Nice place! Great environment for families, children can play in the park, parking facilities is also good. Flats are airy, with proper ventilation. There are malls also nearby Golf city and schools are also located..children need not to travel at far places.

Its a nice housing society, with park and other amenities in the locality.

The place is good, but it is far from the city life. If you need any daily household stuff, you have to travel kilometres for that, or you buy the monthly items beforehand. But in the emergencies, problems will arise. Cab service isnt available easily there, that is, it takes almost half an hour to get you a cab when you try to book one, and after that the driver takes so long to reach. The add on is the thing that any cab will cost you more than you expect as it is in the outer location of the city.

Low cost housing scheme,. Located in Awadh Vihar Yojna, Lucknow near Medanta Hospital, Socity is good but they are not allowing bachelor. Which is very difficult.

Best location of construction of society. Situated on main highway and easily visible.

Gated society with park & community hall facility. But in flats balcony door lock is only in inner side. When you close the door from balcony side you will be locked & you have to call someone to unlock the door. Balcony railing strips spacing is more than required your kids are not safe in balcony area. Electrical switch & sockets are very poor quality. You must have to change.

Awesome place

Very nicely connectivity from golf City side. Broad 4-lane roads in front of the apartment. Inside the compound, its an average looking Apartments. Corridors are not broad, quality of railing on balcony and stairs is poor. There are 2 lifts which is good. Inside the flat build quality is average, but good for the amount paid. Living room is spacious in 2bhk while bed rooms are slightly small but the attached balcony makes up for it. Windows are made from poor quality UPVC and even doors quality is poor. However, its ok for the price being paid. With the recent revised costing of that project by avas-vikas it has become over priced.
