The South Indian dishes are really good. I also tried North Indin dishes but they were not that great. The place is clean and waiters are professional.

The place is very clean and hygienic. Sambhar and chutney are delicious.Veg fried rice and Noodles were very tasty.Only disappintment was Masala Dosa as they added Cabbage in it...

Taste of food is awesome with no doubts in mind but the staff service is very very poor. You cant even imagine how late these people served us food. we had to wait around half hour for food first and then we got our spoons even after finishing our food.Owner should hire some experienced waiters there. I found very novice waiters there who cant manage orders and I saw some tables got wrong orders. So the problem was only with waiters and hope next time it will be better.

The hospitality and service was too bad from this place. We went there with a lot of excitement but the staff didnt bother to return it to us. We had to ask for water several times and yet had to wait for it to be served. The steward (I dont want to mention the name ) ware in some hurry because the time was of late afternoon. He threw the check on our table. We walked to the reception for the payment. I didnt enjoy my time there at all.

Good Food. We had Idlis and Dosas. Stuck to the basic varities. Food was well presented and good to taste. Their sambhar needs improvement. Masala chaas and Papri chaat were also not bad.

I visited lots of branch of Sagar Ratna, they are very good in taste. But this branch serves no taste as well as price is also too high as compared to nearby restaurants.

Trying to do too many thingsThis seems one of the hip places in AMR mall in Katra. The problem is that they are trying to do too many things. Their menu probably has more than couple of hundred items and because of that they can not make anything good.

We ordered Kashmiri Kofta, Mix Veg, kashmiri Pulao, Tandoori Roti and Naan.The food was really good and best part was everything was without onion and garlic.

Sagar Ratna what has happened to you?? Pleasee keep your south indian staff here as its pitiful sight!!!! 1. Beware of people wearing ties at Sagar Ratna, AMR in Katra! They call themselves Managers and are clueless about their duties and customer service to the extent of being arrogant and rude with customers to the core of raising their voice even though they know they are at fault and cannot stop giggling and mocking at their own customers. 2. No one to attend guests you need grab a seat yourself 3. No one will serve you water you need to make them realize of the time spent with no water around. 4. Asked Manager to get the sambhar he passed it on to waiter no one delivered and realized when bill was being paid and Manager said to leave it no need to serve. 5. Post bill was paid and we were getting ready to leave someone arrived with sambhar not sure for whom because we were already paying the bill. Sagar Ratna - Pathetic experience certainly will never visit this location for sure will pass this feedback on and I am now reluctant of even going to any other location!

Amazing food at amazing place and despite from their pricing is soo geniune my personally favourite is the dosa and they take MRP amount of mineral water at such height this is very loyal of him ,must try and they also take care of full vegan and dont use onion and garlic on the food.

I have always liked Sagar Ratna. They are always clean and serve good food. I visited this Restaurant one the way to Mata Vaishno Devi ji. I had Aloo Parantha, Papri Chaat and Sweet Lassi. My co-traveller had Chhole Bhatura and Sweet Lime Soda. The Sagar Ratna Papri Chaat is the best Papri Chaat I ever had. Loved it. Thanks.
