As a student who comes here often, today was the first time ive been with disrespectful staff members. As a previous comments mention, the inside was closed even for a customer whove been here since 3pm and bought two drinks during the time period. Then a staff member, a girl with shaved short hair has been really rude to me and my friend, even before the inside closing. When asked a question she didnt bother answering. The working staff kept a whole table all day for the non-working staff... customers couldnt stay in because of that table... During their shift, the working staff kept going to the non-working staff table to chat and laugh. First REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE...

Worst service ever. I got to the drive through and it took a while before someone got on the machine to take my order. I then drove up to the window where it took almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to receive payments and then I still had to wait another 5 minutes for my drinks to be made. It was regular menu items and no modifications were made so theres absolutely no reason for this kind of service!

The entire staff is sitting inside laughing joking and the doors are closed only drive thru is open. No reason as to why they wont customers in rude never coming back not recommending this location to anyone

They make good drinks, but the service is ridiculously slow, despite being fully staffed. 15 drinks make it to the drive through window before they even get started on yours. And if you do decide to venture into the drive through, you’ll have to line up in the street, where cops tend to give out tickets.

I wanted something hot with caffeine in in order to keep up. Lina was a good listener to make the best drink!Thank you for the service. I will definitely be back there!

Service is fast, drink ordered was good. Overall a solid experience. I do however recommend having someone clean the outside, theres a lot of litter and didnt look like it was well kept.

At the entrance the sanitizer bottle was empty, plus the table where we sit was dirty, no one came to clean it, so we cleaned it by ourselves, fortunately we had wet wipes. This place is awful.

People are nice but service is 0. Too and too long to get an order. They serve 100 people in front of you for uber and cars. I went three times this month and everything you have to wait almost one f..kk..g hour to have coffee.

I like Starbucks but this location always has a like extending out onto the bicycle lane and no way to pass it and enter the parking lot.. strange design and you may get a ticket for being in the bicycle lane so watch out!

Park in the back or just go to the Starbucks on Corbusier. No drive-thru but their drinks are much better and they really know the tiktok drinks as well!

So disappointed, I tried ordering from the app uber eats a famous tiktok drink that I always get, which is the iced white mocha with vanilla cold foam and extra caramel drizzle. Granted, it definitely is hard ordering the same exact drink from an app that does not have all the features necessary. However, i added an extra sweet cream cold foam and there wasnt even an OUNCE of its presence in my drink, same goes for my caramel drizzle. Its safe to say the service was disappointing and I wont order ever again.

5$ for less than half cup of coffee - privacy breach with this vaccine passport - crowded with students and the tables and chairs are not clean - good luck !

Very convivial place, there are lots of chairs and tables and also a terrace outside for summer. There is also a parking. For people who do not drink dairy , you can ask for almond or soy milk in replace. There are toilets too ;)

Starbucks very good place there ice cap as I call it with caramel very delicious I recomend but in the morning its very slow because of there consumers trying to buy a drink before work.

I would rate it negative 1 if possible.After waiting 20 minutes in line at drive they decided to put a paper on the order taking screen that they will close at 13:30. We got to the point to give our order at 13:31 and they refused to serve. They didn’t even let the people in the line know in that they closed... there where at least 6-7 cars after us. Unbelievable...at least put a person outside or a bigger sign to let people know that you decided to close ...

Dont bother with waiting at the drive through ever. Its literally EMPTY inside. Park and order inside. Youll be back in your car in 2 minutes. Quality and tastes is outstanding as usual. Staff is super smiley and friendly.

Unhygienic! They smashed bags of ice on the floor then they put the same bags inside the ice container on top of exisiting ice cubes to empty them!

Every time I come here, theres usually always a line-up at the drive through. I would ask a question about a drink, if they’d have this specific ingredient that goes into the drink. Simple question as: do you have the salt topping that goes on top of the salted caramel moka frap, she blankly just answered “ i don’t know”. She should’ve at least told that she’d go make sure if they have it or not rather than just leaving me hanging and reply to me with a “ I don’t know”. Service needs to improve.

