I like the outdoor place where you enjoy while having your coffee.

This is a prime location with a very large space to work with for the cafe, both out door and indoor. This is very well arranged. On the down side Im a little bit disappointed with the staffs coffee connoisseur level. It almost feels like an unorganized family-owned cafe. I highly recommend hiring more experienced staff to augment service quality, or implement a better training protocol. Otherwise, great spot!

A totally renovated, refurbished reinvented place and menu. Enjoyed it a lot. Its a joint opinion because I went with a couple of friends and we were all impressed.

All I have to say ... Their cheesecake can be compare to the one at Rocaberry or even better 🤣🤣😁😁!!! Love the place and spaceous! Not too noisy so you guys can study in peace !! 👌👌👌😁

-They said that they opened at 8:30am on Google.-I got there at 8:45am and they were closed.-I called them and they said that they opened at 9am afterall.-I then wait until 9:10am and they never opened.-I left. I wasn’t the only one waiting at the door. Such a waste of time🤦🏻‍♂️

Very nice ambiance. The second floor is quiet, free wifi, staff is fast and nice, tables are clean. You get what you expect.

This coffee place is popular for quick meet up and work meeting. Coffee is average. It serves good size in food and worth the price. Service is not fast, it can take a while before ordering especially during rush hour. Wifi is not reliable, several times Ive been here and I had connection issues. Depending on the amount of people, you may experience problems accessing it... Besides that it has a nice variety of cakes. You can spend a good time here if you dont experience these situations.

Sandwiches were ok. But the cold moccha I took was really bad. A coffee place cannot serve a coffee like this!

Honestly I dont know what to say.. the cashier obviously doesnt like her job.. I asked for a croissant with eggs cheese tomato and lettuce.. I got a dry croissant with egg. The latte was so-so.. however I found the cup nice.. but who cares about that!?!

Bad experience! Came to study, the benches are super uncomfortable! the service is bad. they make you buy something every 2 hours just so you can stay, you can’t have access to wifi without paying and the manager and the owner are completely disrespectful! They have the audacity to come tell me that i need to buy something to be able to stay WHEN I HAD ALREADY BHOUGHT A COFFEE UPON ARRIVAL (wich contained expired milk, by the way) and when i brought my own sandwich from home because I CAN’T EAT GLUTEN the manager told me that u can’t eat it here because it’s not from presse cafe! THIS IS COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

We had a medium latte , paid 5,45$ each , wich I think is a little bit expensive and the coffee had no taste, Will NOT go Back there.Lots of good places in Laval and for sure This commercial coffee place has nothing on the little independant coffee houses in Mtl.

Very practical cafe. Nothing very great. But everything just right. Its a cafe u could go daily and enjoy something. Lot of food variety.

Nice modern place to sip on your coffee drink or bite. The coffee is alright, dont expect anything special. Roomy with a few seats on the upper floor. The high glass windows and ceiling brings in lots of natural lights, but also result in higher noise level. Still, it has plenty of tables, good to work or chat without rush, as each time I visited it only had few customers.

If i could give 0 star, I would. I sometimes go to this place to study when there is nowhere else to study, but this time it was just a disaster. The cashier was already putting pressure on me to decide which coffee I will take by saying I hope you will make a choice before we close!. But at the end, the employee asked all the seated people to lift their feet up so he could pass the broom under their chairs. It was only 10h30 p.m. He passed the broom on my shoes without apologizing and he yelled at me me because there was snow removal salt under my chair and blamed me for it?? What a disrespect, I would NEVER go here again, and you shouldnt either!!!

What to expect from a coffee shop, nothing more unfortunately. Coffee was fresh, espresso well done. Choice of teas was limited and little expensive for bagged tea. Water was too hot for white tea, but then again its a coffee shop.Food items were morning fresh.Ambiance would improve if floors and tables would be sparkling clean.

I am a regular there, nice place, good service mostly served by Myriam and her team, excellent smile and always offering new stuff to try, people who are mostly complaining about this place are people who do not have any patience to wait in line when there is rush. I have been to this place on a daily basis for over two years now. Nice and friendly place. The only thing is that they close at midnight!

Good customer service from employees. However, the sandwich gave me serious heart burns. Coming from a guy that eats poutines as if it was nothing, this sandwich must really been sketchy. Bathrooms are filthy especially the toilet bowl.In sum, the place looks nice but deep down is really not great.

My friends and I really enjoy going to Presse for only one simple reason: space to study.Some of the employees can be extremely rude. The manager is worse than his employees in all honesty and Im sure Im not the only one who agrees. He treats his customers like numbers instead of people; always trying to maximize his space, and not allowing his customers to use more than a table each (even during dead hours). He makes his rounds every so often around the restaurant, eyeing groups as if theyre overstayed their welcome. When the internet password is changed, the manager will not share the new one, nor answer questions we may have about it. The employees have closed it early on many occasions, as early as 10PM when in reality closes at midnight.Aside from the manager acting in such rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful manner, the way they handle their food and toilets arent the freshest / cleanest either. My friend and I made the mistake of buying a piece to split; it tastes plain awful and stale, quite obvious to not have been fresh, it was completely gone to waste. They do not properly wash their foam machine or hot milk pitcher, which gets used quite often. You can see the crust along the inside from the old milk. They use that unwashed pitcher to put in your new hot milk for your latte. The least they can do is wipe down the foam piece and rinse the hot milk pitcher. Managers are the ones who are in charge of ambiance, freshness, professionalism, etc.. and Presse Cafe Centropolis does not have this.

Great ample space full of great people. Nice varied crowd and friendly staff made my visit pleasantt and relaxing.

Okay bad place. I asked for baby chair before ordering and been told that surely they do have. After ordering she told sorry no baby chair do you want us to have your order to go!! 2019 no baby chair! Is it even allowed!

I came in here for coffee and immediately if not somewhat rudely got told that the coffee machine isnt working... so no espressos, no lattes, no cappuccinos... at a cafe place....alright... Only option available was their filtered coffees in those containers that look like those you see for Van Houtte at smaller cafes/gas stations. Anyways, I opted for the coarse coffee in a medium size only to find out its $4 when Im paying for it?? How is this even competitive? McDs less than half the price.. but did it taste better? Nope. The coffee wasnt very coarse at all and tasted kind-off mediocre.. I had to throw the remaining 1/3 of my coffee once it got cold at work. This rarely happens.What a disappointment.

This place was litteraly my office while completing university. Definitely a student-friendly place with a great ambience wether it is for reading or sealing a business deal.

I disliked my experience there on the night of December the 27th. I ordered a coffee and two slices of cake 45 min before the advertised closure time - I didnt find my stay comfortable. One of the workers kept showing up at my table asking me if I was done twice within 20minutes from when I entered.
