Shoddy room service with people not responding properly. After escalation things were fine2. Surprises were spoilt by ground level staff

Great place to visit.You can either visit Restaurant and/or Adventure park or have a awesome stay at one villas.Valet parking is available in the lobbyYou can have option to chose between Italian and Punjabi type of restaurant.Normally you need to take coupons before entering into restaurant.Prices are bit on higher side.Overall great place to spend a day

Horrible service. Hygiene issues, maintenance issues in rooms and SPA, cafe 24 - they keep used spoons without cleaning in these pandemic times. high PRICE which is ok but no value for money.. All you hear from them is only sorry which is actually Robotic..I dont recommend anyone to visit. Its only worth 20% of their tariffs for everything..

Its an amazing property with amazing and delicious food options in Lonavala. Once should visit this with their family for a short weekend getaway. The adventures activities are good.

For people now staying here -1. The place is beautiful is an understatement2. The restaurants are amazing3. Cost is a bit high4. Apart from Cafe 24, rest require a cover charge which is setoff against the bill.Technically you need to spend 1500 for 2, which will easily happen.5. The ambience is just amazing6. The veg hotel has a buffet, but it is a very simple one. Check the menu at the reception before proceeding. We didnt find it as good as the cost was 800, and bbq nation has 1000 more options7.For food at Cafe 24 we had Pad Thai in Balsamic sauce with vegetables.

Very Luxurious and High End Resort, food and service is excellent too. Even though the pricing is on the higher side, you get your moneys worth The adventure park is a fun place to visit as well. The have interesting activities for both kids and grown ups. Worth Visiting.

Hello everyone,I m sharing my experience for Della resort here :1 . Room was clean with large bathroom , liked it .2 . Poor hospitality service , even they don’t have umbrellas in the raining season . They called as 5-star resort.3 . Poor service , I left my clothes in my room mistakenly and asked them to send me through the courier but these guys simply said we don’t get anything in your room. Pathetic !!4. Worst food with 10 times costlier and 100times bad in terms of quality ..Don’t recommend to visit !!Overhyped !!

The staff is very courteous all the time and would go beyond to help you and make sure your stay is comfortable. The resort location just adds cherry on the top, we went in the second week of September and were blessed with beautiful views and of course the rain makes it all magical. Four stars with a thought that the room services can be better.

Luxury hotel.with luxurious services provided by staff. Park is also good. Hangout with family, frnds in weekend is worth it here.i love this place.

I booked 1 Villa and 2 adventure room.villa rooms are worst not at all value for money I suggest to avoid Villa room adventure room is good and can say value for money.u cant sit and talk in Villa to much echo is there.No ambience in Villa room with big amount they charge we have Villa 16 and room 457-458.adventure park is expensive but enjoyed a lot.resort staff is very friendly,in house transport is excellent no waiting at all.except Villa experience was very good.

