Definitely a Good Property to spend time with family and kids. Rooms are spacious, the staff is good and the menu at restaurant was limited when we visited but the food tasted good.Resort seems to be a bit old with lack of maintenance due to covid and other factors are visible especially during rains. But overall its a pretty good one and I loved the stay here.

Its a decent resort in lonavala. Which is within city as well as in outskirts. Within a walk of 5 minute you can reach in beautiful nature. It is shrouded by hills, lakes and dams. You can also take a joy of morning walk and trekking from here.Resort is little old but neat and clean. Food is good. Amenities are ok. Staff is cooperative. Rooms are spacious and with good view.Overall good for family and kids.

There is no doubt saying property is fantastic we stayed In a executive room... the design of room is Very good ...it was our first visit. but the staff was soo amazing and helpful that we never knew that the place turned very familiar to us. Service food timely attaining all good cleaning was done at first priority ... we had fun completely except for pool that we could not access due to heavy rains....will surely visit back

Then property and rooms are nice. I forgot a watch there which was returned to me by courier in due course. The water body can be improved also maintenance of fish tank, indoor games etc can improve. The quality of food was good.

I guess this place used to be great once upon a time. Quite run down now. Everything seems to have deteriorated with time. Over priced for above 5k with taxes. Skip breakfast here. Very poor spread. The restaurant staff wasnt welcoming at all. Loved the evening snack though. For the price, you can find a much better place.

Worst service. I cancelled my booking due to medical emergency. However even after 15 days no refund has been initiated. Now head of finance mentioned that they have 60 days return policy which was never mentioned before not even in mail. Totally disappointed.I wanted to give zero star however can’t give zero here

The Lagoona Resort is a peaceful, interesting, huge and beautiful Resort with Beautiful Rooms. It might be one of the best hotels in Lonavala, and it is close to the Central City. All the Visiting Places and Restaurants are nearby and about this Resort, it is beautiful. Its staff is gentle, The rooms are luxurious, The Interiors too are amazing!

Pros - room was spacious and the view was decent from balcony. Worth visiting in rainy season where you can enjoy the green view. Parking facility also available.Cons - bathroom water was yellowish so could not use the bathtub as seen in attached photos. Gaming equipments werent maintained properly. Foosball isnt available. Carrom board was in bad state. Food is extremely costly. Less variety in the breakfast. One of the lamp in our room wasnt working,no action was taken even after informing the staff. So overall the money we paid (6k per night) was not at all worthwhile.

Facilities need to be maintained, housekeeping has limitations, upgrade required. It can be one of the best hotels in Lonavala if they get repairs, maintenance and upgrade.

Bathwater was dirty, housekeeping have kept room very dirty, food restriction no much option, charging high price for food and room even though 90 percent hotel empty. breakfast option limited.should mention that they have no food variety left. no starter option as no business. but charging 250 for 2 eggs. no toiletries given had to ask for everything from brush, towel, soap. no shaving kit but charging full amount as if the service is in full. why dont you mention food problem. separate menu was offered. my 2-year child faced so much problem. food milk

Well starting with I would say the first impression for this hotel was quite upsetting and what mistake we have made for the amount of money that we have spent on this hotel and the services(most importantly the service) and ofcourse the answer to every question of ours would be not available due to covid and in few places it was quite weird to get that as a response. There was no proper response from the receptionist the phone in the room was not working, the upfront service that you expect from a hotel is not availableBut coming to the overwhelming aspect of this hotel is after talking with the manager the hotel turned quite alert about our presence there was proper delivery of our needs, the manager was quite welcoming as well as he did provide us with some uncovered benefits that were not a part of our packageAll in all it was a good experience but the staff needs to upgrade and be upfront about their servicesThe reason why Im giving a four star is for the managers effort to improve the service for us

We had two rooms booked for a weekend and here are the Pros and Cons of this place. Pros:Cleanliness of the roomsThe look and feel of the entire property are really good.Cons:In one of our rooms, the AC was not working properly, while on the other, the television had some problems.The swimming pool was very dirty to even look at and even after numerous requests to the staff, there was no cleaning done.Under amenities, it says there is an outdoor sports facility, but they do not have any equipment for the same.The food is also average, to say the least. The lunch and dinner is a-la-carte and no buffet facility.Overall, what the property charges, does not give you the value. Also, it is around 3-3.5km from the main road where all the restaurants are. So, if you want to have a meal outside of the resort, you will have a 5-10 minute drive. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Hope this review helped.

I had been to the place 3years back also. The renovation back then still exists. The food is ok. Breakfast was below average. Blanket was torn. View of mountain was good through balcony. Rest could not enjoy property because of Covid restrictions.

Its a nice and classy place to enjoy a peaceful vacation. The room were spacious and clean. Guest scanning for safety was a good sign. The room service was good. We liked the ambience of the place especially during the evening.Speaking about food, although the taste of vegetarian food at the in-house restaurant could be improved, my better half liked the non veg cuisine and she says it was pretty good.The breakfast buffet was pretty good although I wish they could have put in some more items against the price we pay for breakfast.I believe the efforts put in by the staff should be appreciated. Quick room service, prompt dining experience in the full moon, polite staff and so on.It would be good if the pool timings were extended beyond 6 PM. And there is no point of closing the game room when you can open the carom and TT table.Overall a nice experience.

