Very good service from the reservation call up to the moment we paid our order. Our expectations were very high since it was our first time there and online reviews were very good, and, even if we enjoyed our supper, the food and drinks, our visit wasnt an outstanding experience. Dont get me wrong: it is a very nice restaurant, but we were expecting more.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant that has been around for about 35 years. Table of 5 for supper. Utmost respect from the staff and knowledgeable with any questions about the menu.Nicely renovated/decorated in an elegant setting. The food was delectable and came out of the kitchen with perfect intervals between dishes.The place was full and reservations are highly recommended.This is a family business and is apparent by the attention to detail.

The food tastes average, the service below standard. They never changed fork, so you eat all your meals with same fork and knife that was given to you at the begining. The waitress asked all people on further side of the table to pass dishes to her!! Unbelivable... I dont expect that type of service at the restaurant where dishes start at $44 +. Very very dissapointed!

I never eat there. But I came home to warm up in winters and ask if they could make me the money for the bus. Not only did they give me money, but they allowed me to stay in the restaurant while waiting for the bus and even give me a drink of water. I will go there to eat for sure.

What a beautiful place, we loved being on the second floor where we were quiet for at least an hour ... Nice background music, beautiful decor and gourmet meal. We did not regret the 5-course menu with two starters (soup and salad), the Trou Normand, the meal (delicious duck leg confit), the dessert and a cup of green tea! Succulent! I had reserved a room for 28 people. The room is small, but very well appointed, with a private bathroom, a wardrobe and a screen, but no projector.We were several hours early to decorate the room.All of the staff were friendly and professional.The food was excellent and the portions perfect!We will come back, for sure! 😃

The food was very tasty, its been an eternity that I had not eaten as well in Quebec! Hock of lamb with blue sauce was just luscious and the praline chocolate dessert had a very good taste of praline, it changes the usual cakes of restaurants too sweet.

The restaurant was not busy this Thursday afternoon in July ... and the framework as much as the service allowed me to connect well with the friend who made me discover the place. Now, I love salmon tartare, I was expecting a better seasoned tartare. This reserve at the Tartar level leaves me a bit bitter taste, because the bill was still above $ 60 per guest (for the dish, an appetizer, a glass of wine, an elongated coffee and water sparkling) ... but I liked my meal at Biniou.

The gastronomic menu is worthwhile because the choice of dishes and wines is varied. We enjoy!Servers, who are also very professional, can recommend without problem the wine that goes perfectly with your meal.The only minor complaints that my partner and I have found are the lack of room in the small room and the hubbub because the place gets quite noisy when the restaurant is full and its hard to get along talking when you are accompanied.
