Low quality shoes , all their shoes are glued not stitched, their shoes dont have a sharp look its either look too bulky or very long even though if you are wearing the right size . Dont waste your money , so cheap!!!!

I liked the variety, but the sale ranges werent very wide as expected. And after discount you repay what was discounted for taxes, so wasnt very pleased with the deceiving prices. At the end they had it there way and i didnt use the discount as hoped. So Id rather buy same products from another store with much cheaper prices.

Shoes very well. Poor service and sometimes unreasonable prices. My customer experience has been very ordinary. I would have given 4 stars if the service was better.Poor service and pricy merchandise. But the loafers i bought are top quality. Wouldve given 4 stars if the service had been better.

The employees are haughty, they pretend they are doing us a favor to answer us. People come home and they dont even ask them if they need help. Very bad experience.

I buy steve madden products for 10 years and I have never had such bad service after sale. People without any professional and especially very unpleasant I am back for a manufacturing defect after having worn the boots 3 weeks and it my very bad reception and we keep the boots a week for repair after having told me that it would only take 3 to 5 days and when I call them to find out where the repair is made he does not call me back I do not advise anyone to buy a product at steve madden at the laval crossroads go to the one in downtown montreal.