The Resort needs a well defined professional maintenance in practically all domains including Furniture(Wardrobe doors crancking),Communication (Intercoms NOT working), Airconditioning(The Control panel needs replacement)Food quality ( Poha and Dal Fry were Not upto the mark!) And most Importantly SERVICE (we had to call Mumbai office from our Mobile to place dinning order due to failure of Intercom services!! Insane!!!Common guys.. Buck up!! I would request who so ever is planning is comming to the Lagoona Resort please do not come! Its waste of time comming to this resort.There is no cleanness is Bathrooms there are all small hairs and some big hairs in toilets, the staff do not have any manners to talk to the guest.I will share my personal experience when is asked the security pin for the WIFI it didnt work then when I again and again asked the reception staff told me that ,How many times you are calling and disturbing the us? I personally dont think that this is the way to talk to the guest.They dont even give water bottles and also take a lot of time for the housekeeping for giving me the bedsheet.There are only paintings in theroom and also only lamps and lamps there is no fan in any dulex room.The staff do not even give us plates to eat they told us that if we order something from the resort then only they will give the plates.Also there is no clean balcony

No value for money. The curtains in the bathroom were literally stinking. When I went on to put on the tap, its handle came out and fell onto my foot. When complained, they were more concerned about fixing the tap rather than looking after my foot for any injury. To add to it, being such a huge resort they dont have proper power backup. The power cut was frequent. The room service did not update the accessories and toiletries. All in all, no cleanliness and not so good management

Amazing place. The rooms are quite huge and can easily accommodate three people per room with the extra bed. Balcony view is good for having early morning tea. Swimming pool is big enough.

We chose this resort, as our honeymoon which was our big mistake. not worth for money at all. For couples I wont suggest this place specially for honeymoon couples. Rooms r huge & spacious but a ambience is very dull. One will not get peace feeling in it. Balcony & view is good. Service is too slow for which they have reason of covid. Breakfast was good. But if u ask for room service even dat was very slow. For all d services or ur requirement, u had to call twice. D food menu is very less (reason due covid) they dnt give HK service in rooms (due to covid). They wont give u plates if ur food is ordered from outside. U hv to request for plates too. Even wen ur vehicle is parked inside d property it stated as parking will be at owners risk only.Me being an interior designer by profession.. this hotel rooms highly needs to redecorate to improve the overall ambience of the rooms. As even d paintings are very dull.In d overall experience breakfast was the only thing which we enjoyed.

Good Ambience...good service...just loved with the place

It was a great experience for my 2 nights stay from 18-20th June considering the restrictions in Lonavala. The rooms were clean and didnt face any issues during my stay. As restaurants in Lonavala were not allowing dine in, had lunch and dinner in the lagoona restaurant in both days. Though the choice is limited, food was excellent and delivered on time. Especially would like to mention the service offered by Surendra from Restaurant section was exceptional. The breakfast spread was also good and sumptuous. Overall the staff was courteous and didnt face any issues in my stay. Surely would like to revisit Lagoona.

Stay was excellent. Sanitizers were kept in all rooms and outside every lift on each floor. Mountain view was amazing. Ask for the mountain view while booking. The lawns were good to take talks. All covid norms are followed. Food is okay, variety is less however you can order food from outside via Zomato and pick it from main gate.

Breakfast had limited options but quality of food was good...we had noodles...pasta..chicken chilly for our lunch n dinner n all were awesome...the only taste which I couldnt understand was of butter chciken as it was not as per my expectations. But overall food quality I would say 4/5. Stay was pleasant, rooms and view were good, no compalints. Bar was overpriced.

The place is excellent to be with your family. Thats why it was my 3rd visit to the same resort. Normally I dont visit the same resort more than once.The only sad thing during this visit was food. The price was way too high and the menu was too small to choose from.Received a surprise on the eve of my wedding anniversary with a cake. Thanks.

Stayed here with my family for 1 night. Travelled from Mumbai. Took about 2.5 hours to reach there.Pros:-1. Good Location - Silent place, near expressway.2. Spacious rooms with balcony in all rooms3. Good Quality Food4. Big Resort with great view from balcony5. Good Ambience and Ample Parking SpaceCons:-1. Frequent power cuts, however a generator backup is there. But its irritating. Had 8-10 power drops in 1 night. Maybe just a problem for that night.2. Old Rooms - Needs a bit of Renovation3. Food Menu can be improvised. Very limited veg options4. Train the staff well. Most of them dont have a good attitude.5. Too much delay in housekeeping services.6. No Valet serviceOverall 3/5I would suggest going for Royal Orchid Hotel which is 2 kms away from this resort. If you get a reservation then Fern is one of the best options there.

The resort is very spacious with many rooms to choose from. However it has become old and is not being maintained very well. The restaurant too is not upto the mark. Disappointed by the overall experience, I wouldnt recommend this place for stay or food. Not worth the kind of tariff they charge.

Let me start by saying the price of hotel is extremely volatile as we booked it and it reduced by 800 next day. Paying premium we expected service and room to be good but the room allocated didnt have a functioning centralized AC. After an hour of waiting and discussion they shifted us to room with split AC which had constant buzzing sound. The rooms arent well lit as only lamps are light source. Its positioning and charging itself as luxury hotel but ironically the extra room tea sachets are chargeable. At night where as close by hotels are well lit this doesnt charm you with moderately lit exteriors. The hotel food is quite okay and chargeable to standard of 3 star. Request you to either start giving service and infrastructure of what you charge or charge 1/3rd of your price to be competitive of hotels near by. Extremely disappointed and not going back again and neither recommending.
