Good society but a little far from the main city.

New stablish colony in outer skirt of Lucknow. Good place but little distance from main city of Lucknow.

This place is around 15kms from the Lucknow Junction Railway Station. Will take 30 minutes to get here. Still some parts are still under construction. Well planned, spacious plots, peaceful place.

If youre drunk then surely youll not find your house 😂😂

You cant run you business from your home. Poor society management for residents. Homes are nicely build and park is awsome and full of flowers.

Row House Township. 4 Km from Ring Road, Khurram Nagar. All amenities available near by.

As far as my first experience was concerned, this seemed to be a good colony, but not even six months passed and my view is completely changed.Our builder Manas builder has no concern with us.The builder has made our colony a hell. They are breaking all the walls and mixing our colony with out side builders colony.Builder is grossly violating RERA provisionsThis builder is not worthy for even one star now

We were misguided by the builder for providing us a secured and gated block of colony. Instead of providing gated block of colony the builder allowed another outsider small builder to extend the block unpredictably. Complaining the issue we were informed it is monopoly of builder. Its all the against of RERA regulations.Apart from this each and every house constructed by the builder have heavy leakage from all the ceilings even in a light rain.Extremely bad experience...😭

Newly built society. Houses are lined beautifully. A great place to live

Its beautiful, spacious and a very well planned colony being developed by Manas Groups in Indra Nagar area of Lucknow. The colony has parks, security gaurd and many more facilities. The roads in the colony are really wide ( 30 ft ). It has a newly built power house very close to it, thus I dont think electricity would be a problem in any way. The place is very calm. It has also got one more plus point, the last stoppage as of now of metro of Munsi Puliya is being developed in a distance range of around 1.5 to 2 Km so traveling throughout Lucknow would be very much easier in the near future. Isnt it cool ? The police station is also very close.

My house is in C block here, earlier I was happy to have my house here but manas builder came with its filthy business mind and allowed an outsider builder to add its colony to our block.Even manas Builder has not provided us a gated colony, as at.Thats why I reduced its ratings to one star

I am resident of Manas City C block. The roads of our colony are very messy, builder earlier promised us to provide a gated colony but even after 2 years, our colonys boundaries are not covered,builder is now planning to include an outside builders colony to our colony.Builder is trying to widen our colony without our consent and doing in autocretia manner.Builder is violating RERA provisions !This builder should provide a negetive star.

Builder is grossly violating RERA provisions, a penal action should be taken against this builders.Builder has allowed an outside builder to add his colony with C Block without consent of c block residents and made our life hell, violating our Privacy.
