Best Diagnostic centre in the city . I got HSG test done from here(under anesthesia) .Doctors were experienced & helpful. Procedure went smooth & I came back home in an hour . Special thanks to shivam kashyap for taking care of everything !

They have all the equipment and good environment but the staff is having no experience as they are sharing wrong reports and due to which many patients have to suffer. In my case only they have shared 2 times wrong report but it is my good luck that first time I identified the mistake and another time by my specialist ,so we have the time to change the mistake and can able to start the correct treatment.

Most of the checkup facilities like x-ray, cat scan, MRI and other pathological tests are available here. But there is very long waiting here although they try to attend people fast still it takes much time. Rest all facilities are present under one roof.

I have called IPSUM in the morning today to collect the blood sample by home visit for CBC, LFT & KFT.Mr. Ayush Mishra has visited within one hour to collect the blood sample and assured us to provide the report by 6 pm (my appointment with the doctor was at that time).Mr. Ayush Mishra has shared the soft copy of blood report @5:45pm and informed me by call as well.Thank you so much IPSUM & Mr. Ayush.

These people are not receiving calls on the numbers provided by them. I got a CT done yesterday night, now trying to get status of report or soft copy of the report. To hell with their services..

I had MRI done today.I was given the appointment at 9 pm but the test started at 11 pm till 11.30.The attending staff had no manners to speak except than a short wheatish &healthy guy.The most rude was the one wearing a metallic bracelet. Anyway it was a horrible experience

The staff is very cooperative, I met one of the staff member in MRI department SHIVAM KASHYAP as u all know in this pandemic situation is very worst, I called him for my husband NCCT report after 1 month because I didnt taken the report, he helped me by sending me report within 5 minutes ,I also called on the no. Given for the report collection but they were not replying me.

Its a worst place I have ever seen, staff and doctors both are irresponsible, i went through HSG under anesthesia and after testing I got some medically issues bcz of anesthesia and it happened bcz Dr has not prescribed or suggested proper precautions, I was supposed to be admitted or kept under observation for atleast 12-24 hrs but they ask me to go after 4 hrs, I got fainted, I. Puked but no one is there to look after my husband was panicking and looking for help here and there and now Dr and staff shivam they both denied to share the no for the further help, its useless and ridiculous, Dr name was Vijeta, anesthesia specialist, .... Pls pls I request dont ho there for any kind of treatment... I can only suggest rest is ur wish...

Nice infrastructure, quick testing, cleanliness but at reception it take more time might be due to single receptionist who handles all miscellaneous work like taking cash, generating receipt, handling calls etc. Though all staff are very cooperative.

I went there for 2 Obstetric ultrasounds in a gap of about 1.5 months. As far as the diagnosis is concerned it went quite well. The ultrasonologists at both instances were quite good at their work and detailed reports were provided. **But waiting time is too long, may take anywhere from 2-3 hours even after advance booking and timely showing up. Also few staff members dont have a good tone while communication.**

They dont know how to talk with petient and guardians. very rude and missbehaving behavior off a staff age 23-28 (dont know her name) .The sonography doctor is male but they do not allow guardians/husband with pregnant lady. they dont treat like pathologist. they are treating like street slums.I think all reviews are fake. nothing prifessional here.so my suggestion to all please dont go here, see another place for ultrasound or otherthing. Pathetic service, dont visitI had visited there because of some ultrasound and color doplor And fist or two times we had given proper report , in todays report they have not given graphic report , said their printer AnD machine is not working ,they have taken same payment with half report. IPSUM DIAGNOSTIC Feedback: one of the pathetic medical diagnostic place I have visited in Lucknow, Arrogant and rude staff with zero knowledge of medical procedure and handling. Beware of one of the staff members who are literate and pose as an office-bearer to the center but dont know how to interact with customer seeking help or clarification.we have done CT scan last year oct and they have provided report + CD having test result, this time I went with my family there was no previous record of billing + they have no clear idea if CD can be provided not.I would recommend you to avoid if you are looking for good service and support.

Rude nature of a girl named Renu.The sonography doctor is male but they do not allow guardians/husband with pregnant lady.Reports are not uploaded on website.I would recommend you to avoid if you are looking for good service and support.

Registration staff at counter is rude.

They have provided a mobile number, which they hardly pickup. Even if they do, and if you ask something, they will tell you that they will call you back in 10 minutes but that never happens.

There met Ms. Deepanjali Mishra, who was of immense help, in not only helping to get the procedure done, but she managed to hand over the report within 10 minutes. My wife is pregnent of 9 month and ipsum staff sit her on small chair outside of ultrasound room upto half an hour when i said she is not comfort on this chair male staff non behave good and give me a non sence answer this is my bad experience and not come again in this dignostic due to take 1.5 hour for a single ultrasound
