This place is one of my favorite fancy chinese restaurants. PF Changs is perfect for special occasions and regular dining. It has a nice asian cuisine with a fusion twist. Make sure you try their Mongolian beef, Dynamite shrimps, Sesame Chicken as well as their Crunchy beef. The menu is really fun!!! The management team is very receptive to feedback! I recommend this place.
Really enjoyed this place👍All platters were good in size to share and the service was very friendly. We even tried the drinks(red sangria) and it was exquisite 🍷✅Dynamite Shrimps are amazing (if you like spicy)Mongolian Beef was our favorite dish❌The edamame was overpriced a bit and the street style Singapore noodles wasn’t the best. All in all, great place for friends or family vibe with a good meal to share.
Came here with family members because this is the only gluten-free Chinese restaurant. Courteous service. High end decor. But oh my, the price per dish can buy you 2 dishes elsewhere. Their walnut shrimp with melon (not gluten-free) is delicious!
Great experience at this location, and a really nice atmosphere.Im a big fan of Chinese fusion food and this restaurant knows how to cater. Try the dynamite shrimp to start and dont miss out on some mongolian beef; great thing is, rice is refillable, just ask for more if you need to!
Huge portions! It is obviously a chain restaurant so dont expect traditional cuisine or flavors. But it will be worth your money because the portions are huge, it is tasty, and the service is great.
Very cozy and nicer place to eat plus very delicious and good food
Best place to have Chinese food! We come specially for the Shrimp dynamite and the shrimp melon dish! I hope they bring back the Waldorf’s salad, I have no idea why they removed it from the menu.. my mum’s favourite is sesame chicken. Their sushi is also mouthwatering. Highly recommended for sweet and sour lovers.
Came here on a Saturday night with a friend and the experience was horrible. Our waitress barely acknowledged us, she would rush us or barely even look at us while we asked questions. We both ordered dynamite shrimps, my friend got hers and I had to wait 15 more minutes for mine. Not to mention the shrimps were cold and mushy. When it came time to bring us our meals, a young man kindly served us and our waitress never came to ask if we were okay or fill our water back. We wanted to order a second round of cocktails but our waitress avoided our table and never asked so we didn’t. Very disappointed in my experience here.
I am a big fan of PF Chang’s,I went for the dynamite shrimp of course.....It’s one of my absolute favourite dishes ever, but was very disappointed as it was served cold. Even the other main dish was cold. The food taste was great but I wasn’t happy with the service. I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable there which is very disappointing.PS: The mall access to the restaurant is closed, so you have to exit from outside and walk to it.
Its a clean, large well lit space. Waiter was friendly but could have been more attentive. Our entree was forgotten, but rushed at the end, once reminded. Main dishes were too salty but had pleasant spiciness and flavour. I felt the portion size was disproportionate to the cost. Probably wont be visiting here again.
I have edited my reviewInitially , I had a really poor experience at this restaurant where we were seated and ignored for over 30 minutes while everyone else around us were served. However the staff really changed my experience at that point. Upon calling attention to the fact that no one came by, the lovely bartender Camille took the initiative to help us , when it wasn’t her table at all and took care of us.Subsequent to that the manager Greg came by to rush our food order and even offer to comp the dinner (which we declined) . He insisted on giving us the drinks. They were both extremely kind and made up for the poor experience at the start of the evening. So I have since revised my review and want to point out the amazing service that completely turned around the experience of having to wait around hungry for a long time without even being given a glass of water. They really made my evening a good experience which is testament to the quality of the people at this restaurant.
Typical americanized Asian cuisine. Their lychee martini was very good as were the pork dumplings and sweet and sour chicken. Free and easy parking is always a big plus.
Not a sushi shop, but the Lobster roll was good. Tasty dumplings.
The food was great. And the wait staff was friendly and very helpful.
I don’t know why it took me so long to go to this restaurant! Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
Ive been to this place several times and this time I brought guests with me and this place brought me shame. We just finished dining and did not even complete our desert and someone from restaurant came without apology and asked us to vacate the space and go on the counter. This was shameful, no tact no manners at all. Im sorry all the 5 stars I gave you before are just washed away by this one action.
PF Changs has been a classic when it comes to Asian cuisine. It never disappoints.Wherever I go in the world (Paris, Beirut, New York), I will always be served delicious food at PF Changs. I tried the one in Laval for the first time this year and again, I was not disappointed. It has become a staple restaurant, especially for its fancier twist on Asian cuisine. My friend and I were there for lunch on a Tuesday and we decided to split two plates: the Beef plate with broccoli and steamed rice and the Lo Mein shrimp plate. We thought it might not be enough since we were very hungry, but it was MORE than enough. Both plates were very generous in meat and VERY savoury, not too salty or too heavy. As for the price, it is definitely right, since the portions are huge and generous. I would also recommend you try their cocktails and their imported beers. Their mojitos especially are phenomenal. As for the service, the waitress was very nice and told us that we chose wisely. The food arrived quickly (10 minutes) which was surprising since the restaurant was pretty full. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, very cosy and the atmosphere feels chic and relaxing.I would definitely recommend this place no matter what your occasion is.