The service is friendly, however the wait at the drive through is quite long. They do not accept large bills here but it is not written anywhere so today I spent 25 minutes (with few cars ahead of me) waiting to end up driving away with nothing. The food and drink is what you’d find at any Starbucks.

Huge line up for the drive thru due to the 2/1 promo yet the staff is super friendly as if you were the only customer there. Drinks were customized and came out on point. Thanks!!!

20 mins!!! It took longer than getting in-out of Costco+getting gas. Priority is given to drivethrough clients, we are 10 clients waiting for our beverage, atleast 20 cars passed before I got my order. Serves one drink, then another drink 5 mins later.

Surprisingly very popular Starbucks location, at least on weekends. It has many tables and seats but are mostly full; and expect slower internet. It may take a bit longer to get your order or drink as they also have drive-thru service. Staff is very friendly and seems to really care about their customer service. This location has a very small parking, so you will likely end up parking on the residential street behind. During summer, you can sit on the terrace at the front; that is if you enjoy the dust from the frequent cars passing the boulevard. If they could set up a terrace on the roof with shrubs to hide the street... :)

Really bad customer service. You wait in the drive and theres no indication that its closed. Then when you try to get someones attention, they all ignore you.

Inadequate service and there’s always nothing to order. Why do you put the protein box on your menu if you never have it?! Fact: Last time I’ve ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and it was completely froze!

Service is always extremely slow no matter when you go, even if you go inside. And theres always a huge lineup at the drive thru that goes into the street. Avoid this place.

Although I come here regularly, I would like to see some improvements:For instance, the staff attitude is really offensive. They are unfriendly, impolite and sometimes even rude! They have zero customer service.The Cafe is a mess! The tables and the floor are always unclean and dont let me start with the toilets!Also, I once encountered a very unsanitary incident at the washrooms. One of the employees has done something super unhygienic that i wont mention here.I love this cafe, the coffee is great! And the atmosphere is lovely. It would be greatly appreciated if changes are taken to improve the mentioned points.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home. It opens really early and the service is one of the best. They always smile and are really organized. The baristas are great and they have a lot of seating arrangements.

The best Starbucks store in Laval! The store was clean, the service was efficient, and my beverage was perfect. I was fortunate enough to meet the new manager, and leave a positive comment with him. Hes very friendly and professional. His staff obviously respects and loves him. Definitely returning!

30min wait at the drive through

Great place to a go and grab a bite and coffee at the same time as working or even going on a meeting. Its very close to everything, so its an easy rendez vous point you can have with friends or business partners. Great place to work too since its not too loud especially afternoon

We wanted to go grab a coffee and relax at one of their tables. You walk in its like you walked in a library. Everybody on their computers and book studying in a place where people want to take a minute and grab a coffee. We didnt even have a sit to stay. We walked in and left without even ordering. Im never coming there again. People call before coming if your intention is to relax...Not sure you are gonna have a spot.

Long time to get ur coffe

First time I see a large cappuccino 1/4 Caffe 3/4 foam...I return it and the the clerk given a new one with the exact same proportions: 1/4 Caffe 3/4 foam.....Is that normal?

I love Starbucks. Not all the same decor. This is one is a nice one. Look for my other reviews to find which one I visited that I think is the nicest in Montreal.

More interior space since re-design and renovation. Nice cozy feel to the cafe. In the winter the fireplace will add to the atmosphere. Kiki is really nice, welcoming and helpful. Floors could be kept a little cleaner but all and all a good Starbucks.

Great place on st martin Blvd. The staff are friendly and the ambiance in there terrace is great. Inside seems cozy. My only apprehension is the WiFi speeds are not that great on the western part of the building.

Also they stop making Blonde after a certain time???? I have normally had good service from this location. But, with the fact that someone in the staff wanted to solely refuse serving me based on what was on my t-shirt. It is completely unprofessional and unbecoming of an American establishment.I would recommend going to the location at Carrefour, but even they are as slow as molasses and will likely make a mistake on your order.
