One of the best resort in Lonavala for mini family vacation. They Take care of all the safety and protocols of Covid. Resort has the best view rooms remember it is our great resort has the biggest swimming pool. Resort has in house restaurant.

Most bad experience of this hotel. Reception staff is not welcoming us properly. Sepage in the room , used linen is provided us. Food taste also worst they served all cold food. No hygiene maintained even staff are not wearing Mask. Web swimming pool is not at all clean. All of them are unprofessional. Not recommand to anyone. Totally waste of time Waste of money

Rooms have wide area you can adjust upto 4 people but facility like hot water and backup of power is average (10 out off 6). But good for family special for childrens here you can get swimming pool with different water games as well as children can play freely.

I was in stay there for five days on 5th Feb. While we eat meal your worker ( see photo ) continuously stair at plate. So we cant comfortable while having our food.

Had been to United 21 for a wedding ceremony. The rooms are well maintained. Apart from rooms, they also offer bungalow/ row house properties on rent. The food quality is really good and we enjoyed all the meals served in the property. Only concern was that room service bills were required to be settle immediately after one orders food. They have an in-house water park.

Worst ever service in industry, had worst experience on 25.01.2020. ordered food at 8.50 pm, food came at 10.05 pm. For veg persons they servered non veg food where as both table was separate. No staff to ser e food. We did all service by own. Shame infornt of guest. If we pay we expect service from such a big chain of restaurant but not at all happy with this. Hate it to core. Just dont waste money dont ever visit this restaurant

We booked a deluxe a/c room for 2 nights with food package and we were given a room in one of their bungalow/villa which was very dirty and dingy. A/c and intercom was not working. Bathroom was shabby. We had to changed the room again in one of their bungalow which was OK but small. Water in the bathroom was shut off but it was resolved after we complaint. price not worth the value. Only good part was their breakfast and buffet. Will never ever go back to stay but will go for food. Location is good. Close to railway station and market. Service is OK. Property not maintained well.

Staff members were courteous, room were ok need some cleaning in the bathroom and terrace. Small rooms. Actually these were duplex row houses each bedroom converted to room with terrace attached and washroom. Housekeeping service was good enough. Water park rides were good 5 slides and a wave pool. Breakfast was ok with egg omelet, bread butter jam , vada and idli with chutney, uttapam and tea - coffee. What more to expect in the budget hotel. Location is peaceful and worth the money spent. Few indoor activities like carom, chest, table tennis are available.

The location is good. Away from busy central area, yet conveniently placed nearby.Check in took a lot of time and there was some confusion in allocation of rooms.The service was slow, but the staff was good and polite.The lunch and dinner was quite tasty and of adequate quantity.The water park water was clean. However, somevtiles in the wave pool were missing thereby creating a big injury risk to everyone, especially kids. The pool waves timing was very limited and was a huge disappointment.There was very loud music near pool all day round, specially very loud from 7 till 10 in the night. It was very irritating.No morning tea or service was available till 8:00 in the morning. This was unacceptable when you pay more than ..INR for a night. Morning buffet breakfast was pathetic. Overall, the stay was not worth the money. I would not go back there again.

Hotel was ok. They have bunlows for stay. Main slides in water park was not working and we had stay for 2 days and they keep on telling us it will get reapaird but it didnt reapaird and we are not able to use the same. Overall experience is average. Pls confirm with them about main slides and then do bookings. That have free ample parking.

Ac wasnt working, No tv remote available in the room, soap provided was very small and not sufice.Hotel is located near by road.Pools n slides are good but they keep turning it off pool wave every 20 mins then switvhnon the slides for 20 mins which was a very bad idea. Tubes for the slides were only 2 in provision and again not sufffice for 18-20 people waiting for the tube. Food was nice and people.working were polite.The necessities were below par.