I had visited many resorts as I love to explore. Unfortunately, I had to visit Della resorts with a friend who is a sound engineer. This was a sudden help for a need of DJ and we couldnt say no to our best friend.This review is about the experience we faced at Della, which was absolutely pathetic. I am a dj and have worked with many influential people in my life. Never had seen a mangement so pathetic. We visited the place and had to do our work at Della Galleria which is the banquet. The event manager or the head of Della didnt provided us with basic support.This is just the beginning.. we faced numerous issues... The management doesnt allow someone to serve water, let workers work in chappal (clients and visitors wear it thats ok) , dont be biased, rest for sometime and turn on the ac to ensure we are not suffocated. The event person at the spot was absolutely pathetic. He didnt understand the human aspect of the work. We play till midnight for Della resorts as we were hired for it. They have a rule is what I hate now.. YOU CANT UNPLUG YOUR HIRED EQUIPMENT AFTER 12 AM. I was shocked to see it as Spectator. I mean people hire equipment lights, sounds, leds etc. The upper management is so rude they dont understand the human aspect. They didnt let the guys take the equipment or let the people stay to look at the equipment. The equipment is 10-16 lakhs ... The event person got mad and said we will not let your tempo out or any person out. My friend said these are guest DJs and have come from Mumbai. Let them go. We left the venue at 1 with a huge argument with the people. They let our helper and sound engineer stay outside the car parking after 3am.. it was cold and raning very heavily. The worked and helpers stayed there as we couldnt manage a hotel. I mean who does that not even humans treat out people like that. Although, the place shines I was terribly affected with this. Spent my hours luckily in my friends car. The cafeteria they have is functioning till 10 pm. No doubt its a beautiful place . At night facint such and issue overall changed my expectations or the way I see Della resorts. I hope this review reaches to the right people and understands the pathetic experience it creates for small business during Covid.Conclusion:- The management, HOD, Event management people should let treat people fairly. I was thrilled to see such a pathetic experience in my life. Even hotels dont work in this way. They treat workers and people correctly. If you hire people know they are human beings not robots. I feel they should be treated well and your management should look out for them. I hope they work on the feedback or complaint I shared as a spectator. I would not like to visit this place after the experience I had. Treat eveeyone as human beings not as a contract or time line based people. My friend had to spent more money to take care of his people then what he was paid for . Such a disgrace to see things like this happening in Covid.

It was a worst stay ever. Here are the reasons -1)The food quality does not match the prices. They are overpriced.2)The room was not properly ventilated. 3)The resort is so big to access the dinning area we have to walk from one end to other. We have to skip are comp breakfast.4)Even when we order in room not once but twice wrong dish was served.5)Even the bathtub was uncleaned and unhygienic.6)And what about the phone it rings anytim at midnight.7)We checked out one day before because we were bored.The only good was its adventure park but that to some of its good adventure was paid.Its not for couples.

Ultra luxurious rooms and excellent settings..Avoid weekends as many people come for day visit to adventure park and hence its over crowded on weekends.Multiple restaurants serve many cuisine and food quality is top notch.Overall slightly on expensive side but worth a visit place. Please note adventure park is open from 11 am to 6 pm so plan your check-in accordingly.

This is a separate world in itself. Spread around a huge area on the base of a mountain range, the view on one side is amazing. Different types of accomodation and adventure activities to cater to diverse set of people who come here. We just had a short visit for food so not sure about the stay and all.Different types of food joints are present and the food was amazing as well.

A Warm welcome, Hassles free Check in, Hygienic environment, Great Rooms, Friendly staff, Amazing ambience, Few spectacular views, Great food, Good Service, A ton of Adventure games. A great place to be with Friends, Family or just a couple.

The resort is expensive and comes huge on the pocket. The ambience is so glamorous and beautiful that it can capture any persons heart! It offers adventure sports in addition to generic hospitality services. The food wasnt exclusive. For people not staying at the hotel, we werent treated and served with biasness. Disappointed with that aspect. Overall, it was a bittersweet experience. Could have been better.

Worst check-in experience of my life.let me begin by saying that if you wish to check-in at Della, do that after having a hearty meal because MINIMUM check in time is 60 mins.For us, the process started at 2 pm( standard check-in time). At 3.10 we were given key card of our room but just before entering, I got a call from front desk saying that somehow we were given wrong key and our room was a different one. so again we were dropped in front of new room. there we stood soaking wet( it was raining cats and dogs) for 20 mins because we didnt have the keys. after multiple calls to front desk some guy showed up and let us in. It is very difficult to not lose patience when you have a hungry cranky 4 yr old kid crying for food and check-in process takes 2 hrs( it was 4 pm). but it didnt end there. In our bathroom, to our horror, there was no water and a big open electrical panel hanging from the roof. we immediately contacted front desk and asked for a change. we decided to have lunch first. finally, at 5 pm we settled down. so the entire process went on for 3 HOURS.Ideally, for this harrowing experience, I shouldve given just 1 star but I gave 2 because dinner at parsi dhaba was really good.Its not the infrastructure which makes a hotel/resort 5 star. its the hospitality which makes or breaks a place.

