LDA is best place to stay and learn

Excellent place away from the city. We recently had a 5 day research workshop. Great ambience, multiple breakout rooms with good AV facilities and one large auditorium. Rooms for stay were great. They have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, play courts and cycles for moving around.The food is great too. They dont encourage private tipping but take tips as a whole to be divided amongst all the staff. Awesome experience.

A fine traning centre with all the facility , like training halls , rooms, lodging, boarding and good foods.

The Leadership Development Academy of L&T is home for a wide range of training programmes for its employees. It is a beautiful campus with well maintained plants and lawns.The classrooms are ergonomically designed, with training aids like projectors, sound systems and video telecommunication systems that can connect to 23 locations. There is a well equipped library as well.The accommodation given to the employees is top class. There are single and two - sharing rooms, well equipped for a comfortable stay. The training centre also has recreational facilities like indoor games, outdoor games swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa.Part of the facilitys electricity requirement is met by solar power. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the campus, where everybody is required to park their vehicles. Regular vehicle movement is restricted in the campus, in order to preserve the fresh air. For commuting from one area to another inside the campus, battery operated cars are available.LDA, Lonavala is one of the best places for learning!

Superb massive campus... All facilities provided within campus ... Cycles available for doing a round... Best location... Surrounded by green trees.Rooms are little cozy but its not a hotel and its a training center instead so expectations should be aligned.Nice & healthy food with different menu everytime.Some restrictions are there.
