They do not follow instructions on the delivery app. Ordered 2 sandwiches and requested them to be extra heated ( toasted) I got them ice cold bread..legit regular white pita that has not been passed on any sort of heat.Delivery time was 7 minutes so had they actually heated them not even extra.. just a normal heating my sandwiches would have been hot.First time and last time order.. a restaurant that does not respect their customers requests are just a bunch of lazy unprofessionals that do not fit in the Job.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

Ordered a falafel plate and got a plate of fried cauliflower instead!! Called them and all they had to say was that they were out of falafel! This should have been said when I ordered! A supper of cauliflower and potatoes and rice wasn’t exactly what I had in mind!! Very disappointing!!!

To make matter worst they messed up the remaining plate (I payed for a combo and got a shish taouk...). To the owners: Please messing up orders that much is very unprofessional and need to be adressed. To future clients: Dont make the same mistake I did.

So upsetting! So frustrating! I would NOT recommend ordering online or by phone from them.We ordered and placed what we wanted by 5:00pm. By 6:25, still no food. We called. They said the driver wasn’t able to find our address. We give it to them AND our phone number. They said the driver would leave within 5 minutes. We were 10 minutes away from the restaurant. 7:00pm, STILL nothing. Called back, understandably upset, and they proceed to tell us the driver said we were not in the delivery “zone”!!!!?!!!! Seriously!!!? And you don’t think of calling back?! So the person on the phone said he would bring our order for free in 25 minutes. We have a 15 month old, including ourselves , who have been waiting to eat! Free or not I wouldn’t even trust them with our food!So aggravating! Be warned.P. S. When we called at 6:25pm, when I informed the person we’d been waiting an hour and a half and he told me the driver would be leaving, he then hung up on me... so disrespectful and unprofessional!

The people who gave 5 stars obviously never ate at Adonis or Lorient at Cure Labelle.Thats the second time i go to Amir, still disappointed. i took 2 plates, potatoes were so dry (almost broke a teeth no joke) i think theyve been there for 2 days. they dont put alot of meat so after finish eating you feel like going to mc donald.Next time ill just drive 5 more minutes and go to Adonis on cure labelle, better price better quality OR Basha on Des Laurentides

I just bought a trio pita, Im a regular, the food is correct the person who prepared my sandwich is reasonable received me, on the other hand at the cash desk an unfriendly person, no hello, not a smile he looked angry with an unpleasant face, I even thanked them saying: thank you my friend! no answer!!! he is out of place CHANGE OF TRADE there were no utensils in the bag, he offers a can of coke for a good comment, for a year of free lunch, I will not come back to see his face!
