This place has excellent service as well as delicious food. One of my favourite restaurants in the city. The meals arrived rapidly and the rates are inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this place.

The food in this restaurant is really good, the menu has food from all over the world so there is something for everyone. My only observation is that the service needs to be improved. I got the impression that staff were rushing around, clearly very busy Monday- Wednesday and were really trying not to make eye contact with us. Some staff were working very hard while others didn’t seem to be pulling their weight which is a shame. As this is on our doorstep we will go back and just hope the service can be ironed out.

Great Service, decor and atmosphere - well worth the travel across London! The food was delicious, definitely recommend the jerk items and the devil chicken starter is to die for. Would love for one closer to West London, but definitely be back soon :D

I came here last night as part of the EOTHO scheme. Place was rammed which was good to see. The service still remained excellent and our whole table all said they would come back. Nice little Gem for those around the East Finchley, North London area.

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch which was really tasty and fresh, the menu offers a wide selection of food and from what we ordered it was all great. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we will definately go back. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Their new menu is great. Bought a bit of everything. The only downfall was their escovitch fish which I was really looking forward to. But that jerk chicken was amazing. Would definitely go back andrecommend to friends and family.

Ok, so I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to write one this evening. Just finished a takeaway with my wife, son and a friend. Wow! Very possibly the best takeaway meal I have had yet - and Ive had loads!! Exceptional taste ... smooth, not too salty, no msg (to my taste buds at least) but incredible flavours. Well done and thanks. Will be back. Tomorrow?

Not that good to be honest. We just move around and thinking to give it a try. Was told I had to move tables at 1120 hrs and sit on a crowded and noisey bench. After I was waiting hours for my meal my chicken was dry inside and burned outside .I tried many times to wave for an extra drink after finally someone came the old lady give me an angry face. We wont come back

Lovely food we had the lamb sag and butter chicken and both were excellent. Ambience was very nice it was lively without being too loud. The only thing that let it down was the slowness of service from taking the order to getting the bill at the end this was not a problem for us this occasion as we were in no hurry and enjoying the moment but it would have felt nice for some of the staff to be more attentive.

Average food, extremely poor atmosphere and service, higher than average prices. Not one member of staff smiled or asked how the meal was, and we had to ask multiple times for a few different items.The food was average, but pretty expensive in comparison to other local restaurants. The setting was beautiful, but none of the staff seemingly wanted to be there and this ruined the meal.Even when we removed the 10% service charge from the bill, they didnt apologise or ask what went wrong... This sums it up. Wed been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and were quite excited but certainly wont be returning.

Excellent modern Indian food in a great location. The decor in the restaurant is really nice. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and the food is really tasty.A few of my faves - butter chicken, tandoori bites, okra fries and the naan is to die for!!Finally, an amazing indian restaurant in east finchley!!Highly recommended.

The good news is that they have stopped smashing the papadoms to pieces and serving them in a tiffen tin. My youngest loved the Butter Chicken. Eldest said Korma was so so. My Chicken Biryani was disappointing - the rice was very soggy and over cooked. Bright, contemporary decor and rather lacking character.

Our experience was similar to some of the less glowing reviews here. The welcome, atmosphere and table service was good. The menu was limited and I felt they were trying too hard to be whacky e.g. gunpowder potatoes, jungle broccoli etc. The dishes were lacklustre in terms of taste (jalfrezi was mildly spiced, bland seasoning and the peppers were undercooked for my taste). The sides seemed overpriced as the portions were much smaller than most other Indian restaurants (Razoi has small portions too but the flavours are much better). I think all of these points can be improved upon easily and I won’t write it off just yet. I’ll give it a few months and see if they change the menu to more standard fare before I give it another opportunity to win me around.

Real Indian food. A taste explosion that your senses will love you for.

Came on Saturday the 15th June at 12.40pm and wasnt open, a member of staff starred at me from inside as i was trying to get in and went away completely ignoring me. Finally on another day managed to go inside didnt have a great experience of the food, much better places around such as Sun and Sand also Searock. Also expensive and mediocre service at the best.

One of the best indians in London. We used to go to Roti Chai in Central London and the first time we tried this one because we live nearby, we never thought about going elsewhere. I wish the restaurabt will be successful and stay open in east finchley.

Fake Indian restaurant, bhaji from sainsburys, poppadoms straight out of the packet. Mint sauce was mint leaf mixed with water, left after 10 minutes of being served. Aviod
