This hotel has a nice view of mountains frm the pool side facing rooms. Swimming pool is nice, property is managed very well. Manager prakash is very helpful.

I visited Hotel Sapphire last Saturday with my group of friends and it was an amazing experience. Being away from traffic this place is peaceful and green. We spent a great time playing carrom here like old days, they have a variety of indoor, outdoor games. Cleanliness is maintained and mainly food is good, has a homemade essence to it. I would totally recommend it to everyone.

Great experience at the Sapphire Hotel though we stayed at Tulip rooms adjacent to sapphire but it has a common enterance rooms are bit smalla s compared to the hotels rooms but its neat and tidy with hygienic washrooms. Hotel Sapphire Divine was an Above Average hotel, as we people had booked Suite Room so i will be sharing my experience regarding Suite Room and its amenities with hotel room services.1. Suite Room spacious enough and well maintained. Amenities provided were LED TV, Air condition, Bath Tub, Really Big and Beautiful Balcony, Nice Sofa, Extra Chair with table in Balcony and small refrigerator which is in average working condition.2. Room Service was not up to mark as far as we had experienced (Not available within an expected time frame), but the person who was looking after our room service was really polite and warm welcoming. He made sure that whatever we asked him to get like ash tray or some sort of available things he get it for us but took time.3. Food service :- Food was really tasty, i really like what we people have order. Not everything would be available in day time but yes whatever is available is of excellent taste but costly.4. Hotel Staff :- Hotel staff is really Warm Welcoming, as we people reached hotel by 11 and Check In time was of 12, they provided us with lobby service and asked us to spend our time in lawn till Check In time.5. Location :- 20 min walking Distance from Railway station and 15 Min walking Distance from Old Highway. Prefer to have your own Vehicle or get auto Rickshaw service if loaded with Bag and luggage.Surrounding was quite and pleasant, family and couple would definitely enjoy their time in lawn area and provided balcony.6.Swimming Pool and Lawn Area:-Swimming Pool was of an Average size,Group of 5 to 6 people can enter and enjoy their time, it doesnt have capacity above 5 to 6 people with 3 to 4 Children. Lawn Area was small in size but beautiful and well maintain.

Swiming pool is an added part much enjoyable for evening gossips. Good wash room and changing room is available to change.Complementary breakfast & Tea: Breakfast was good & heavy we got 3 options. Puri + Bhaji, Upma and bread butter. Excellent taste.Prices in Menu Card: The prices in hotel eating menu is approx 2 1/2 times more then market rate hence be sure before ordering. Hygine experience:- Bathroom and toilets were very clean & complementary handwash soap, towels were given+ hair oil pouch also. Room & bed - sleep quality: Good AC, cozy & clean beds, Color TV in room with uninterrupted service makes a difference.Suggestion: Kindly take food from outside or just walk for 1/2 kms to get good hotels in market. Because after coming to hotel in relax mode you wont like to got out further for dinner/ lunch.Surrounding:- Sight view (like hill + mountains etc) are not possible. Only some hotel rooms may have the view of swimming pool. Overall experience: Good hotel in all aspects.

Seems there is a shortage of the staff due to which I had to get into the room myself with no body to show me the way. The hotel room was neat, clean and had a fantastic pool view. Hotel is very easy to locate but little far from the main market and other spots. The refrigerator in my room was not working so had to call house keeping 4 times to get it replaced and after meeting them personally they had replaced it with another. Very high price of the chips and biscuits available inside the room, so I would request to take your chips and eatables along with you.Morning breakfast had just very limited options (Three). Food is good and with nice variety in the menu if you want to get it delivered in your room.Good for families with small children as they can enjoy in the pool and have fun in nice weather. Transportation is expensive, therefore I recommend you all to have your own vehicle or taxi for getting into the city.Best of luck for your journey.

