It has small rooms for single person for quick stays. AC was not working in the room I first checked in, arrangement of second room was done but I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. The geyser of the second room was leaking and the flush was not working properly. The room was not cleaned properly. Keyhole was see through so it could be an issue for privacy concerning people. The lift can only fit 3 people together. Overall staying here was a bad experience.

There were few positives and few negatives about the stay here-Pros-1)Location near to Charbagh railway station and Metro station too.2)Price is cheaper as compared to other hotels.3)Few Staff members were jolly and cheerful.4)Breakfast was good.Cons-1)Unprofessional behaviour as they chit-chat in a loud manner which comes to room directly if you have got the ground floor.2)Construction work was going on in another room for almost 5 hours after check-in that was very disturbing.3)TV and A.C both were in non working condition4)Geyser too have specific timings I think.Tip-If you are there for just an exam then go for it, as it saves your pocket and do not take ground floor if possible.

I ma in room no. 305 and tha hole hotel r very darty I am booking this hotel with oyo room.comAnd there is clearly mentioned Wi-Fi , Tv and ac ( air conditioner ) is available in this hotelAnd tha best part is every thing avlabel but Tv or Wi-fi is not working and ac ( air conditioner ) in working but a Hotel receptionist not give you permission to use this and he was also behave very rudely..its very bad experience with oyo and also with this hotel ... : (

They Dont take oyo prepaid booking. They just use oyo to bring customers to the so called hotel and then charges according to their convenience. Hotel manager is arrogant. Staff is ok. Never go there

The best hotel to stay in Lucknow, staff is polite, the location is perfect, it’s 100 Mtrs from Charbagh station so it’s suitable for all the family travels. Sanitation is proper, food is delicious. Recommend for ur family stay.

I am booking through.. oyo app. Then visit the hotel. they told are not allowed for check-in. We are not accepting online payment.. like. Simply told spoke with oyo get another hotel. Then i wait for 2 hour in outside hotel.. i feeling bad. Worst experience ever. Dont go for online booking for this hotel..

The rooms are clean. The AC works well. Theres TV in the rooms.Free WiFi with good internet speed is available.One thing I dont like is that theres no convenient power socket in the room near the bed.

Unhappy and facing so many issue at the time of check in. They want make the payment at the of check in they not accept the payment online through oyo hotel. And also they asked for hard copy of ID proof with printout, we provide the our id proof in soft, hard and mail also but they not accepted. They asked for printouts.

Adequate facilities but very very pure customer service. The staffs behavior is appalling. Dont expect lucknowi tameez aur tahzeeb, expect UP ke bhaiya ka dabang. Seriously though, it is very evident that the managing staff has zero training in hospitality and I hope it changes soon.
