Good place for kitchen appliances shopping

I dont know if this is the right branch thats dealing with my current issue and I dont really care to be honest. It applies to LG in Goa as a whole.Our refrigerator (not even three years old yet), recently shut down. We promptly called the store from which we purchased At first I was satisfied since they set a technician on the same day that we called them, but he said they needed a part to replace the compressor (which has a warranty of 10 years by the way).Well, its been two weeks now and the ordering of the part is still in progress. Weve had to practically order in everyday since we cant keep meats and cheese in the house, and as you can guess its expensive to keep doing that.Why dont they have the parts ready with them? This surely isnt the first time someones had a faulty compressor. It isnt something youd expect from a company this big. Disappointing.

Polite and friendly staff. Good service. Good product.

Sales person was good. Recently baught a lg 546 ltr inverter series refrigerator from Elisha enterprises.