The hotel is good. place is kept quite clean. premises are also kept clean. the entire campus/premise is of average size. parking is a little cramped if there are many vehicles. the staff was friendly. check in and check out was smooth. we had only breakfast in the hotel. they dont hav a full fledged restaurant but the breakfast served in buffet style was decent. rooms are quite large and linen was clean. bathroom had a bathtub and also running hot water. room had a big balcony too. AC functioned well and also TV and wifi functioned perfectly. there were quite many families here so it is a family place. it is about 1.3 kms from city center(walkable). overall it is recommended for stay

Our family chosen this place for new year celebration but it really disappointed our expectations... Management is not keen for scheduled timing and menu as co ordinated earlier...We need to ask for each and every time for basic things like water and breakfast. We didnt got starter as of limited stock. Staff was too lazy to provide afternoon tea after 1.5 hrs with same limited quantity. Morning tea was unavailable due to no milk and many more.Non veg and veg food quality was too bad. No dj person to operate dj on 31st night.next day manager went on leave so hotel owner rejected for services we got.Overall negative rating but as no option giving them 1 star. Requesting all to avoid this hotel to get disappointment for your happy moments.

Hotel Saphire is good standard hotel for a family.It is around 2 km from railway station/market .Rooms are spacious.I stayed over the weekend .It was nice cool place.Staff is good and responds well.Food is ok types but the cost is slightly on higher side .Breakfast is also ok not bad at all.I got a good discount on goibibo so recommend to stay here for families who are ok with normal standard hotel (not flashy views and amenities you would hardly use for couple of hour or so)Tips:Try to take rooms with swimming pool side view.Food cost is slightly on higher side.

Really nice staff that helps with local information. Not only did we enjoy staying at this hotel but also food was tasty and made exactly as we instructed. They made our weekend holiday memorable. Hot water went off one day but they fixed the issue instantly so no complaints. staff, keep up the good work.

The hotel is well located. The rooms are really clean and spacious. The rooms are well lit and comfortable with all the necessary amenities . All the daily essentials are already provided. The hotel staff is very cordial and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is really good and includes many varieties. The food available is also nice. The only issue is that sometimes there is no hot water in the morning. But overall the place is a real value for money and worth staying.

We stayed at Hotel Sapphire for two days. Hotel ambience and facilities were fine. Its based in the city and quite far from tiger point and all but most of the good hotels are in that same locality. We had booked a bungalow room which are located in a different block adjacent to original hotel. I dont think any bungalow room have any nice view. Room was clean and spacious enough for two. We also enjoyed the pool for almost three hours as there was no crowd. I booked this hotel on a very good deal from goibibo so for me it was worth the investment but if you are willing to pay around **** you can find better options.

Newly Renovated with upgraded Amenities....

Stay at hotel Sapphire was a letdown even though it costed around 5k a night.. The room gave a dusty sense of a welcome and noticed rows of black ants in the loo and sides of the room. The walls were mouldy and the general feel of the hotel was that it lacked maintenance. There was no floor mat outside the loo and was given the next morning before we were to check out. The lift was wet with people moving in from the pool but no one cared to have that dried up. Food - Took the hotel staff half hour and multiple reminders just to send across two cups of tea. Complimentary breakfast was oily portions of Misal Pav and even oilier Rava Upma. Regret staying over at the hotel. Didnt like anything about the place, will surely not stay here the next time, least recommend it to family and friends. Might suit bachelors with less expectations of cleanliness.

I used my personal vehicle to get to the help and with the help of gps I reached the hotel well perfectly.The rooms were very presentable and good to use. Amenities were provided to me to my expectations and in terms of view the room is good as well. The breakfast also tasted really well with quality .Overall a great stay in the hotel. Due to its ambiance and locality it is best suited for the Couples and family .Such great Ambiance the place has around it.

I have stayed in Sapphire from 1 to 3 July, 2015. I have booked from goibibo and i got heavy discount on price. They rent bunglow room separately which is besides main building. Room was spacious and clean. Bathrooms are clean but can be better. Staff is co operative. Swimming pool is small and near garden and I would say it is an average swimming pool. Food is good but I found it a little bit overpriced than other restaurants in lonavala.One major disadvantage is it is 15 minute walk from market and you can not find auto there easily. Hotel can arrange one for you. But if you have your own vehicle then it is not a problem.I would recommend this hotel if you are paying around 3500.

Perfect for family vacation. they have small fridge in all room except for the Bungalow room.Breakfast is inclusive in the tarrif and was really of good quality. not too many choices in breakfast menu though.the la-carta is available but slightly costly. if you have a vehicle you can always visit nearby restaurants. since we are non-vegetarians , we preferred visiting Phases homely food. Weekend is much more busy as expected as they have more no.of guests. Overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks to Goibibo for giving a great deal at 50% discount.

