We went to Yum Sa for lunch on a Tuesday as I absolutely love Thai cuisine.The decor is really beautiful, they have both an indoor and outdoor area. As well as a designated area for smoking in the form of a gazebo.I think this would be such a romantic date night BTW.The customer service was surprisingly excellent, we were greeted by a professional front house and we ended up sitting outside.Our orders were taken and the lady taking the orders (Rita) advised us to get their platters as starters instead of single choices.Let me tell you something it was such a great sharing idea for 2. Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection!We got a red prawn curry and a grilled chicken curry. It was so delicious, just thinking about it makes me want to go back.The mood was upbeat and most importantly the staff was so attentive, they really went as far by their own initiative putting together for me a mini birthday cake and even singing happy birthday. That is what I call excellent customer service!Well worth the spend! Great food and great customer experience.

Amazing place doing modern twists on Thai food. The sweetcorn and papaya fritters were possibly the nicest things I have ever eaten! The beef short rib main course was incredible too, fell right off the bone! Highly recommended!

We went for my sisters birthday in October 2021 for a bottomless brunch. We were served by Noah and looked after by the manager Rita and it was the best brunch that I have been on! Will definitely be coming back here. The service was impeccable, the food was AMAZING, the drinks were fab.

From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel like you’ve booked out the whole restaurant for yourself. The staff are attentive and friendly but not to the point of feeling like they’re interrupting your evening. We were served by a charming young man named Will who made our evening very special.The menu is as exquisite as the surroundings and the food is perfectly presented and tastes even better than it looks! Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough - we will be back!

Honestly the best dining experience Ive had in a long time. The staff were really friendly and made the evening for us, when we arrived, my girlfriend was interested in the decor so the manager gave us a tour and chatted to us about her travels in Thailand.She then helped us choose our food and even prepared us drinks that werent on the menu!The food was delicious and they gave us some spring rolls on the house as it was our first time at the restaurant.Thank you for a lovely evening!

Yum Sa was a fantastic experience! The staff were amazingly friendly and all kept to social distancing and wore face masks. I felt very safe.The food was absolutely lovely and they had different options to be able to experience many different foods and dishes for a generous price.I will definitely be coming back for more and trying their bottomless brunch!

Very tasty food but was disappointed by some things noticed at the venue. Food spatters on the wall by our table, dirty fingers prints on a glass, the ladies toilets were in a shocking state with broken toilet seats, broken roll holders scattered about and a broken sink. Although I could not fault the food in any way it really does put me off returning as lack of care for venue and facilities to me says something about the training and dedication of staff and makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen where the food is prepared.

Incredibly rude staff!My group and I had booked in for a bottomless wings and beers on the award winning patio.As a vegetarian I rang ahead to ask if they could cater for me. To my surprise the did not offer a vegetarian wing option, but they said they could replace wings with spring rolls.On arrival the waitress had no prior knowledge of this, the manager then came to our table and said I heard you have a problem. I explained about the phone call I had made with a colleague about a vegetarian option. The manager demanded I name the employee that told me this as he didnt believe me. I was not able to provide the name as it is not something I usually ask for when making a restaurant reservation.The manager offered me a bottomless drinks for £15 and I asked if I could use the remaining £7 of the £22 voucher as credit against the a la carte menu. The manager said this would not be possible as they could not make enough profit from me. This is not something I expect a manager to share with their customers.When the bill came the manager tried to charge me £85 for everyones food, where the wings had already been covered by the voucher. He then charged me £20 and not £15 for the bottomless beers, after bringing this to his attention be reluctantly removed the items before slamming the bill on the side in an aggressive manor.I can honestly say I have never been treated so rudely by staff in a restaurant. I question why they choose to work in a customer service industry when the clearly do not understand what it is. I strongly recommend never dining in this restaurant. I will never be returning.

The staff and cocktails were absolutely lovely, but the food was really average. The price really brought the review down. I would expect the food to be a lot better for the price point and would expect it to be more interesting. But again, the staff were amazing!

I have never experienced such disgraceful service. We booked bottomless wings and beers and were promised a vegetarian option for one of our group prior to arrival. The “manager” preceded to demand us to tell him who we spoke to on the phone and then denied us the vegetarian option. The service was slow and the staff were clueless. We were promised an hour of bottomless drinks from the moment the glasses were put on the table however it took 5/10 minutes to bring out the beer after the glasses were on the table. £18 for a terrible vegetarian pad Thai and the manager argued for 15 minutes instead of trying to rectify the situation. Beer was horrible(definitely not Singha) and when we tried to order a final round within the hour time, limit the manager told us we could only have a half pint each. The manager tried to over charge us at the end and was overall extremely rude and we will never be returning. I would recommend everyone avoid this place like the plague.

We came with two kids, 7 and 10, for my wifes birthday meal. It was great food - our kids are mad about dumplings and pot-stickers and these were a cut above, with exciting colours and flavours. There was no kids menu despite this being on the website, but we were able to put together a nice selection to share, and waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pleasant relaxed atmosphere, but classy enough to feel like a special occasion. I think we may find more birthday parties happening here as the year rolls round.

