Cute little Cafe Depot, but not practically constructed for a rush hour; there is no place to wait for your coffee, and you have to bother the people in line if you want to look at their food selection. You then have to do an awkward U-turn to get out of the store. Not practical. Otherwise, great coffee/food quality, same as every other Cafe Depot. The staff is super friendly!

I asked for a caramel latte and I got a regular latte for the price of a caramel latte. Told the cashier that it had no caramel inside and she didnt wanna put it. Very bad service

I come here often because i work near and it takes too long to get to the food court. Although it can be a little pricey, the staff here is always really nice to me and ive never seen them lose their cool so... shoutout!

Disappointed to be served a mango smoothie which was actually just syrup with milk .. the taste was too sweet. Very slow service as there were only two employees to deal with customers and deliveries. They should hire more staff. Otherwise the raspberry muffins and ham wrap was delicious.

There was blood on my daughters croissant bag and mug. The employee tried to hide blood stains on my cup (giving me a cup over it (because it was hot ...) but I realized it only after my daughter finished to eat.I went to see her afterwards to tell her that there were blood stains on our packaging and the employee subtly removed her thought so that I would not see it.It would be the least of things not to serve wrappers or stained food to customers.The employee should never have served our food when she knew she had left some blood on the package and maybe even on the food.

Im not the type to complain on the internet, but it was the worst coffee experience of my life (and I drink coffee!) 5 employees, 4 who do nothing and argue for nothing. A young girl welcomes me kindly (the only one who will listen to me), but disappears quickly so I am not served 4 completely lost people who listen to me in any way for my order REALLY simple to finally pick me up with a coffee of the wrong size tasting the too sweet sewer bottom. I return the worse and I advise you to do the same. I sacred it in the trash after 2 sips to bring this coffee with his own: the trash.

Lousy service! I arrive, there are 2 people behind the counter, one takes the plunge and the other tidies up. Both ignore me and I have the impression of disturbing them. Finally after a while the waiter comes towards me without saying hello, takes my order in a dry tone, serves me without words. Decent coffee but should learn how to serve. I would not come back.
