Liked it the first time but the second time drinks tasted like coconut even though we didnt ask for it 😂. The chocolate Moka is good!!

Extremely disappointing experience, made 1h of line, absolutely insane for a cup of coffee. At some points just wanted to leave without grabbing the drinks. There were 2 lines: one to order and pay and another to get the drinks. To prepare the beverages were 3 persons, 2 girls being on their phones most of the time and 1 trainee guy looking so tired, lost and non motivated. Served customers were coming back with wrongly prepared drinks, which made it all even longer. Definitely not going there anymore.

The drinks were good but talk about bad service. I am never the type to write reviews but my visit here was very disappointing. I waited for over 30 minutes for my drink..not to mention the customers who had ordered AFTER me were getting served before I did. And when I FINALLY got my drink I realized they had made it wrong. I asked them politely to fix it, but got major attitude.

I had a Pina Colada drink at L2 Bubble Tea and it was heavenly, I certainly will go back very often to taste other drinks! They have a wide variety of flavours, with welcoming staff and good service!! I certainly recommend L2, it is refreshing!

I would give less if I could. I waited 1 hour in line to order and get my drink, but once I got to the counter they told me to wait in an another line, who took 35 minutes,just to get a disgusting drink

Very sad to have to leave this review because the drinks are always great and I love the x-large cups but management needs a change. Third time now I take a 30 min drive to come to this specific boba store and theres a line of over 40 min outside the order cash, with BARELY anyone waiting for their drinks. Severely understaffed. And its like this at any time of day, in mid afternoon, right before closing, doesnt matter, management is always terrible.

It’s basically liquid junk for Millenials: water down tea, artificial powders and colors, Coffee Mate (ew!) instead of powdered skim milk, and cheap white sugar.Customer service is barely ok. Often asked for more ice and got the same amount in a somewhat lukewarm drink. And numerous times I’ve waited a long time in line for finally being told: “Oh, we don’t have anymore tapioca balls, um, maybe in 20 minutes“. Gimme a [bleep!] break!Time to hit YT to see how to make homemade bubble tea with fresh and organic ingredients (!). Beu-bye L2!

Service is extremely slow! 40 minutes there were 7 person in line and they were 5 employees! Its ALWAYS the same. Really disappointed cause the bubble tea are very good.

The bubble tea here is very good But i dont very much like the tapioca and there is WAY Too much tapioca. but of course thats only my opinion. The staff/cashier were very nice But Its really slow service and the line was really long Id rate the drink (with the tapioca) a 7.5 And without the tapioca probably a 9.5 But ofcourse this is all my opinion

BAD customers service. I mean realy bad. The manager seams in a bad mood all the time. Very slow service too. What is such the hype that people are willing to wait more than an hour for a sweet drink?. Make your money while the fad is on.If I understand correctly, if you are out of the size large cups I have to pay for an extra large? How does this make sens as business? If you don’t have anymore cups of size large you should make the drink in large in a Xlarge cup. You should never tell your customer they have to pay more like it is their fault you ran out of your furniture. Not their fault, your fault.

Terrible customer service, it was a 30 min wait, and it wasnt even a rush, only 2 ppl behind us. This blonde girl working there was a bag of attitude; she made my drink wrong and was just so rude when I told her she had made a mistake. Its not the first time Ive heard someone comment on that employee. If she doesnt like serving people, maybe she should just quit. They were serving everyone behind us in line, and we were the first ones in line. overall super disrespectful

I think this place is good, the only thing i did not enjoy was that the line was long and it was a long wait to get to the people who were taking the orders. It also took a while for them to prepare the drinks.

The drinks taste good but are so expenssive for what it is (over 7$ for an extralarge, lets be honest there is nothing but sugar in there) also I waited 40 minutes for my drink while there was only 4 people in line before me, the staff is definitely extremely slow, they seems to prioritise uber eat orders over customers that are currently in line. Dont go there if you are in a hurry

I went around 6pm service was quick Nd it was amazing service there was this really nice blonde girl at counter my card had gotten declined a couple times (my pins fault) and she had let me try again normally other places would’ve kicked me out aha 10/10 for sure

Really slow! Mr.pretzels line is way better than this location, there are 3 people working yet it is so slow!Bubble tea is good but service is terrible! If have 20-25 mins to spare go ahead there to buy bubble tea. Thats how long u have to wait. Reallly sad!

Great staff, the person that served me was training someone at the same time. I bought 3 milk matcha and they had no tapioca left and offer another product similar so it was ok. Great refreshing drink.I recommend this place for people trying out bubble tea.