Great afternoon here. Cocktails were great, recommend the spicy caparinha. Came lunchtime and barman was not on so the waiting staff did a great job of the cocktails. Lamb Massaman and Beef Phuket were amazing. A little heavy on the pine sugar but still good. The Grill Yum prawns were amazing. They introduced the prawns to the fire rather than incinerating them 😁😉. Multinational team integrates well and is very attentive. Felt like the only guests. Thank you for a memorable afternoon and evening.

Me and my partner visited this beautiful restaurant last night. From the moment we entered we were welcomed by smiling team and in particular lady (I am so sorry I didnt get her name Asian/Arabic looking with blue colour in her hair). She got us seated without any wait and made us feel welcome by her caring and warm approach. As soon we were sat down we were looked after by lady called Izabela. She was brilliant and funny, we really couldnt believe how amazing everything was so far. Izabela made sure we didnt skip our 5 greens of the day too :) ..the best selling technique ever! Must say it works and glad we did order it as they were tasty. The food was delicious and fresh, really well done to both chefs that cooked our dinner, stunning food. We could not believe we live in Putney for three years and we never even knew about this restaurant. I will be returning customer.Everything from start to finish was 10 out of 10, I wish I could give 10 stars.We havent tried many drinks but thats something we are looking forward to do with our friends.

Great food , very good service and exceptional atmosphere, Especially at the back of the restaurant.There are also seats (booths) across the kitchen which are also good as the kitchen is open plan and you can see the chefs at work.Went for dinner with a groupon deal and set menu and was happily surprised that there were nice options for both starters and main.The options were from the most popular dishes.Green curry , pad Thai and another one.The dessert was between fruit and fired banana. Luckily I selected the second which was great.Highly recommended!!

Shared a delightful experience over dinner yesterday. We had the 4 course menu and had to order the prawn sapphire gyoza which were incredible. The staff were friendly, prices were very reasonable and the cocktails were superb. The 4 course menu gives a good understanding of the restaurant / cuisine- worth going for that if you are unsure what to order.

Just got back from brunch with the girls and so impressed with this place!The staff were lovely, the food was absolutely delicious and the whole meal was lovely and relaxed - just what you want from a Sunday Brunch. Well definitely be back again!

Went for dinner and had excellent food and service. It is fusion and does not try to be traditional Thai food, which is fine, as they do a very good job at it. Some of the ingredients were pretty creative (wasabi topped on our starter, and green tea/red bean dumplings), and the green curry was good, but if I had one suggestion it would be that they be a bit more aggressive in using more Thai spices.

Great set menu for sunday lunch. Good variety for our booking, the mushroom and tofu curry was the best. Our waitress was lovely and ensured we had enough food but think we got a little short changed with our bottomless drinks

Great restaurant, service is impeccable, all staff are very helpful and sweet. The food is very nice it’s a certain twist on Thai food and the flavour are subdued for a wider clientele which is great presentation is amazing. The Sunday brunch is a bargain and house wine great. I do need to go back to try the cocktails and will do a review on those. Just go there, nothing compare to it in Putney, and just the welcome is totally worth it: it’s like visiting old friends. I usually take loads of pictures of the food but to be honest this time round it didn’t get a chance because I just wolfed it down ... succulent.

Worst service ever.I never give back bad reviews...But this place was the worst, it took them 45 to bring tap water to the table. I called the manager, he offered a bottle of prosecco on the house.1h 30 to bring the food.At 10pm the shut off the lights, left us with a candle on the table, we could barely see the food on the table.10:15pm they were rushing us in, on off the waiters started to shout to one of her colleagues what can you see? Go and tell them to move! Just next to us, like we could not here her.We again called the manager he again offered another bottle of prosecco on the house.We moved in.We order the desserts before moving in, it took them 30 to bring the desserts and guess what they didnt have what I ordered so they offered to see the menu again.The managers were great dont get me wrong but the place in general was incredibly unprofessional.No control what so ever.I would not recommend this place.

Excellent Thai restaurant in Putney. Lots of choice and the quality of the food is fantastic. We had the 4 course set menu, which had a balanced amount of food; I recommend the veggie green curry for the main course and apple & cinnamon gyozas for dessert - both delicious. The coconut and rose water is also very good and takes the edge off the spice from the curry. The staff and service was great too, very attentive without being intrusive which is what I always want. Overall it was a brilliant meal and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it or to return to eat here.

My wife, 3-year-old daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. We were on a short break to South West London and decided to try something a little different. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in a restaurant with a stunning interior. We were sat next to the open kitchen, which is ran in a remarkably calm but efficient way. The starters selection was a highlight for me. A variety of flavours, perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. The Thai Green Curry tasted like nothing like Ive experienced on this particular dish and my daughters Pad Thai was presented in a way which excited her and encouraged her to try something new. We also had the pineapple Padcha (served in a half-pineapple!) which had mega flavour and the clever but tasty seafood paella. The desserts were equally superb. The apple and cinnamon gyoza, and mango ice cream were particularly good. In fact, the mango ice cream was the best ice cream Ive ever tasted. When I commented I was informed it is also dairy-free. We just wish this place was closer to home! A wonderful meal which well never forget.

After waiting for 45 minutes for the table we had booked, we were eventually sat on a make shift table in the rain. It was another 30 minutes before they took our drinks order and we got them and no one ever came to take our food order or even offer menus. We gave up after 1 drink, a terrible table, terrible service and no sight of getting food. Im sure the food is nice but I cant rate it. The owners seemed to be waiting on their friends more than general customers.
