Definitely where business man go to eat so if that’s your crowd, you’ll probably find your coworker. Apart from that, the food tastes great everytime we go so consistently great food and staff was fine, nothing out of this world but respectful :)

Attended a business lunch (it is definitely a restaurant with more of a business crowd) and cannot fault them on any aspect.The sesame Ahi tuna was red right through with that perfect crusted exterior. All melt in mouth. Super clean premise with courteous staff. Parking obviously never an issue... Youre in Laval.

Ordered on Ubereats at 10:12pm on Saturday September 18 and I received my order 50 mins later and it looks poorly presented for a meal of 40$ you would thing you would get alittle class plus it’s my bday I usually cook for my self because I worked for many restaurants but I wanted to try something new and I terribly disappointed

When you go to a new restaurant youre always hoping that the food is good. Not necessarily great but just enough that you dont regret it. Well... this place was great. From its classy decor to the absolutely beautiful, talkative waitresses to the fabulous kitchen. Great choice!

Service A+ prices a bit on the high end but you get what you pay for.After reading a lot of conflicting reviews, I decided to bite the bullet and try and this place didnt disappoint.Service was A1. For people who say its slow, it wasnt and Id rather them taking the time to prepare our meal properly than going to fast and taking the risk of not preparing properly. I asked for medium rare and as you can see, spot on. The crust was there and it was tender and flavorful.The fries, vetetables and sauces were all great. The clam chowder soup was also very good.No complaints here and honestly, Im debating how this place compares to the big names, for the price, Id say its up there.Will go again, good job guys!

Ive eaten all over North America, and by far this restaurant is in the top 10. Giovanni brings the hospitality to the next level he took the time to find out where I was from because of my area code on my phone number when I made a reservation, he treats you like family. The food was exquisite I had the 20 oz ribeye which was cooked exactly to my specs, my partner had the scallops in cream sauce that was perfect texture of the sauce was perfect , all the sides were cooked to perfection the asparagus was perfect crunchy on the outside and perfect on the outside, mushrooms burst with flavor in your mouth. Service was impeccable, food was nothing special, especially for the price. Several items not available: no crab cakes, no bitters for my drink. Ceasar salad was garbage: bottled dressing, no bacon, iceberg lettuce. It says steakhouse in the name and there are only 2 cuts of steak to choose from (filet mignon and NY strip), no ribeyes or T-Bones. Had the prime rib, it was meh... Ive made better myself. You can get a WAY better meal, for much less, elsewhere.

My friends and I went here months ago, it was a very nice looking place. Unfortunately, the food quality didnt match the price.We ordered the 18oz steak with rice and mashed potatoes, house salad, and calamari.The cuisson of the steak was beautiful, however underseasoned and no accompanying sauce. The rice was hard and mash was basic, not bad, just simple.The calamari was bland and so were its sauces. The salad dressing was good but the salad was just a mesclun mix that even had some rotten pieces.For the price, it wasnt worth it but the atmosphere was very nice and our bartender/server was the respite of the evening, so friendly, efficient and funny

The service is very slow. Plus, the hamburger that 3 of 5 of my friend ate and it taste overcooked. This is by-far the worst hamburger I have ever tasted.

We arrived at a Sterlings snd we were greeted with by the most amazing Hostess . Our waiter Sebastien gave us an excellent service . He was so pleasant . Our filet mignon was out of this world . I suggest you try the key Lime pie was extraordinary . Really delicious . Thankyou for the warm hospitality snd delicious food .

The food was amazing! Lack of staff so the service wasnt that great. But lady who was serving us was very kind.

What an incredible meal! The aged Ribey was fantastic. The server Johnathan was such a professional and took excellent care of us. He made a wonderful wine recommendation that afforded us a better tasting, higher quality wine at the same price as our original pick! I was there with a work colleague, but this place would be fantastic for a date. The value of the experience is well worth the price.

This is one of my favorite steakhouses in the North Shore. Their prices are at par to moderate when compared with most high end steakhouses. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The steaks are cooked as requested. They also provide other meal choices for those who may not want a steak or have a set budget but still want to enjoy great food and a cordial contemporary ambiance. To date they have been consistent with their quality service and professionalism.

We stumbled upon this place after a days skiing in the Laurentians. Our party of 6 were warmly welcomed and were properly seated. The food was amazing. I had the best lamb chops ever and the rest of the party enjoyed their servings. We were well served by Alexandra who catered well to our needs and made the experience quite enjoyable. The prices are higher than average but the setting and food quality is well worth it. We took a chance on this steak house and we did not regret it. We will definitely be back.

I have eaten here twice. Each time I had high expectations. I envisioned this restaurant as a high-end steakhouse. A place to come for an excellent steak. Unfortunately, both times I have been disappointed.It’s pricey. And I understand that with restaurants, you are paying for the experience and not necessarily for the food. In this case, I thought the food was below average.I will give credit where it is due. The seafood platter for two is a very good appetizer. Very fresh and full of flavour.However, on both occasions, my steak was very bland. Most recently, I tried the sirloin steak. It lacked flavor, the meat was tough, it was full of nerves. It just seemed like a bad cut of meat. I love a good steak. I am a horrible cook yet I could make a much better steak on my own. I went back a second time hoping I would have better luck. I am not going back here for a third time. It’s way too expensive for an ordinary steak. Ordinary is being generous. Maybe I will go back for the seafood platter. The quality and the value of that item is far superior to the value of their steaks.

I was told about Sterling’s from a friend who knows some of the best restaurants in the Montreal area. His recommendation was spot on. I took my girlfriend there for a romantic date and the food was outstanding. We also had great service from Stephanie who did not hesitate to make our experience even better with award winning customer service.

