First issue I noticed was the service. I have booked for an extra bed in a double bed room, it took almost 40-45 mins to arrange it. Centralized AC was installed but cooling was not below 27-28 degrees.Food was good, I ordered veg items and it was quick. Food quality was good and tasty.

Its a decent hotel at good location. Just opposite to Transport Nagar Metro Station, Near Lucknow Airport on Lucknow-Kanpur highway.We could have dinner served in one hour which was not even warm. On complaining in the morning they excuse of last night party.The morning breakfast was very good with lots of various delicious foods. Especially Chhole was really nice like home made. Tea was also premium.Reception staff were very polite and helpful.

I have visited in this hotel which is  offering a splendid stay with premium amenities and comfortable accommodations. Located within 15 minutes drive from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. Transport Nagar Metro Station is at a walking distance.Very neat and clean with big rooms. Staff is well dresses, well behaved and courteous.

I checked in on 24-06-2021 at 2300 Hrs. I was in the city for some official work. I was so tired I felt asleep as I was on bed. Next day when I returned to hotel from my work bed sheet was so dirty and spider web & dead spider was there under the pillows. I asked them to change my room. They changed my room but after 1-2 days I found some earthworms in my bathroom so I called on reception & take a video of it. But no action taken on it. Today is 01-06-2021 when I am writing this. It was the worst experience of my life. I will never stay in any cygnett franchise ever.They also provide third class water bottles in which they fill tap water or what I do not know.

I think they are using ecolab chemicals for hygening purpose...best chemicals manufacturing by ecolab

I had a stay kn this hotel between 29 to 30 aug. Did not liked the rooms and services are not at all gud. Also food is tasteless....not recommended

Need to add sincere staff. They have laundry facility but not sincere and punctual to collect and return back laundry on time.

Bathroom door wasnt working, took 30 minutes and 3 calls to get it fixed. No sleepers provided without asking, clock in room wasnt working either.

Cygnet is strategically located just 1.5 km from airport right on highway. But looks tell that it is an old construction. Staff is very cooperative and caring.Food preparation and breakfast spread was nice.The bathroom although had no exhaust fan, water pressure in showers vary which personally for me is a trouble as I am one of those technical persons who audit and fix this issue at several places.

The hotels location is very good, some 500 metres or so from the airport. The hotel too is good with good staff and are very well equipped with anti corona safety measures. Rooms too are spacious and very well constructed. Didnt try their complimentary buffet breakfast, but what they served was delicious. Overall a good place to stay

Fantastic budget hotel in Luknow. Good spacious room and Wash rooms. Breakfast is also good. There is a tea/coffee maker tray available in room and small fridge as well. I booked thru mmt in INR 3.2k. Highly recommended. Thanks.

I was here to attend my friends engagement. It was a one day stay where I found that this hotel has a very beautiful infrastructure with professional and courteous staff. I with my other friends arrived in the morning and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We stayed in a luxurious and spacious room which had a clean bathroom and a prompt room service. .Overall, a great experience. Highly Recommended!

Very bad service. Food was also not warm. Floor management at resturent was pathetic. Quality and taste of food not upto the standard. Simple waste of money.

Booked this place for my engagement ceremony. Decoration was disappointing, food was good but the DJ was the worst. We had to play songs from mobile because he was so bad at playing songs. Service as ok.

Staff were polite but Service was really slow for occupying the room. Needed continue followup for every service. Rated 2 only because of slow.

The person on duty in night both FOM and care taker were wonderful and caring , we checked in at 3am midnight a night before deewali , they ensured our safety , well being also for kids milk etc , lovely staff , good breakfast over all great experience

The breakfast served was very tasty...Had a great time over there... Would love to visit again....

Adjacent to TP Nagar Metro station. Hall on first floor suitable for very large gatherings, marriages, parties. Limited underground parking is a hassle. No lift from underground parking to hotel entrance.

Located 2 km form the Lucknow international airport, the hotel is well maintained, excellent food quality and prompt service. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The ambience is good and cleaniness is excellent. Its a sure choice for a business stay or spending time with your family. The location is convenient with car parking space at the basement.

What I liked the most was its service. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Food was good to taste. Just the quantity was too less. Rooms were spacious, had a mini refrigerator in the room with cold drinks(at additional charges). Overall experience of stay at Cyfnett was good.

Edit 1 - Stayed here again. Total of 7 nights here now. Stark difference from first visit. The balcony on 4th floor is covered in people’s clothes hung for drying when originally it was a seating area. Dinner buffet has Boiled Chicken being served every single day (priced at ₹786).Most rooms are occupied by a huge group of students who create a lot of noise in the lobby at late hours and the dining area is always crowded. Going to avoid this place.The Hotel is quite far from the city centre, much closer to the Airport and near a metro station so transport is not a problem. Rooms are big, clean and toiletries etc. are upto the mark. Wifi is good. The food is a bit on the pricey side. Breakfast spread is decent. Staff is very hospitable.

It was strategically located near the airport. Alos very near to the metro station. Hotel staff was very supportive. Rooms were clean and of decent size. Overall it is a nice place to stay. That it has two resturanats and the variety as well as quality of food was superb.
