The games section is shut. Only dashing car is operational but there are no safety measures. My cousin got hurt will riding the dashing car as the belt was broken.

Every good staff, good stay. Great food. In lockdown the food is available until 10pm only after that you get tea and coffee only. Some games in the play area are operational. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Nice stay. Would stay again.

Situated in the prime of the city, its a good place to visit for food.. PQR (Price to Quality ratio) may be a little high but then nothing comes cheap in Lonavala.. :)...The only issue is the jugglery for parking.. especially on weekends...Have been visiting this place for last almost a decade now...!! Food never disappoints...Service is also quite quick and staff is well behaved... Credit Cards are accepted...

An amazing place to unwind your day with your family and friends. Transportation wise if you are coming by railways it would be very economical as its located walking distance away from station. Rooms are dependable on what you prefer and how much you want cost, from simple to luxurious one, they have everything. Water slides and rides are just amazing, even if you are not swimming champ or pro in it. I m saying you should keep your fear at bay and enjoy the slides and rides. They also have adventure rides but we were busy in water slides so that one we will cover it later on. In evening you can enjoy Amusement park, game parlour, play some dashing car or can watch wax museum. Food, whichever we tried for lunch n dinner was excellent in taste specially non veg as i tried that more. So come at resort and enjoy .

It was nice experience all together but they have to do relating to lift service which is not working half of the time ... Amenities and all perfectly fine but they have to allow swiming and all after 5 pm also most of the tourist feel comfortable during night ..

One of the best hotel to stay n dine in Lonawala.

Very basic and average food and service. Between 12 noon and 4 pm more then half the menu is out of bounds so we are forced to either order what they offee us or politely leave.

Where to start..! This place is heaven. The staff working at kumar resort are the kindest and most friendly I have met, nothing was too much to ask. The room was so beautiful and beyond what we expected. The location is great. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel each day and it was damn yummy and delicious. They also have a mini amusement and water park which is really good to have fun time with friends and family have nothing bad to say about the whole experience.

Great place and food but rubbish manner less staff..one of the oldest properties in lonavala recently renovated but cheaply renovated..lifts have tin material very risky and can cut your hands.. be careful

Amazing resort , at the junction of lonavala old highway ...market place is nearby ...the hotel staff is very good ..hotel food is awesome ....all in all a very good resort to stay and spend time with your family and loved ones.

The location is amazing very convenient, staff was also very good and cooperative our trip went smoothly. Only the breakfast could be improved a bit in terms of taste, they had good options for breakfast but lacks a bit of taste but over all very good and safe.

The Resort is good if water park is open. Currently water park is closed due to pandemic. The deluxe room are spacious, only problem is location. This Resort is located at most conjusted chowk of lonavala. You have to cross heavy traffic jams to enter and exit the Resort. As of now only thing to enjoy in resort is swimming pool. The food taste is also ok, although the rate is on higher side. The room service for food is also good. They have renovated an old separate building for deluxe rooms so you have to walk a bit to reach restaurant and reception. The parking is also spacious.

Rooms are very nice n spacious. The pool was big and very limited ppl wer there in the pool.Breakfast was olso nice. The staff was very polite specially the ones sitting in the office . V really enjoyed our stay.

Not a good time to visit Kumar resort. You may choose to stay at other hotels. If you wish to stay at a resort visit once everything is operational

Very Good Place to stay with Family.... Mostly there are gamezone waterpark adventure sports also available it is located in the heart of Lonavala city.

Had been there to buy most authentic Chikki of Lonavala and Chocolate fudge.

The stay wasnt comfortable at all room service is pathetic, It was a lot of waiting as we were made to stay in the game zone bldg. We had ordered peanuts and they sent non peeled non salted ones. When I called to complain about it they said they will replace it and after waiting for 45 mins when I called to check where it is He said that we ordered it that way and so we got it. I would definitely not recommend this place anymore. we were said that disco lounge is open and we can come to the tandav lounge.when we got ready and went there.we were told its not ready. Cleaning is going on,it will start in 30 mins,after an hour when we went again,we were informed its not gonna open. Horrible experience this was and probably my last visit.

Pathetic bland food poor service , they served us water bottle for 45rs which. Would cost 20 at the most on mrp and when we protested the staff was very rude and when asked for the manager, manager afroz was like yes this is what we do take thr bill and do whatever u want but didnt change the cost of water bottle absolute shame

Due to Covid restrictions it was not functional, but as a good landmark location this resort should take care of surrounding like its parking area or outside road area as off late lot of PDA is observed which makes visiting families uncomfortable. They need to come up with a good plan to maintain surrounding family friendly

The place is decent, the rooms have ventilation issues due to which you could experience pungent smell sometimes.Turning on AC reduces that to some extent.Hot water runs continuously without issue.Water slides are all good and nice enough place that you might like to revisit.

I went to the Game zone and I wasnt happy about it. Would not recommend this place. No hygiene!

Kumar resort is located right at the centre market of Lonavala which marks it to be very conveniently located. The rooms are super class where I stayed was a super luxurious apartment kind of room with huge bathtub in the balcony and the view of colourful rides of the water park all to myself. If you’re looking for a perfect group or family getaway in Lonavala, then this is the best place to visit. Overall, I had an amazing and fun stay at kumar resort. Must visit.

In this difficult times people still think of cheating it’s disgusting, first I paid a huge amount for room and breakfast and then the room has a some foul smell inspite of using disinfectant ,room freshener even I used my deodorants also and the breakfast it feels like we’re sitting outside the temple for free food ridiculous don’t go big names this place has spoiled my entire holiday

Very bad experience had gone with my family and friends. Had ordered noodles for our kids (5) v had tea around evening 8 . V came back everything was fine until the next day kids started vomiting n had watery motions. Had to tk all 5 kids to Dr he said it was food poisoning. Pl dont go there. I want the authorities to contact me.

Seems the place is new, needs alot of improvements in food tasting, servicing, staff uniform cleanliness. Bathroom have no dustbins, the guy whoe cleans bathroom comes for servicing food was a major put off. Bathroom accessories were missing have lots of insects n flies in bathroom. My overall stay was good have just enjoyed the scenery of the place, certain things needs improvement and Im sure these guys would rock.

Had breakfast here. Ordered pav Bhaji and coffee. It was very expensive and taste was okayish. Coffee was very tasteless and had no milk and sugar.

The rooms are pathetic, they are no where close to the photos shown. Dont get mislead by the ratings of the hotel.. such high rating might be of the water park but cant be of such a unhygienic hotel rooms which had cockroaches

Not such a good experience because the manager at the reception was very rude. When we arrived, he made us checkout at 10am on the checkout date because he said they want to give the room to some marriage function despite the actual checkout time being 12pm. It was not mentioned on the booking site that we will have to checkout at 10am either. The rooms are okay but the hotel is not at all luxurious. Ac remote was not working properly and tv would not start. There was no mug in the bathroom. For all this, we paid 2900Rs for one night. Breakfast was not good either. This hotel is unnecessarily over priced. They charge you almost as much as Piccadlle resort but is nowhere near as luxurious.

Still serving outside customers who are not staying in the hotel. Staff including floor manager dont wear masks. Floors and tablecloths are dirty and sticky. Bathroom is filthy, smells of human excrete and sink had food in it.