Amenities like water park rides are good in this price & food is also good, but the room service & restaurant service is very slow. Rooms are Ok but not managed properly as water was coming in from front door of our room & you can see spider web all around the room.May be due to less staff they are not maintaining the cleanliness as expected but for weekend hangout, it is good place to enjoy with family & friends. I had got 3 nights free stay over here. The room is quite clean n modest, food is tasty, quantity is good to go. You can have stomach full. The price is reasonable like... Pav bhaji - 120/-, chi. Butter - 200/-, roti - 40/- chi. Biryani - 180/-The ac was nt responding well. The bathrooms are very clean n sophisticated

Except higher room rates its very nice place by Panorama group.You can enjoy here water rides including wave pool, good rooms including good room service, staff is also co-operative..Need to maintain cleanliness in the room and require maintainance of electrical equipment.

We had gone here for picnic. It was amazing. It has a water park. The sides are thrilling to go on. It is a perfect spot for the market. And the chickee you get here are amazing. The food is good. Not that great but OK. You get a bungalow here . The bungalow here are very big. But they dont give enough service as you should get. In all it is a good place for a picnic. And the only thing that is amazing is the water park . Rest is just fine. And lastly the tea in the evening is very good.

Normally I don’t write negative reviews, but this property and the service had nothing positive to write about except for the location which was good. We had been to the United 21 property at mahabaleshwar last month and it was a good experience. Counting on this experience we went to lonavala property only to be grossly disappointed. The service is next to zero. We had booked a villa for 10 family people. They took ₹23000 for one night. The villa is good without being slightly maintained. The bed sheets are soiled. The curtains filthy. Hair fallen on the floor. Spider web all around. The terrace has all carpentery waste thrown and dumped so that it’s not fit to be used. The toilets stink and they don’t provide toiletries. The AC’s we were not sure if they worked.We were not handed the main door keys and we had to ask for the same at least 4 times till they handed it over to us. They argued that the policy don’t allow them to hand us the main door keys. On asked how can we lock the room while going out, they said we just need to pull the door and it will lock, when asked how we open when we come back, and the Answer was they will come and open the door for us. It needed us to raise our voice to get us the keys. The mineral water which has mrp of ₹20 was sold for ₹40. The food was so-so. There was a group of children, almost 300 of them who had come at the same time and the kids too were offered water for double the price.The pool timings are from 10am to 5 pm. How and when do we use the pool then? These timings are ridiculous. The pool too isn’t clean enough. The water slide which throws you in the water pool from a third floor height is pathetically designed. The point where the slide ends in the pool has shallow water meaning if you land head down in the water you bang your head on the pool’s floor, which happened with me and my wife. Basic things have gone wrong. Some changes and proper management can make this property good. The service guy who came with milk threw away the foil in the premises instead of carrying it with him. These are some basic things to be taken care off and this is where they failed.Amrish

Stayed in May. The staff was cooperative. Stayed in one of the bungalows as we were 6 adults and 5 kids. Rooms were decent. Food was okay. Overall a good package.

Amazing and comfortable stay

The service provided is worst as the banglow booked had used linen and even no proper bedding were provided. We had to fight for the bedding with the management staff and finally they provided bedding with no pillow and blankets apart from that the tube slide has only 2 tubes available for more than 30 people so imagine the way we had to play. There is no proper room phone working in all it was a very bad experience.

This property is really big and has parking facility. Rooms are clean and staff is polite. Property maintenance on regular basis is one task they should take up, especially kids swimming pool. Food is really good and tasty, no complaints. United 21 is located on main road near lonavala ST bus stand.

The hotel has all the amenities expected but the maintenance(cleanliness specially) is not up to the mark. If they improve that, it can really be a nice place to be worthy of recommendation... But as it stands, it is one of those places where you stay and then not think of it after your stay is over.... Three stars generously for the money....

I travelled to United21 Lonavla facility with family during May16. Thx to goibibo for good deal !!Let me first share some areas that I liked about this resort - 1. Great location as it is right on old pune mumbai highway, just walking distance from market and less than 10 minutes drive for major tourist points. 2. Great amenities for family or small group to spend time in this resort. Specailly kids love the wave pool & slides.3. Very friendly resort staff , good hospitality and communication overall.Few things make me think wheather I should visit again, 1. Rooms are okay however certainly needs renovation. No privacy for first floor rooms. Guest from pool area look at rooms balcony than spending time at amenities. Gosh !!2. Pool timings (10-5) are the most disturbing & strange part. Guest checkin at noon and by the time they settle down post lunch and rest, they get to know the pool, rides are about to close in 1 hr.