Everything is perfect, the waiters are present but not pushy. The food... WOW.... we alway get the melon shrimp and crisp beef with kung pow sauce and green beans. It is as good as pre covid. Same great flavor. So many restaurants lost quality and staff. But PF Chang have got to be the best food we had post lock down.
Just got P.J Chang-ed.(waited 1 hour for food that never came, on a slow Monday.) So ridiculous I can’t stop laughing and that’s the only reason I didn’t give one star.
THE CRISPY BEEF!!!! IS A MUST, BAM 💥 I’m going back for sure.
I felt racially discriminated called called a house nword by the short asian lady. the sushi was raw like my dog.
Make sure you reserve first...I didnt and had to take out..
Always a great place. Great Asian food
My boyfriend placed and order on skip and the staff was very attentive. They noticed no one picked up the order for 30 mins and gave him a call to let him know that the order was read but no one was picking it up.
Make your reservation ahead of time. If no room, order for pick-up.
This place tastes nothing like the classic PF Chang’s restaurants. I tried so many around the world and I was extremely disappointed to see the food looked nothing like the pictures and costed us 20-30$ a dish. Everything was low quality and terrifyingly overpriced. I would avoid this one. You can find way better chinese food for cheaper. What a shame for PF changs which always has high quality.
Service was on spot and food is great lets support local business thank you Marc-Andre .
North American Chinese. Classic food from your childhood that was washed out by more authentic Asian stuff. This brings good memories.Bonus: The service is nice and the place is kind of upscale. Very interesting experience!
Excellent! Even for Covid times the service here is always A++. The seating is really spaced out and you will not even see other folks in the restaurant. The servers are all fully wrapped in face shields and masks. We felt one of the dishes was a little too salty for our taste. This was promptly replaced with a less salty dish and they profusely apologized. Extremely awesome experience dining here as always
Way way over rated have had better
A nice lunch time meal change with the menu choices here. They offer a wide range which include chicken, beef, seafood and tofu. Great spicy choices as well. We all enjoyed the food and the quick service. Definitely a good spot to drop into for lunch.
Oriental cuisine for the person who doesnt like oriental cuisine.Very good. Good atmosphere and friendly/attentive service.1 star deduction for cost. Each dish is about 3-5$ more expensive than it should be.It works out if you come with group because everyone can share the food and the cost in the end.Nice experience
Awesome staff and service
Loved it.
I always love it. Yummy food and generous. Recommended.
Fast and delicious!
I normally go to PF Chang location in Montreal, my first time and last time in the Laval location. The hostess could of used a smile. The restaurant was not busy for a Saturday night , however she gives us a table next to the door.! Once we asked to move we were relocated to a new table. The table are one beside the other, you could reach out and pick the food from the table next to you. Besides this the food and service was good.
I wait more then 15 minutes to take my order but the food was delicious after all this time waiting
Very expensive but good tasty food
The food and service is always great. However, it is a bit pricey for what you get. I would go more often if the prices were more reasonable.
Tried restaurant for the first time. Sever was awesome. Pricing too high. Food was ok. Presentation was good. Unfortunately this will also be my last visit.
Loved everything about this place! The food was delicious! So many options! The kung pao chicken and prawns dynamite were exceptionally good! Service and ambience is great. It’s worth every buck. Great place for date night or family dinners. Will definitely be back!
Great food and excellent service
The food was cold and we were very disappointed by the taste. The service was good.
Big Fan of This Place, So Sad It Closed, I take My Grand Children Here all the Time!
Great food and pleasant staff, will definitely come again!
Really good food. Love the dumpling, mongolian beef and Changs chicken.
Gotta love the atmosphere on busy weekends. I noticed every time when the place is crowded the food is meehh. Best days are the week days for food quality.
We arrived today for lunch at 12:30 and were seated and given two French menus. We waited for about 5 minutes, and a server had not yet come to offer us drinks, so I got up and went to the hostess and asked for English menus. We then ordered lunch, and were both asked if we wanted the Lunch size or regular size. We both asked for lunch size as we were not too hungry. After 20 minutes of waiting for our food, the server came out and told me she had made an error, and that my meal was not available in lunch size. I said that it was not a problem, and that I would take whatever I could not finish with me. We waited another 20 minutes, and the food still had not come out. The server came and told us they were very busy and that lots of customers were waiting a long time for their food, and that we were not the only ones. She gave us no indication of how long the food might be, and we saw 3 tables who were seated after us receive their food, and finish eating it before anything had been brought to our table. We were not offered any bread or crackers to snack on while we were waiting. No managers came to apologize or offer any kind of compensation or explanation. After 50 minutes we walked out. This is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting for beef and broccoli and steamed rice. We had chosen this restaurant for its gluten-free options on the menu, and were extremely disappointed by the wait time. We cannot recommend this restaurant to our friends and family and will not be back again.
Honestly my fave place to go to in Laval!!!! Always get the chicken Lo Mein, Chang’s chicken, and Mongolian Beef!!! Mmm!!!!
