered some trivial questions of other customers related to repairs very patiently and politely while i was getting my phone repaired . Other phone service centres in Goa are very distant and unresponsive comparision. They fixed my phone in under one hour. A really nice place to get your laptop or desktop repaired/serviced or even upgraded. The prices are reasonable & better comparing some other places that I have visited.The staff & technicians are very friendly. I gave them a call , visited the store with my laptop and the technician was swiftly able to diagnose the issue with my laptop & get it resolved within a few moments. I almost had actually given up on a solution as I had tried some solutions given online on the internet which for no reason I think was a waste of time. I was facing performance issues with my laptop although it being a 3 year old one & I thought I may have to go for a new one for work purposes but these guys just turned the table on that and now my laptops performance is phenomenal. Its even better then how I got it at first. Although I did have to spend a few thousand on a few component upgrades but its definitely better then buying a new laptop . Nice place to get the the phone fixed, i had visited to get my OnePlus charging port abd headphone jack cleaned and they did good work by fixing it within 30mins.Staff is also good.Could say OnePlus service center is in good hands.

Recommend #oneplus team to change their service center from this. After the replacement screen the figure print is not working nor touch is working properly. And when I told them the same thing that told to replace the screen again n pay again ....

They are very good at servicing mobile phones. I had an issue with my real Me phone that didnt get sorted even at the mumbai service centre. At this service centre they fixed my issue in under two hours. The problem hasnt recurred even once in the last 15 days since it was serviced.I am extremely pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. None of the service centres of other mobile brands have given me even half as good service in the past.The staff are quite polite and understand the issues as explained. Really pathetic service, with what I have faced and a few other disappointed customers who walked in on the few days I had to do up and down running. The owner Im guessing seemed to be a decent guy who was in charge of computers/laptops as was the billing lady it was the phone repair guy who was extremely rude, unhelpful and was making unjust assumptions about my phones damage without even checking upon first looks by trying to convince me my phone would not be covered by warranty which later it was and said that the basic part required for my phone would be provided in a totally different colour and said that my colour which is an essential part keep in mind would take 3 weeks to a month to arrive. What a sham! I also had to travel around 40 KMS to their store just to know that my device wasnt repaired when I was told it was over the phone. A wasted trip. I also noticed during my visit that a foreigner was being told extremely high rates for basic repair and a HDD part of low storage for an unjust price. Would never recommend. I do not know how others have had a good experience here, maybe they treat the locals better, I am unaware. But my experience especially with the phone repair supervisor or whoever he was, was extremely bad. He had the audacity to speak in a very rude tone, and sarcastic too while I was being genuine and polite. Horrible service.

Lovely service center for one plus. Quite soft spoken n polite staff. Anyone problem just few checks and they do the neat full with no further questions asked and you dont have to chase them for your phone they try their best to give your device as soon as possible. Worst unexpected experience from OnePlus Service Center.Technician mentioned that they are not the official service center of OnePlus and he suggested to Visit service center I Mumbai as they would need 4-5 days just to identify what the issue is and were were burdened with lot of OnePlus phones. Technician was quit rude while talking to others as well and the receptionist could not manage Technicians behaviour.Do not expect such services from OnePlus partnered service centers. OnePlus surely needs to review this center and take strict actions against them.

A good place for laptop repairs. The owner (Mr. Ricardo?), is quite knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and his team does a fairly good job, but yes there is some small lack of co-ordination and this could bother some people who want the job done in a hurry. I hope digiwiz will take care of this.

I gave my Oneplus one to fix the glass screen as the screen was cracked at the lower left side. In less than 2 hours after I left the mobile with them they called me to come collect it. They fixed a new screen and everything is good again. Now that is excellent work

Staff is very rude. Reposting this review as the owner replied to my review. I want you to know that I have written my review on my experience which I had at your service centre. I think you should teach your staff how to behave with the customers. The bill was not asked to me when I arrived at your service centre. The girl on the counter and your oversmart engineer doesnt have manners and they dont want to listen to the problem of the customers they just want to deposit my phone without any reason. And for your kind information i had called you up regarding this matter and you had told me that you will provide me the type c convertor to check. And I was not using any faulty device it was jst not compatible with it. People travel from far distances and you should value their time and not make them sit for hours to satisfy your ego. Instead of defending yourself you can concentrate more on improving your services and to behave with the customers.

I have a good experience with these guys. My Lenovo laptop gave up on me a couple of months back and shockingly the authorized service center in Panjim couldnt do anything about it. Since the laptop was purchased from the middle east they refused to service it, even during the warranty time cycle.The folks at Digiwiz immediately noticed the problem within 2 min. I had Horribe experience with my HONOR, i had to replace my screen and battery till today I do not know if they have actually replaced the battery or cheated me and the Screen is still giving me the same problem as before, and to do this process they took over 20 days to get back to me, after time and again visiting their Service Centre, Not Satisfied at all, I feel those positive Reviews im reading are difficult to gulp it down my throat

Unfortunately the only service centre for one plus and Huawei honor devices in the state of Goa.WHY UNFORTUNATELY?-> The staff is not punctual. They tell you one thing and than they tell you something else only ( I had purchased honor device and the screen got cracked. I searched on official honor website for the service centre. I found Digiwiz I called them up and explained them my problems I inquired about the cost and the duration they told me it would cost around 7k and it would take around a week for the repairs. I asked them till what time the shop accepts the phones for repairs. They said it accepts the phones for repairs till 6.30pm. I went there on the very next day (16/02/2018) and I reached there at 5.35pm . They said that they wont accept the phone because a person was not available. I told them I had to travel for an hour they kept on insisting they wont take without the invoice. I printed and submitted the invoice. They took the phone and gave me local copy of the bill. They told me ill get my phone they said ill get it in a week. So according to this I should have got my phone 23rd considering Sunday as non working day. I called them up on 25th they said ill get my phone by 26th. I called them up on 26th they said ill get by 2nd march. I called up honor customer care , they informed me that it typically takes 7 to 10 working days to repairs but the service centre Is taking over 10 days. )I asked them for the job sheet number.-> they said it would take them 5 minutes to turn in their computer and email me but its been over 15 hours as of now and their system isnt turned on till now.The main problem is, most of the people doesnt know how to contact customer care and file a complaint. Neither are they able to give the reviews on Google.

Firstly the staff especially at Front office was not interested in taking the service request initially and I had to wait for half an hour to get my service request recorded. Also,though I had brought the invoice downloaded from OnePlus website, the service person was behaving rude for not bringing the original invoice which I got with the product.

I had g8 experience with Digi guys. Being only 1 service center for OnePlus in Goa and which is also clubbed wth 3 othr smartphone companies, thy repaired my phone within 1 hrs. Thy gve service faster than the OnePlus exclusive service center located in Kurla Mumbai.

Closing time is 1830 and they are serious about it. Otherwise professional service and good staff.
