The place used to be great until they got a new guy thinks that he lives in a jungle and doesnt know what customer service is.He treats customers very bad.He doesnt clean his hands and he always touch the meet and above all he is very disrespectful.Anyways I will never go to this place again.

Its a good amir. The potatoes and the rice are a notch better than other Amirs I went to. I would recommend.

I have been to this location in the past; not the best Amir spot (my preferred spot is off the highway 13). But its fine. However, the rudeness that I have experienced on my last visit is enough to justify a review. The manager was rough with every customer entering as they were closed (we were the last customers at 18:30). And when a new customer insisted (because another nicer employee had accepted to serve him), the manager started a huge fight with the customer in arabic and then the manager took off his mask to shout at him, above the food counters, at this time of Covid. Certainly will not recommend this place! There are nicer people elsewhere that do cherish your business. Needless to say we left without ordering.

The manager had a terrible behavior, he started yelling after a customer because he came in, even though the restaurant wasnt technically closed (it was 6:40pm), and another employee there already accepted the customer and was asking him what he wanted. In his anger, the manager took off his mask (in front of the food hes serving) and starting yelling loudly at the customer, with no regard to the other customers there. We got pretty scared and left without ordering anything. We also saw him texting between the clients he was serving, not washing his hands between the two. Pretty horrible experience and no customer should be treated as such. Do not support this kind of behavior.

The guy who wraps the sandwiches is very rude and aggressive, He doesnt clean his hands.The food is dry and old.

You have lost a loyal customer, and I will never recommend Amir again. For the last ten years I Loved treating myself to Amir at this location. The people are always very friendly and the food is delicious. However today the cashier was some dirty stained shirted unfriendly young kid wearing a thick blue toilet washing glove on his right hand. With that wet blue glove he starts mixing the food next to him in the presentation bins and the other clients are looking at him and so am I. While I pay he offers a bread holding it out to me with that blue toilet washing glove on. I finish paying and I am tired and hungry and praying he doesnt touch my food with that disgusting glove on. He doesnt touch my food but he uses that gloved hand to close my aluminum tray. I will never visit another Amir again and the food I payed for I had to throw it away. Too tired and hungry to argue with stupidity.

Its alright. The food rarely looks fresh and the place really could use a little update, but the owner is nice and the service is usually fast. I should add that the food is tasty despite of its suboptimal appearance.

Ive eaten here regularly but they started really abusing how little meat they put compared to how much rice is in one portion. Cherry on the top one half of a tomatoes slice in the salad.

Monday May 24 around 6 p.m. 6.30 p.m. I arrive to take an order the woman at the service (without veil) is very stupid did not even bother to go out to give me a drink from the fridge and asks me to take it myself to complete my order!
