Ordered food for almost 100$. Got 1 tiny chutney ( sauce) with that which is not even enough for 1 person. Chicken biryani had literally 3 tiny boneless chicken pieces in which I was lucky to find. No salad as well. Not sure if they want to run a business or save money. Not going back !

I ordered several dishes from here and was very impressed by the quality and flavours. The lamb Balti was sensational, the Chana was perfectly cooked, the butter chicken was creamy and rich, and good quality chicken was used. I couldnt fault any of it, hence my 5 star rating

Very very very bad food . I call them i need a food for little babies just make regular and it was too much spicy. And it smells alot after that me and my babies vomit alot . So please dont take any food from there .

WARNING: if you want butter chicken, please go elsewhere. It is literally cream and butter with chicken cubes, like someone mentioned in the other reviews, it tastes like rosé sauce that you use for pasta. As a matter of fact, i will use the extra « butter chicken » on to my pasta. Bryani rice is alright but the butter chicken is absolutely horrendous. Watered down rosé sauce !!!.

Butter Chicken is literally watered down Rosé sauce, barley any pieces of Panner and tasted old. I wish I would have read the reviews! Not edible!

Rice taste raw rice none taste of Indian spices and chat taste like rotten egg. This restaurant should be closed by Laval municipality.Pls don’t try any food from here. If you want to taste Indian food try thanjai Restaurant in Montreal. The above restaurant not even worth of one review.

The food was good. The only reason i did not give a 5 star was because the sauce for the butter chicken tasted like rose sauce (barely any spices) and there was alot of sauce compared to the amount of chicken in the meal.

The butter chicken was too sour, the sauce tasted just like rose pasta sauce. There was no spices and only 6 pieces of chicken. The worst butter chicken in the city. The best things were the samosas, onion bahji, fish pakora, and naan...but then again its hard to miss the mark on those.

Very tasty and fresh, Ive ordered several times and the food has always been excellent and orders complete and fast. The wicked balti is especially good. Sounds like butter chicken is not their forte but why not order something more interesting?

The food was pretty good. The only problem was that we got a ton of rice and sauce but not a lot of meat. other than that it was pretty good.

We ordered via Skip. Food was very good, the butter chicken and their tandoori naan was delicious. I cannot give a 5 starts as there were just a few pieces of chicken on our Butter Chicken order and for the Beef Biryani there was barely any beef, which is too bad because we enjoyed the taste of everything we had. We will definitely give this restaurant another chance to hopefully be able to give them a 5 star.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Butter chicken was edible but it was all sauce only a few pieces of chicken.The rest of the food tasted old like it was defrosted and warmed up.Not a good taste. Nan bread was cold and hard.Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere

Well i saw the bad reviews but decided to order anyways...For 40$ I got lots of rice and sauce and almost no meat.The order wasnt complete.. No salad as supposed to, no raita...I tried calling, no answers... :(This place is a scam. Stay away.

Employees/owner aren’t wearing mask in the kitchen which is somewhat alarming due to the current situation. The food is decent except the portions will vary day to day. ( 4 pieces of chicken for the butter chicken I ordered), sanitation will be hard for the restaurant survival.

The place is not fancy. But the food is amazing. Its a treasure hidden in Laval. Ive tried half the menu and been there many times. The flavor never failed to impress. Very inexpensive too. Meal for 8 people, $60.

I bought butter chicken only. It was not good. The sauce tasted like tomato sauce from a can. The chicken was not fresh at all. It tasted very liked canned food, almost old. I apologize i usually never leave bad comments but this was a big dissapointment as I just moved to laval and wanted to try a few new places to keep as favorites.

Ordered butter chicken for $10.99 ,the naan bread was extra at $1.50 each which was okay at first I could only see a few pieces of chicken but when I poured it out to serve it I saw that there was enough the taste was okay

Great Indian / Pakistani / Bangladeshi place, hidden gem. Owner is very friendly and curries / veggies are good fresh and properly spiced. Very good veggie Samosas. Low prices, decent portion sizes. No delivery, not much ambiance in restaurant itself.

I recently tried Roti Boti. I bought the butter chicken plate which only comes with rice. I bought curry vegetables on the side 2 somosas and lentle soup. The butter chicken was tasty but I think they gave me 6 or 7 cubes of chicken in a soup of sauce. The vegetables were not tasty at all or curry. The lentil soup was not edible and the somasas were ok. Cost was 33$ not very impressed at all.

You know when you walk into a restaurant and see that the people from that culture are eating their own food it’s legit. I really liked it, the food was great and portions were double for a good price. Owner was nice and the fact that the food took 25 minutes ( as opposed to 10) to make made me feel like it was mostly fresh. No Indian places where I live so I missed it and glad there’s a good one in Laval.

I ordered butter chicken and Naan for take out. The butter chicken tasted like freezer burned thawed chicken cooked in Campbells tomato soup. Very very very unappetizing. The naan was doughy and greasy. Im sorry but will never order from here again, far better options out there. I would give 0 stars but it wont let me.

Good cozy Pakistani Punjabi Salam Valekum restaurant with green colour all around. As anticipated, non vegetarian dishes are better than vegetarian here but why would you go eat vegetarian at a pakistani restaurant? lolNaan quality is good but not the best. Comparable to a typical urban Dhaba for the common man.

One of the most impressive views in the City! Try to get a seat by the window around sunset (easier to get for larger parties or couples but hard to secure for our group of five). Impeccable service. Super flashy decor.

