Im very disappointed with the new change.. I find they have very good employees but the fact that they don’t let you try before you buy it’s extremely annoying for me ! Cz i always buy a big quantity .. and now I just have to guess if it’s salty or sour enough to my liking and just buy one bag .. so I’m forced to come every week which I don’t have time to do .. normally you don’t change smt that works .. and letting ur clients try before they buy was the good part of your service

Excellent service! Great staff, very clean! Lots of variety (nut, seeds, dry fruit ) coffee is excellent ... They grind them fresh for you ! Lots of chocolate and candies ... Must stop by to have a taste!! Easy excess (very close to Highway (440 and 15). They also have wedding candies.

Just purchased a 550 g bag of the cranberry trek mix. When I opened the bag I could smell sulphates immediately. The mix didnt taste good to me....how much sulphites are you adding to these nuts. I am concerned about what is going into this product. Not sure I will buy again.

I’m impressed with the quality of nuts that I received. I ordered salted hazelnuts (roasted to perfection) and two bags of salted macadamia nuts. I had been ordering Royal Hawaiian nuts before from a different website, but Basse provides better value. These nuts are WHOLE! I do wish there were no sulfites used, but for the price I will not hold it against them. Shipping was fast and it’s nice to support a Canadian company. Will order again!

Ive been going to Bassé for several years now and have never been disappointed. They carry a wide variety of fresh nuts that they roast themselves, at very reasonable prices. Youll also find coffee, dried fruit and some sweets (mostly chocolate). Theyre located on the 440 service close to the 13. If youre coming from the north shore, its easier to get here via the 15 otherwise youll have to come back on your tracks if you use the 13S/440E.Excellent service and very clean, too.

I just purchased two bags of nut - Cranberry Trek and Peanut Lovers. After my first handful of Peanut Lovers I was addicted. Very reasonably priced, great quality and great blend of nuts. Cant wait to try more of your products!

Im not really a fan of these trail mixes. Seems to be more about quantity than quality.

My recent order of dry roasted Macadamia nuts was over-salted and over-roasted, with more than half the bag looking and tasting burnt. My customer service experience thus far has been horrible and frustrating, as I have sent four emails to the company over the past 3+ weeks and still have not received a replacement product.