It is near to the highway as well as 10-15mins walk away from lonavla station.Overall this place is a value for money plqce to spend a holiday during weekend

The villas where dirty. The washrooms and the toilets where not clean. Swimming pool was having the tree leafs and small stones in it . The mattress and the bedsheets where also dirty. Veg Food served was nice,it was edible .

More than 60 percent of items listed on menu is not available in a la carte ... Poor choice of buffet... Would recommend other restaurant than coming here for dinner or lunch unless anything is OK for you to eat. The cutlery is different in design . You have different size spoons and forks being handed out to customers ... That too when you ask ... The ambience and type of treatment would compare it to a local highway small eatery joint.

Nice resort with lot of activities available and a multi cusuine restaurant inside the resort. This is one of the best place for any party or marriage or other small events. There is water rides, wave pool, swimming pool inside the resort itself. I would recommend this place.

Hotel is too old nowrooms are not maintained, door lock room, walls, bedsheets, a/c.Then there comes the pool of this hotel which is dirty as u can imagine with plastic bottles, leaves, plastic.Wave pool is only for 20 mins so dont expect too much out of it and that too u have to tell the management 1000 times to start the wave pool. And this pool is also dirty as mentioned above with the same.Food is ok.Best part it is near to market.

The rooms are worst as compared to the rates, bathroom are smaller than that of a chawl, faucets were leaking, bathroom door was not closing, main door handles were broken in all the rooms, worst stay ever, please cancel holidays if all the hotels are booked but do not stay in this one.PS: we had booked 6 rooms and all were as mentioned above.

Location & water park is good. Water park is well maintained but rooms are somewhat unclean. Spider webs can be seen in/out side of rooms. Better to opt for first floor rooms as on ground floor we faced water logging at front door. Even need to keep cleaning the water coming from front door inside room. I did not found slides to be safe, landing pool was just 1 foot deep and life guards doesnt seem to professional.2. Kids pool was good.3. There is no swimming pool for adults.They have wave pool which you have to consider like swimming pool.Wave pool max dept is around 4.5 foot and its of average size.On the website they claimed other amenities which we could not found.About lodging.1. We stayed at villa it was good for 4 familiesIt have 4 AC bedrooms, 1 hall & 1 Kitchen.Lawn was good terrace was lacked.2. When you gather with for families common room is Hall.They do not have AC in Hall , Only one fan in hall , No TVso seating in hall was unconformable.3. Villa had parking space for 2 vehicle , 1 inside 1 outside.About Restaurant.1. Food we had in lunch / dinner was good both veg and non veg.2. Breakfast was complimentary and it was not so good.3. Whatever food we ordered on cash payment was delivered immediately. Whatever food was in package was delivered so late that you bound to order paid food.About Service1. We were at villa on week day no such rush.2. Service time was pathetic.Average time for tea / coffee 45 MinutesAverage time for room service 60 MinutesAverage time to attend complaint 60 Minutes.Things you must know.1. If fridge in your room is not working you cant get it repaired / replaced.2. They do not have Toster in restaurant so if you order bread toast etc.wait for 30-45 mins as it will be done on tawa.3. If you go in group in package you will be last person to be attended as you have to pay fix amount though you get service or not, But others payment depends upon service.

We are not at all happy with service of United 21.We were supposed to get pick up which the hotel staff denied.Geyser in hotel was not working and we had to wait for 3 hours to get it fixed. Room which we were allotted later on had constant noise of siren from AC.Door lock and chairs in balcony was below standard.We didnt get our personal time and had to constantly follow up with reception.Anyone can judge more from the spelling of RESTAURANT mentioned in the banner.
