Excellent service. Big mirror inside toilet. The water flow is strong. Comfortable bed and there is a big table which is suitable for those coming for business purpose. Small fridge is provided too. Most important: friendly, helpful and lovely staffs.

Now not good due to Covid -19! previous is a good hotel food also nice in malay style

Very poor service.... WiFi is not working at all, has told the staff to fix this, but the staff just perfunctory us, asked us to use our own data for the rest days of our stay. 👎🏻

Nice place

Was in quarantine for 2 weeks from 16th November till 30th November and we enjoyed the stay. The food that were catered is good. Just wished that they had a microwave oven to heat it up. Do check the aircond vents as it was dusty upon arrival. Kuddos Harbour View Hotel management!

Im writing this on behalf of my mum who is staying here during her quarantine period. Her name is Jong Nyuk Choo. She mentioned that the service, food and the accomodation is superb. She hope she will have a chance in the future to stay here again. The staff are friendly too.

Nice place to stay. Situated in the heart of Kuching, next to waterfront (5 minutes walking distance). Room are great with good price offered, clean and comfort. It also have food court and restaurant nearby, including 7 Eleven which is about 100m from hotel.

Great hotel... Great service from counter reception service.... But its was difficult to find car park... Guard with white uniform should learn and know how to welcome guest... Very disspointed went first time came to this hotel... 😌😌😌😌 Happy again , when guard with navy suit colour help us.... Hope next time guard more alert and more friendly when guest ask question.... So, overall was good....3 star from us...

I took family room. The room is quite big. The hot water is working properly. They have shower and tap but its need trick to work the shower. I didnt try the breakfast. The location is very strategic. You can walk.

The room was nice, clean and comfy. Its just that the basement has limited parking not come to 20 car park i guess. . We end up spent 2 hours looking for a safe place to park our car. Because that area is where night clubs are located.

Very very BAD, An old hotel, service was bad from Bell boy to front desk... My first impression, Bell boy, They wont help you carry bag or greet. On Rainy day. And reception, they wont greet you or smile. Room Exhaust fan noisy, desk phone are not working. Liquid container half hang , surrounded with stain, and empty during my first day. No safety box. Midnight I had made a complaint about the noise. They had change us to riverview room. Unfortunately Exhaust fan SAME Noisy.! No one help us during my exchange room, imagine how great service this hotel is.! ! !

Located just within a walking distance from Kuchings Waterfront with a lots of tourist attraction around this hotel can be your chosen place to stay. Quite comfortable because it has recently been renovated. Minus is only it has very limited parking space in case you are driving.

An excellent budget friendly hotel at prime location. The hotel is located near the Waterfront and it is only a walking distance from Chinatown. I stayed in the king size bedroom with river view. The room was spacious and most importantly, it was clean and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities like clean towel and soap bar. But, it did not have room slippers or bathrobe. The window view of the Waterfront was fantastic! The breakfast buffet selection was limited but sufficient for a basic meal. In a nutshell, it was a wonderful stay at a very good value.

We stayed for two night at the end of this?month. All the employees of the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. The rooms have always been spotlessly clean. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation. You definitely will get your monies worth by staying here. The hotel was great.

Clean room.Friendly staff.Fast enough WiFi connectivity.But the air-conditioning is quite noisy.Located along the river so if you get a room with the view, a bonus.Though the breakfast buffet is the same throughout the couple days of stay. Same. And the dining hall is a bit small.

Location wise, its very near the Kuching waterfront. Easily accessible to food courts, and there is a 7/11 shop nearby.Room was comfortable and accommodative with basic amenities. Price was reasonable. The front desk were friendly and quick.Hopefully the concierge can be more accommodating like the receptionist..

Perhaps you could get better hotel with better environment and services with the same price range.This doesnt mean they are no good, but you could her better place in places nearby.Breakfast choices are limited but the curry chicken is really good. Suit my taste.

A good strategic hotel in town. Near the food street and tourist spots. Reasonable price with newly furnished room. Comfortable stay here.

There is no iron provided in the room. The iron is at only one side (wing) of each floor and quite far for those who stayed at opposite wing. The place is hot and no place to hang the ironed clothes. The television is not functioning well too. However, the front desk service was very nice.

Nice, very comfortable, valueable, non smoking room, provide with iron, iron board, hairdryer, mini fridge inside the room... I booked for deluxe king and facing to river view but parking space is very limited...

Love the location of this hotel.Fast check-in.Friendly staffs.Since i booked room for 3, so T***** inisiate to add an extra bed for us.But, the room still enough for 4 us ( 3 adults 1 child ).standard bathroom with standard amenities.Hair drier do exist.No deposit box.overall, i will stay again if i visit Kuching ☺️

Clean & safe environment. Only problem, there are only two lift available for 12+ floor. So have to do a bit of waiting & cramping when commuting up & down. You can get a great view of Sarawak River from your room.

Very nice hotel room. but the service was bad. the parking was limited and they doesnt know how to solve or help their customer when us need helps on the parking. no smile from receptionist unless u smile first (bad customer service).

The hotel offers very nice views over the river. The rooms are clean and have a good size with a big bathroom. Free parking in the hotels own garage is provided free of charge, The hotel ofers a free wifi that unfortunately wasnt strong enough in my room. Friendly stuff and good price.

Hotel in a strategical location in Kuching. Recently refurbished (2016). Size of the room is fair. Minimalist breakfast. No pool. Very affordable.

Rooms are very clean and very comfortable.Front desk gave us the room keys and told us the breakfast coupon would be sent to the rooms. Five minutes later we got a call telling us to come to the front desk again to pick up the breakfast coupons.Food is okay. The security guard took the breakfast coupons instead of the restaurant staff, the doorman just stood by the door as my female friends struggled with many bags down the entrance stairs n to load it into the grabcar.

No wifi connection the whole time we were there. Asked for a non-smoking room but the room smelled like an ashtray when we arrived. Staff were helpful though.

This is an old hotel with good upkeep. The room is clean is comfortable. I especially like the pillow. Very fluffy.

There are convenience stores, eating shops and pubs around the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Free WiFi.

The best place u can stay kuching

Harbour View Hotel is one of the hotel that i really enjoy myself whenever i check in to the hotel. It has great views, great food, and their services is also very good! It makes you feel welcome and they also helps you when needed. The room is also very big and clean, they always change the sheets, and give new towels and refills our hotel supplies. They also have mini refregirator and TV. The bathroom is also clean, the aircond is in good condition. The price is also affordable and it is worth it when you get a hotel that is good like Harbour View Hotel.

Great hotel to stay overlooking sarawak river. Got lots of cafes nearby for everybody and lots of convenience store such as 24hrs 7-11. And only walking distance from kuching waterfront.

This hotel is situated opposite Tua Pek Kong Temple and Kuching Waterfront. Fort Margherita and Astana is situated on the other side of the river. With nice view, comfortable room and reasonable price, this is one of a good choice for tourist. Transportation is not needed as most places of interest is a stone throw away or a walking distance. I checked in on 14th November and checked out on 15th November 2019.