Im a big fan of the L2 in the CF St-Bruno. I just visited this L2 in CD Laval and lm really disappointed. I ordered a mango smoothie with milk and I received a drink that tastes like water.Bad service.

My drink was amazing. However I asked without ice and it had ice in it.

As an Asian, I dont think thats the real bubble tea. But I cant complain too much, since this is the only bubble tea shop I could find in Laval.

Went here a Saturday afternoon, so the carrefour was jam packed, still with a line we got our drinks fairly quickly. No complaint there.We chose our drinks, had help deciding on the extras from the lady at the front ... We got our order a few moments later. It was really quick, really good not too costly (same price as an iced coffee at Starbucks. This was much better though

Great staff , I asked for a strawberry milk with litchi pulpe they didn’t have litchi pulpe so they asked me if I wanted something similar. Great drink btw!

Products are good, I always go for the classic black milk tea with tapioca. Even with the big line they process the orders fast. The girl at the cash could be a bit more polite while explaining the products, she acts like the customer should know what drink countains what ingredients. Rudeness aside, its the best bobba place in laval.

The tea was awesome, if it were what I asked for. When we went and the took our order right, the L2 tea are one of the best I ever had. But at this location the customer service is really bad. Its not just a one time thing sadly. I hope theyll fix the situation and do something about it.

Great variety of teas, juices and milks, unique of its kind, service is fast so dont let the possible waiting line scare you and they only take cash or debit.

I love the stuff they have here! There is always a lot of people in line, but they are quite fast! I did get a couple of orders wrong though, where I asked for slush and did not get it for exemple.

Every time I go there is a minimum wait of 40 minutes at any time of the day. In addition, I ask for more pearls in my drink to end up having less than a normal portion ... in any case making the road to the one in Montreal is better worth it than being served by these people who dont even wake up to work

Worst customer service !!!! It was our first time in this L2. We waited 30 minutes in the line and when we finally arrived at the cashier to tell the cashier our order, an employee who claimed to be the manager cut us off and asked us if we had a white paper with our order on it. and we answered no since she never came to see us to take our order in advance on a piece of paper, while we were in line ... she dares to shout at us saying that we had exceeded everything people in line when clearly we were in line for 30 minutes. Lack of professionalism and yet she walked past us at least twice and she never came to see us !! We repeated several times that we were in the line she can even look into the cameras, why would we lie !! She kept repeating that she was the manager and in addition to all her she dares to tell us the next time to go see her if she has not taken our order in advance. Still, its her job to make sure to ask everyone if shes already taken their order, how she want us to know thats how it works in this L2 Lounge. I should also mention that when she started taking orders ahead of time on a piece of paper, she went to see who was at the end of the line first instead of who was there first. Logically, we always start with those who are first in the line and not the other way around, otherwise they would not have heard all this misunderstanding. We thought maybe the fact that we were near the cash register was the reason why she didnt come to see us but no. In short, she did not even apologize for yelling at us and especially for accusing us of having overtaken everyone.

Never disappointed, clearly the best place for bubble tea…. Several choices are available. Bright pearls: a must. The only downside is that its a small place. The barista seems to be stacked on top of the others (this can sometimes be a bit longer). But the wait is worth it. I go there minimum once a month!

I ordered an XL milk bubble tea and I specified in the milk they gave me a normal lychee tea I asked them to politely change it they accepted I received it and then I found pieces inside but it is not at all tapiocas I spit it out and these slimy things, deguelass to chew, very disappointed, added to that when I told them that it was not what I had asked for a worse 4 minutes so that she understands it, incompetent staff .

Really long wait (30 min) because the employees dont care about the customers, they do everything in slow motion and have no courtesy (no hello or good day). In addition, they make mistakes in the orders and keep recommending drinks. Simply disappointing.

Very good juice but the service is very slow, there were 4 and it took a good 40 min to receive our drink and the line was not very long, so I do not recommend when there is a line, unless you be patient!

Unfortunately, your pearls are not your employees ...: at 16:50 Saturday November 23, a lady saying that she responded to the instructions of his manager, has shown a great judgment by cutting the line approximately for serve the last customers before the closing of 17h. So cutting the line in front of my wife and our 7 year old daughter ... Despite our attempt of reasoning, she did not flinch leaving in tears a child. Bravo L2!

Always welcomed with a silly air. In addition, I always take the same thing and each time it tastes different. It doesnt matter which L2 I go to. A franchise is not supposed to taste the same no matter in which branch you go or no matter the employee?
