The driver was good enough while driving the car. When we had travelled to imagica that time we were really enjoyed traveling because of soothing ride.

Their driver Parag is very rude and does not care for customers at all. Please never use this service if Parag is allocated to you. Other drivers are good.

The car quality was good and the driver was professional. Their rate chart is fair enough. They are responsive on call and easy to coordinate.

Very unprofessional and rude. If they allocate Parag to you as a driver, avoid traveling with him. Rash driving, constantly on phone. Also will keep trying to take extra money. On a day when we paid them 8000 for 2-3 pickups and drops, he literally shouted at us when we asked him to drop us below a bridge, which would have added zero extra distance and barely 2 minutes extra.They have some decent drivers but unfortunately ending the trip with Parags bad driving and rude language made us repent booking through them.

Two days, two different drivers, car is neat. Second day drivers driving is very rash.Taken AC Car tariff. Off season also rates are very high.Bothering thing is even we have taken AC Car package, drivers from both days, hardly put AC for 10-15mins only for total day that too on requesting multiple times. Sometimes they have pretend that they doesnt hear.

I would have loved to give 5 star ratings but somehow I felt that customer is not their priority despite being no. 1 cab service provider in Lonavala. I had done taxi booking for 2 days out of which on first day our driver ruined entire trip because he was very arrogant and not at all professional.2nd day we could luckily get a fairly good driver. Overall prices wise it is cheaper than others. Lastly, I would advise management to ensure customer satisfaction otherwise theyll surely lose!!

Excellent service

Very good experience with the taxi. The driver was punctual and drove safely. However we forgot a babys toy in the car, which they sent us after 2 months after repeatedly requesting them to courier us with us bearing the courier charges. When we received the toy it was all crushed and in a very bad condition.