Excellent Chinese restaurant. Good service. Expensive but worth it.
Amazing and tasty
My husband and I have been here twice so far. Both times served by the exact same person (Marc-Andre) and I have to say that the service weve received from him was exceptional. I used to live in the States where service in every domain is WAY better than it is in Quebec. People in the service industry here act like they hate their lives, and that they are doing you a favor by doing their job. This is one of the reasons why I really dont enjoy doing out here. But the experience weve had at PF Changs both times is the reason were sure to visit again!
Very, but very good and helpful waitress. The food was great. Nice place to go and share plates.
A relaxed atmosphere, P.F Chang’s offers a modern bar as well as a welcoming dining area. Good for kids, dates or large groups (reserve first), the food is good and well-presented but a little on the pricey side for what it is. Portions are good as many brought back a doggy-bag. Friendly staff and an OK selection of beer seals the deal (I’m sorry but Alexander Keith is no substitute for Rickard’s Red). Recommended.
Very nice hostess and waitress! Food was great! The only negative was we had to wait a bit to be seated and then it took more time for someone to come take our order. It was a busy Friday night so Im not too surprised. Good experience overall!
I had a lot of hopes concerning this place. I can’t believe that the sketchy Chinese restaurant from Chinatown serve more tasty food than this place. My chang’s chicken, which is their version of the general Tao, was a too sweet and not seasoned enough. I give the chicken dumplings 🥟 with the peanut sauce a 3/10, because they are tasteless and the sauce has a strong peanut butter taste. The shrimp dumplings are better, although the sauce that is poured on them was a bit too salty; I give them a 6/10. The sweet and sour soup had a weird tomato taste, it can’t even compare with the one served at Beijing inc. I will no go back their, the prices are too high for what they are serving.
Love this place, delicious! Fast and efficient service during lunch hours.
Really good food! I really enjoyed my meal. Good ambiance. I highly recommend this place
I have tried countless P.F Changs in many locations outside Canada and this one is by far the worst one so far. Food was mediocre, which is not up to the standards of P.F Changs, and our waiter (Danny) was very rude.
Great service with a smile. Tasty food, but pricey once in awhile worth the money.
Decent place if you and a group of friends want to try different dishes. Just order 3 different kinds of dishes and rice/noodles and share it.
Good variety, tasty dishes. Fair service. Expensive.
Incredible food. They accidentally brought us a plate, which looked way better than what we had previously ordered. and they let us keep it free!Amazing experiences here. Get the lobster taco
Expensive, the waiter was nervous, taste was average at best.
Ridiculous. Tasty but way overpriced. I have never eaten in a Chinese restaurant where for $20 the portion sizes were so small. We ordered the Mongolian beef and Honey Chicken along with a few appetizers. The beef pieces were so teeny tiny pieces covered in a huge amount of green onions. Couldnt see the beef under the onions. The chicken was a bit better. The pieces were bigger but there was nothing on the plate. Wont be going back there.
Been there many times but last time the bartender was rude and didnt feel like working. We ordered some food and drinks and i specifically asked for non spicy because of my medical condition I was served spicy food and I told her the problem she said oh well I can offer you water lol instead of changing my plate or not charging me. Anyways I canceled the rest of my order Payed for my spicy meal and Left to another restaurant near by to forget about this.
I personally dont like the one on decari. But this one is actually good
Love this place. Food is good, but I service is very good. A bit expensive but once I get in a while is a good thing with family, I friends or co-workers..
We received great service! Everything was fantastic from A to Z. The food was fresh and tasty, the waitstaff was kind and corteous and the restaurant was clean, with a nice ambiance! Deffinitely recomend!
Wow from 5 stars to 1 starBefore was my favourite placeSomething changed , cook or whatever but it’s not the sameMy food smelled bad was to spicy and not freshNoodles was not cooked enough and beans were just steamed without absolutely nothing on them
We were a group of 6 and the service was very good, the food came in a reasonable amount of time and lived up to expectations for flavour. My only real hangup is that they have a very limited GF menu. Would definitely recommend though if you like Westernised Asian food.
Swaggy spot food spectacular
Very tasty and comparatively healthy food with plenty of options. Let down by poor initial service and lack of (willingly) bilingual staff.
Very good food, not the cheapest but worth it nonetheless.
First and last time to this place, no hello, no smile, no thank you from hostess and waiters. Waited almost an hour for a table and waited another 10min for the waiter to come see us. One of the worst services I experienced.
Sunday noon. Party of 3. Ordered a pad thai and lo mein. The dishes were tasty and well-presented.Fast and friendly service. Spacious atmosphere with pleasant decoration. This is a place for special occasions; you pay for the experience.
Best Asian food. sesame Chicken is just yummmyyy!
A bit pricey but delicious! Chicken lettuce wraps and mongolian beef a must! I also really like the BlackBerry spice martini!
Your food is great. Love it. But dont charge me 24 dollars for shrimps and melons. Im a fan but I wont be returning until these prices start to make sense.