As the name n the fame.but little disappointment,as we were looking out for rooms the concerned person have not given back for the confirmation as they asked to wait n after long time wait we couldnt get any reply from them.unfortunately the stay was cancelled n we turned back.Bt yes good ambience with good things to wonders around n lovely climate.

Worst experience, feel cheatedOn arrival they kept us waiting for half an hour outside our room as there was no bell boy available,House keeping took 4 hours to resolve geyser issue.Jacuzzi was not cleaned a single day during our stayThey charged me rs 2438 for a stain on the sheet which was not even done by me, only mistake made by us was that we ignored the stain and did not report to the house keeping,Please check for yourself.

One of the unique resorts where there are pets , adventure sports,trekking and wonder world. Spending a whole day in the resort will refresh you, also there are 4 types of open restaurant which reopen s the taste buds, overall a 5 star rating for this resort.

Truly amazing experience: polite staff, pet-friendly (we have a boxer). Resort is very picturesque and well laid out.....plenty of activities - zorbing, zip line, archery, atv and buggy rides, etc. Room service can be a bit slow during weekends and holidays due to the crowd! Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Garden resort rooms also have a private garden, which is a nice touch.In case you are traveling with pets, please do remember to carry along their food, utensils and bed; since the resort does not provide these. However, pets are allowed to freely roam the entire property, without any restrictions.All in all, a nice place for a weekend getaway!

My first visit to this place, happened when we went for class reunion. Booking was made by my friend. It is 10 minutes off the pune Mumbai expressway. They have a large area with adequate parking and choice of accommodation. The hilltop tents are recommended for nature lovers, although the suites are more spacious and comfortable.The staff is forthcoming and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast there. Dinner was delicious and we complemented the chef. However, the breakfast had limited choice.Overall a memorable stay.

Extremely overpriced. The only attraction to the place is the adventure park. The room is like a 3 star hotel room but price is for a 5 star deluxe. The places has a beautiful scenic look.Having been to Hilton Shillim, would anyday recommend it over this considering price difference is not very significant. Day trip to adventure park is the only worth of this property.Would be very disappointed with the room and stay like I have been. Had to change my room due to hygiene issues.

Good view for rainy season. photoshoot areas are unique. We enjoyed all activities.rooms are presentable.

The property is surrounded by mountains, in monsoon it gives best experience to get a view of falls on mountains, its absolutely luxurious and an excellent buildings, rate is on higher side but still worthy to experience the place at least once, food is an excellent as well.

It is a good place to come and enjoy your holiday. The piano players are awesome. The transport services and staffs are friendly and cooperative. Must visit place. Pritam kadav was a great help for us.

Not worth the money you pay! Visited the Italian restaurant and was utterly disappointed. A meal with drinks with a bill of Rs11k and the food not even palatable. The pro chops were absolute garbage, the pasta was just a tad better.Had ordered a bread basket which was terrible and stale. Extremely disappointed.

Today is the checking date and I have booked a room in Della camp property .This is an initial feedback . Final feedback will be shared post the trip ends .Look wise and room wise property is great . But service wise a complete disappointment till now . At checking counter my checking process changed hands among three receptionist.Then I had booked a high tea as part of the package. 1st we were asked to go to the Cafe24. Waited there for more than 40 minutes before someone came and told that I need to go to Bristo . Waited there for another 40 to 50 minutes before food was served . Worst the apologies we’re all sympathetic. No empathy shown or anything done to demonstrate that they are really sorry. Anyway had told someone who said is in charge of relationship. Let me see if there is a service recovery

We just went there for lunch and dined in Cafe 24.Nobody came to even offer us water or get the order for 20 mins until we called someone.This is not a 5 star service. The buttons/designs in the chairs were worn out.The food, ambience and cleanliness in the washroom is good.The resort occupies a huge area. It has a swimming pool and a gym which are well maintained.

