HomeSense is always a treasure grove for finding objects fir decorating and furnishing our homes but clients seem to have a hard time keeping tbe required distance necessary because of Covid 19 inside the premises. It is just very upsetting and takes away all the pleasure of shopping!

So much stuff! It’s a huge store with lots of selection.

Nice stuff, but very low stock. Looked empty at times, but in other aisles it looked normal.Friendly staff.

I have found some home decor articles which were defective. AI think the management should either remove or reduce their prices. Lantern, vase, mirror, chair .....

Decent merchandise. But it is a gamble if you are looking for something particular. Recommend for browsing.

It says Open when you check online and when I called the stores automated response but it is closed after you drive all the way there. Not cool at all. Very disappointing.

Always my go to place. First stop if I need something and usually find it! Its big, its filled with stock! Its fun to go to!

I was in store yesterday it took 15 minutes to have someone help me. After our 5th request. Today I had to call back for a difference size rug and was put on hold the first time for 10 minutes the 2nd time 18 minutes. Horrible customer service. Wonderful stock however no one seems to be around to assist. Cashes are full but super slow. This store needs to go back to the basics of simple customer care.

Good value but in a way Homesense is a glorified garage sale. And beware of the snaking checkout line in where knickknacks are on display for last minute buying urges.

This store is absolutely ridiculous. Went to buy 2 mirrored night tables and an accent chair. Upon looking at the night tables an employee knocked both of the mirror tables into each other cracking them and all the employees stood there and laughed. Way to go Homesense will never buy anything from that location again.

Store very orderly and clean. The food section is not big but there is some variety

Nothing to say against the store, the problem yesterday was at the checkouts, there were 3 open cases and the line grew longer and longer due to the slowness of some cashiers. This is not where speed was invented for sure
