Nice place, nice terrace outside, amazing coffee and exceptional employees and owner!

I think this is why Starbucks is kicking Second Cup’s a@@. It was confusing from the beginning, not sure if it’s because there were lots of people and they work better with a slower flow.We ordered coffee and sandwich combos, picked our sandwiches but had to go back to the front of the line to pick them up and give them to the counter. Then we placed a coffee order and weren’t sure where and when to pick them up. They don’t need to write the names on the cups like Starbucks does but there has to be an understanding from the customer went to pick up the drinks. There seem to be a lot of stuff with each other to create a flow.It was confusing for us and imagine it was the same for others that were waiting in line. With pumpkin lattes pumping out, how do you know which one is your order.I thought the staff worked hard to make the effort but they fell short. So they get an extra star for that. Was delivered the wrong coffee but they corrected it immediately! Sandwiches were toasted but cold inside.If you need help guys, feel free to reach out to us ! ;)A generous 3* because they had the right attitude and effort.Large and clean washrooms, despite the heavy rush.

I had this rated as 4 stars and went out of my way to come back make it 2-the service is always terrible with so many mistakes and when they finally get it right the coffee is terrible.Come here if you like garbage coffee!

Irresponsible and Unfair!We ordered some drinks from here about 10 days ago but the barista charged us incorrectly. When we pointed this out, she asked us to repay and she said that she will tell her boss to cancel the previous one.We asked her to give us the receipt, but she did not give back the receipt and said she should give the receipt to her boss to cancel, and we accepted.After about 10 days, we didnt receive the refund and even the phone number on Google maps was incorrect and we could not call them.Today we finally went there to ask about the refund, but they refused to refund without a receipt. When we explained the story, they told us that they dont have our receipt.I found this to be very irresponsible and unfair.I explained this here so that others would not get into a similar problem.

My favorite place

Indoor and outdoor seating. Went in the middle of the day. Most people were outside, so there was plenty of room inside to set up to study. Staff is knowledgeable about their products and helpful. Theres a friendly atmosphere and the coffee is great. Recommend!!! Especially if you speak Armenian (I dont unfortunately). Youll be able to chat with many staff members! :)

Espresso ground 4..niceHowever, the point crediting often is an issue. A year ago it was about the machine supposedly not working. Now, it is about not knowing how to find my partner loyalty card via her phone number to credit some points since I did not have it with me...I go there because it is close, but I question some things about this store..Maybe, I did not express myself clearly...but then how come I can do it in other stores? And even in this one when management had temporarily changed....

I prefer the original owners style and ambience in that place. I hadnt gone there for years, I went yesterday and the new decor is horrible...felt like a Hospital cafeteria. Everything is white, table and chairs are just against the wall all lined like match sticks, no couches, no cozy Lounge area like before. And regular filter Coffee just horrendous as it was years ago. This second cup has an issue with their regular coffee. I dont know what it is but Ive had second cup elsewhere and is really good, something bitter about their grind here.Id rather go to a Tim Horton, they have nicer seating areas... this was more like: come in and get out.

Outdoor seating area that is wonderful at this time of year. Store should consider staying open to midnight on weekends in the summer. I am sure they would have plenty of business.

Great service and good coffee and teas. Sometimes takes a bit long on the mobile order but they make up for it in store

I absolutely loved my Cuzco coffee tonight. Best one in ages. I also love that they do one cups at this location, as many dont so youre stuck drinking Paradiso or some flavoured coffee.

Drinks are too sweet at least to my taste, they are taking advantage of the Tim Hortons change of ownership and displaying proud to ba Canadain.:)

Warm ambiance. Free parking in front. Friendly service. Very accessible (right off the highway 13). Beverages are delicious. They have healthy choices for organic eaters. Perfect place to meet friends, go to work or study or have small business meetings. Free wifi.

Cozy little place next to the highway with a terrace. Perfect place for a meeting except that it gets quite noisy when they use coffee grinders or blenders

Tasty drinks, love the environment, the decor is amazing, nice employees. Overall a great place to come and study or catch up with a friend.

Trying to work here is difficult as its noisy. Chairs that make a terrible screeching sounds against the floor when people get up or staff move them around. Its cold, not cosy like it was a few years ago. Coffee is ok.

Very good service here very friendly coffee great the BaBa au Pomme is very good too.It’s incredible how it fills you up.Even the Second Cup at Carrefour Laval has great service.If you go often they remember what coffee you had on your last visit.

Horrible service! I asked for 35% cream in my drink and after paying for it the manager got mad at the bartista saying dont open a brand new creamer give her the 10% instead. I explained that no I would like the 35 at which point he said well I dont want to open a new one cuz I have no use for it afterwards. Hmmmm ur a coffee shop. Im paying for my order. Please learn to serve your clients based on their order requirements. No wonder Starbucks is doing so much better! It not like Im getting the drunk for free. Your charging me based on what im ordering. Simple unacceptable. Next time just tell ur customers straight up that sorry we dont offer 35%!

This is where I come to satisfy my latte cravings. As in any coffee shop it can be hard to have a table since theres always a lot of people working away on their laptops and the location is quite small. The baristas are always very nice and polite.

I love their London fog and staff is always great.

My visit took place on a Wednesday at 9am. The personnel was not as friendly as in Montreal and they seemed to be mostly concerned with their delivery service. Never going back.