Loved this place.. Their service, food everything is superb. Just avoid going in weekends as its too much crowd.

The resort was good but the service was average not matching the 5-star resort level. Even after booking the room for 3 people we were asked for charges for extra bed. Even they denied the breakfast because we were 5 mins late. Very unhappy with the experience

Went here for a day visit. The property is stunning! Have not stayed at the property so writing my experience of the restaurant and tour of the adventure park.The staff is courteous,making sure guests have a stellar time. However a couple of things were a little off. The washroom in the Italian restaurant did not have a lock, someone had to stand by the door to ensure no one came inside. Once in the washroom; the room is dark, foul smelling and did not have tissues to wipe hands. The animals enclosures we too small, 2-3 dogs were kept in 1 enclosure. While there was provisions of 1 enclosure of the big dogs, its still too small especially for these animals who like space to run around. The horses were used for horse riding which I am completely against.

The place is beautiful, surrounded by natural sceneries, a good place to stay.But there is one problem with this beauty which is nerve wrecking and that is the about the dogs they keep in there. We have no idea when do they take them out for a stroll or they are just relying on the mercy of guests who pays to walk them around for a while. As a living being i am concerned towards the well being of other living creatures too, I mean being in captivity for long is not something that any living creature would love. You should take it in concern and look what measures you can take other than just giving them food and shelter.

The room wasnt hygienic there was dust inside the room the floor near the washroom door was broken which hurt my toe the staff didnt respond on time bad hospitality food was unhygienic blanket was in very bad condition old and used many times rooms chairs was very dirty television was not working over all the stay wasnt worth the price i wouldnt recommend anyone staying at della resort thankyou 🙏🏻

The staff and the services were hopeless..especially housekeeping..no cleanliness..I had left my baby’s bathrobe, for that I had to call them 10 times and the replies I got was hopeless…

So I would say stay was good and this review is not about the stay and food it was pretty good but what we saw there was unethical, the way they have caged the dogs it was unacceptable just to please humans how can they cage so many dogs in cells , please provide them better space in open where they can roam , why cage when you have such a huge property? Even the place was very stinky which quite obvious that dogs urinate and poo there !! Please it’s a request to set them free in open environment in your luxury resort!!

Stay away at all cost. Check in process was painful and time consuming.It’s 5 star for the name sake. For The actual service I could give zero or negative star if I could. Terrible terrible. After paying exorbitant amount of money, if they don’t allow early checkins or superior service, why call them 5 star? Property is ehh, alright. Not worth it.

The resort is lavish and beautiful with great amenities but there is a major downside to this place. Over 20-25 (may be more) dogs are kept in a cage and they are reduced to the mercy of guests. A guest would pay a certain amount to the resort and select a dog of their choice and then will take it out for a few minutes walk in the garden. This is wrong on so many levels! Imagine the condition of a poor dog who has been caged for hours and is allowed to go out only when a guest selects it. They are being used as commodities. If these dog breeds are rescued by the resort why not put them up for adoption? or provide a dedicated open space where they can roam freely and play. The other branch i.e. D.A.T.A also has a similar set up.

You will end up paying heavy price to carry your pet and kids. My booking is still ongoing in Camp Della 514. I came here with my dog and 2 kids.I cannot take my family inside restaurant for food. I need to sit outside which is mostly dirty due to rain. There is limited space and people smoke, so you are forced to either feel like 3rd world citizen, or you end up eating in your room.I am never coming back to this place. I am wasting my 2 night money ++ food bill.

Our stay was good, however, I did not appreciate the way rescued dogs were treated and confined in cages at the resort. The resort owners may take note and look into the matter. Rescued dogs are not to be kept in closed confinement and taken out for public entertainment. Its an offense under animal act.