Sterling’s Steakhouse is definitely a 5 star restaurant. I have eaten there several times and the food has been delicious each time. The appetizers are great especially the French Onion Soup. In addition, the Seafood Pasta and Filet Mignon are phenomenal. The food is only complimented with the amazing service. My friends and I had Stephanie serve us last time and we were extremely pleased with how great her service was. The food came out in a reasonable time and she made sure we had everything we requested plus more. Thank you again Sterling’s Steakhouse for such wonderful experiences. I look forward to dining with you in the near future.

They have great service. I had a reservation for 7pm, had to wait half an hour, but the hostess, kept reassuring us it wont be too long and apologized, for the wait. We were offered a round of drinks, and apologized once again, waitress was super nice and made sure we were ok and happy.We recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The menu was so fine and the steak was exquisite! The salad was awesome & the place earned its title for a steakhouse fair and square. The lobster was nice too, The desserts werent all available unfortunately but the ice cream wasnt so bad. Overall experience was quite well.

Overall nice restaurant, good food reasonably priced with comparable restaurants. The issue is with their customer service. I have been going there since they opened many years ago. In the last couple of years, have been going on a regular basis, 2 to 3 times a month especially in summer. Always at the Bar side. The owner-son recognizes us, but never acknowledges our presence. A smile, or quick Nice to see you, or thanks for visiting would be appreciated. When there was a Maitre D (Phil) he would always stop by at the table and chat a few moments, letting us know our patronage was appreciated. Unfortunately, he no longer works there, and no one seems to look after the patrons. The owner takes very good care of his personal friends and family, but doesn,t seem to appreciate regular customers. Too bad, I am now looking for some other restaurant where they can appreciate regular customers, and where I spend my money and feel appreciated as a customer. There are lots of other restaurants in Centropolis who appreciate my patronage.

The dessert menu has over 7 choices & guess how many they had available...? just 2.After ordering desserts that they told us they ran out of,the least they could have done is offer the coffee or teas on the house...Very poor customer service for a high end restaurant.Owner looks like he needs a vacation!

Excellent restaurant, a bit difficult to find parking, or its a bit far walking distance. Restaurant is chic, good menu, fair prices. The staff is efficient polite they make sure that your satisfied many times during the course of your meal.

We were seated at the bar on a busy evening. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. Two of us split octopus and the New York cut steak, and it was plenty of food. The music was a bit loud for us, but most of the dining area was quieter than the bar area. Good experience overall.

Came for a birthday party on Saturday night. We were a group of 15 people. The service was great and paced well. Started off with a BTL of wine which was reasonably priced. I had a rib steak, medium rare, done perfectly. It was a great ambiance, not too noisy. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Same as another review. Seafood platter was fantastic and worth the $$ but the steak was very bland and we had medium rare and there was almost no blood at the bottom of the plate and lacked taste. Ive never had a filet mignon that tasted this bland and oddly dry for medium rare the same was to be said about the chicken in the salad, was really dry and felt like cardboard, we did get a replacement one which was seared with some sort of sauce but unfortunately still tasted dry and bland. Service was fantastic and waitress did her best. I will however come back for the fish options on their menu. I would have rated higher if their steak reached expectations considering its their main attraction. I urge the owner to please look into this issue as it is stated with a previous reviewer and would definitely change my mind and rate it 5 star.

The food is good but they do not give importance to quality and customer service. Was served a completely raw scallop, 9 months pregnant, and no apology or compensation whatsoever. Too bad because we used to enjoy this place, a simple gesture such as compensating my coffee could have made the situation right. We won’t be returning, plenty of other steakhouses to go to....

I ordered the prime rib with mashed patatoes and a side order of.mushrooms. the mushrooms were by far the best part of that meal. The road beef was poorly cut and was 1 1/2 inches thick at the bone and less than 1/2 inch at the other end. A triangle. The cut that was thick was medium rare and tasty and the other end was well done and tough. All in one piece of beef. The mashed patatoes were poorly mashed and lumpy and to add insult to injury my coffee was full of grains.We were a party of 4 the other 3 had better meals but nothing exceptional. The prime beef is to be avoided.Expensive bill for a modest quality meal.

Amazing steak! So juicy! Took my girlfriend to STERLINGS for her birthday and was very impressed with the quality of service, food and ambiance. Would 100% go back again and again!

It was our first time there and definently not our last. Family dinner with our kids 12 and 9 years old. No kids menu, but it was fine. Everything we ordered was great... crab cakes, sliders, sirloin steak, baby back ribs and grilled shrimps, all perfectly cooked. Homemade Keylime pie....amazing. To top it off, great service from our waitress Emilie who super polite, helpful and constantly checked up on us. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed !! Took 8 Oz filet mignon & my girlfriend the 6 Oz . Mine was very cold inside and my Girlfriend was burnt and not cooked properly !! The entrees was very good ! And the wine also ! But you expect a steakhouse to be on point on the cooking of a filet mignon . I could of done it myself !!

The service was decent, like any other restaurent.BUT I cant believe that the chef had the urge of bringing out a one side burn steak. Plus he tried to hide it by turning it. Well, I am sorry. I am not dumb. You are not fooling me.

Very nice place. Friendly staff, good food. You should try their Rôti de bœuf au jus. I ask the chef to put it on the grill for a few seconds for a quick sear. You get the combination of the roast and the charcoal flavor which makes it very delicious. Recommended.

Came in from Ottawa, gave them a try, I figured it was a high end steakhouse, it sure looked like it on the inside...Steak had no flavour, and I ended up getting food poisoning.I do not recommend.

Made my allergies clear, they messed them up, then took 25 minutes to fix it. Everyone else was already done eating before I had my food. Sadly, this wasnt even the first time this happened.My steak was fine once I finally got it.