The hours on their website and the hours on their front door are inaccurate. We went there on a Sunday and ended up waiting close to an hour and tired calling the place a few times but no answer. Be aware before you go there.

I used to love this place, but there is a new owner just took over. Not sure if it was the same chef, but the curry was too salted to the point not eatable. The colour of my curry is different too, thicker and darker.

Must avoid at all costs. The old owners are not there. Foods are not well made in fact terrible, it looks like its made by non professionals and just as terrible are the tastes. Must avoid. I will not order from here anymore.

The food was garbage to say the least the owner seems extremely cheap, so cheap that he served me and my family 1 week old chicken which was re heated and said to be spicy and freshly made, it was silly of me to not considered that fact that it doesnt take 10 minutes to serve fresh chicken tandoori incredible , since it was take out we only realized when were at home and ready to eat, the only thing fresh about the chicken might have been the onions which me and my family ended up eating . When we called the owner to complain on how horrible the food was and that it was old he kept deflecting and did not even bother to say sorry sir will redo the order etc.... The lack of customer service was abysmal at best.I do not recommend this place ever , if your looking for true Indian/Pakistani food seriously do your research and make sure you leave this cheap slum out of your picks.

I love indian food. This place is a tiny family-run restaurant. Food is excellent and well cooked, according to traditional Indian Pakistany recepies.Prices are very reasonable, and service is very friendly and quick.I strogly recommend it if you like exotic meals in Laval !

Unfortunately not many Indian restaurants in Laval, I’ve been here a few times and have had different experiences, however it is true that their family is often there and get priority. Twice I went the owner was fairly rude. The last time my friend ordered butter chicken which was inedible. I order paleek paneer which was fine

The customer service front person gives is second to none. He really knows what he is doing. The food is good but i liked the gulab jamuns most because they were not traditionally overly sweet so your tastebuds will enjoy the mild sweetness and the fluffy texture of the fried doughs of gulab jamuns.

The waiter was kind of disrespectful. He demanded us whether we speak punjabi/urdu. He made us to wait for a longer time and informed us we only accept cash, which has to be done right away we stepped in to the restaurant. Finally we left without eating. Really a bad experience! Will never visit again!

Order take out from this place and its pretty good and not too expensive. My favorites are the onion bhaji, fish pakora, samosa and I always get extra naan to put in flthe freezer :D

Have only stopped there once so far to get some somossas to compliment my menu that picked up at Arahova just down the street.Was surprised that it took longer than usual to prepare just 6 samossas but after found out because they were cooked fresh rather than heated in the microwave like some other take out places do. They were twice the size I usually get and the sauce that came with them had a lot of taste but didnt burn my palette. I was also served by the owner, he was a nice man and was respectful. I only gave them 4 stars for now cause I only tried their samossas. But going back again tonight and expecting to upgrade to 5 stars when I try more of their food.

Disgusting, dont even bother coming here. The owner is way too confident with his food and cant take comments. I have found a nail in my food lets just say I would have appreciate if he could have replace my plate. I understand that error can happens in the kitchen even though this was super super disgusting but I was only asking to replace my plate. But instead he was screaming at me in front of customers. I left my money in the table and left. No sorries no nothing. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews. The behaviour of the owner says a lot about this place. Also, what restaurant cant serve in French. Anyways dont come here nor the Mirch Masala in Laval, they are the same owner.

I came here yesterday night for the first time as I looked to the reviews and they didnt seem THAT BAD. So I told myself why not give it a try. I asked about the chicken thali and the lady told me they would serve Murgh Makhani (butter chicken for those who dont know) with a piece of tandoori chicken, chickpeas, salad, rice and Naan. Seemed a pretty nice deal to me. She asked me what spicy intensity I wanted and I said medium. I asked how long before its ready she told me 10min no more than 20. I was there at 22:15 and they close at 11. Anyways. They were 3 guys that ordered to eat there after I came. And while I was waiting, the owners family kids cousins uncle aunties came and took a sit. Who were served first? Yup. His own family. How long did I had to wait for my food? 30 min. I paid, went home. When I opened the package there was this bad odour. I swear it was far from a smell of freshly made food. The murgh makhani tasted so bad, I was even scared to be sick as this was just horrible. It tasted extremely sour as if they put lime or as if the yogurt/cream was over expired. Not to say that they put way too much kasuri methi (the dark stuff in the picture in the sauce). The tandoori didnt taste anything but chicken. Not even salt, not even marinated, no tandoor. Nothing. It just looked as they put food coloring and thats it. I asked medium spicy and they forgot. And the rice stank as it they over put asafetida and anyone who knows about this spice knows how we have to handle it with such delicacy. Just to let you know I grow up with these food at home. I had 2 choices either return it or throw it. I called the restaurant 3 times and they didnt want to answer. So I only ate the Chickpeas/salad and Naan. What a waste. Called the restaurant today to know what happened with what I got serve because either they gave me an expired butter chicken or they served me something I didnt asked. The owner started shouting at me even though I didnt finished what I had to say and I was being very polite with him. Shouting at me, he was stating that it is the way they do, that this is the original butter chicken  but with their recipe blabla. If I dont like, its not his problem. And when he finished his speech, he hung up. What a gentleman. I called back, I let him know that it wasnt professional from him to do that and again he started shouting and I told him I grew up with these foods at home and there might have been a mistake from them but owner is too proud and not open for communication. As he was out of control, I told him I cannot stand talking with someone with such behaviour so assalamu alaikum. I wont recommend to anyone to come here. Go to Darbar, Malhi Sweet or Pushap but not here. Salam.