The staff is polite and helpful. The Chinese meal was not up to the mark but the Indian cuisine was extremely good. There was a minor problem with the flush but the staff fixed it promptly. The swimming pool is a bit small for inveterate swimmers but more than adequate for a family to relax in. The stay was enjoyable and peaceful.

Had an awesome stay out here. Location is bit far from the main market. There is a shortcut as well which takes you directly to Kumars Resort. Staff was very courteous. Complimentary Breakfast was good to taste. Overall a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for 1 night on 12th december saturday. Good rooms, good room service. Complimentary breakfast was pathetic (Banana fruit, upma, pieces of uttapa which we didnt get as it was over, called for it thrice but it went on deaf ears, bread-butter-jam and boiled egg along with tea and coffee). Seriously the menu is totally unexpected from a hotel whose regular tariff is 5700rs. Hotel property is small in size with just ok swimming pool and garden (not kept well). Parking is very limited. Security arranged a space for my car to be parked but later manager blamed me for wrong parking. Check in and check out was smooth. But for their actual tariff i will never visit this hotel, u have better options in lonavala at this price point.

The Hotels location is close by to the main market area as well as the other sight seeing locations, however you have to travel through a rough bad road to get to the hotel once you turn through the highway.The room was spacious and clean, However the bathroom was not satisfactory. The basin had a leak where the water would flow on to the floor making it wet and slippery. The AC was working but the remote control needed to be changed thrice just to turn it off an on. Temperature control was not happening.The Complimentary breakfast was really good & fresh and even the Ala carte dinner was good. The service is also quick.The swimming pool is really small with the children playing area again not very big.

It is always expected in this automated world that once in a while a hotel or flight is doubly booked or when servers starts to act up, there can be issues in booking. I had got a confirmation mail from ****** regarding my 3 hotel rooms.Unfortunately the hotel management didnt receive the booking vouchers and all( my gut feeling says they gave it to someone else at higher rate).So I was not given room.The receptionist was nothing like a personnel from a service industry. He was rude, arsine and uncooth. While I was trying to sort things out with ***** and its cooperative customer care staff, my family was sitting on the couch for good one hour. These hotel idiots didnt even have a courtesy to offer one glass of water to us. And to add to all of that he almost quadrupled the rate of his shabby hotel seeing the opportunity of some server error or whatever..I would rather stay on a tree top then to deal with such monkeys with civilian attire !!!

The stay was good. Reception changed the room as per our requirement at one go. Nice and humble staff. Breakfast was not so good, no taste in Poha, Chatni was smelling refrigerated (must be prepared one day or one night before), No option for toasting the bread, and even on asking waiters didnt bother to apply jam or butter on the breads. I was able to find people struggling to apply butter on other tables as butter knife was not kept at tables.

Would not recommend this hotel because of casual attitude by management/staff. I was given room 305; the room was quite small compared the what they have shown in the website and belonged to different category if I check it the worst part was that staff/management was arguing that they have given the right room and ******* is at fault by creating a category that doesnt exist with them - I am sure the final check happens with hotel to create category;hence I know the argument had no basis. I would have appreciated had they apologized and I would have forgotten about the entire incident.All in all it was quite late in the evening for me to look for other hotels so I had to stay but I would not recommend it to anyone.In addition, I was given a room right next to where they keep cleaning stuff + to add an extra mattress was lying around outside my room door.Further, its secluded and not safe for a evening walk outside the premise.Rooms are small and just ok.I do hold goibibo responsible for my bad experience as well - I expect better review of hotels or else it just business of mass without quality into it. I have already raised a concern over phone with customer case and am planning to drop an email to top management in goibibo about what has happened.PS : I am a regular user of goibibo but I believe how they handle this will really talk about they professionalism and focus on customer delight.

I feel it was a bit over priced.Not worth the amount we payed.I stayed in an AC room. It was only Just OK.The rooms were not sound proof enough. So you would hear people in the room next to you.Which I found very irritating. The complementary breakfast was pathetic.They served Poha,Vada, bread , omeletetc.. And the cafeteria had plastic chairs .Some of the roadside hotels had better seating facilities.Staffs were very co-operative.BTW- I got a chance to visit the Banglow: room.I will not recommend even to the person I hate the most.

Went here with my friends for a 2 day weekend ,the location is but inside but yet a peace of mind place and best for a relaxing holiday.Swimming pool of the hotel was not properly maintained.Food in the restaurant is quite reasonable and delicious too.The room has a small balcony too where one can relax.
