Dont ever go to this place if you want your laptop to get repaired urgently.They could not fix my laptop which had a motherboard problem.I gave them 15 days to fix it but they couldnt fix it.they dont value your time.very unprofessional.

Impact Computers Mapusa is located near the court and theres ample parking space for two wheelers. The shop is neither on the ground floor or first floor but kind of in between where you need to climb 5 odd steps. Its a well maintained shop, air conditioned and glass doors. The best part is the customer service. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. You get almost all kinds of IT services and items here, laptop repairing, etc. Even the owner Mr. Vinay sir is very friendly and helpful no matter how many times you call him and at any time. Plus he also suggests whats good for you and whats not good. The prices are a little bit on the costlier side if compared with some wholesale dealers in the market but they do provide you free home delivery plus a good service. So, its worth it!

Worst service ever. This laptop repair store is just trying to get your money with no proper service.I have given laptop to repair as my laptop was not working, the owner said it is hard disk fault and recommend to buy a new one. But when I gone to other repair store they said that hard disk is good and laptop is not working because graphics card is stalled and they repaired in 2 days.
