Worst people not accepting laptop for service, i highly recommend this store to be closed down.they not giving replacement for product under replacement

Very bad service;Due to service delay I keep my lap there two days (silver colour) when they return back my lap, its full of dust, pen mark and dirty of course they handle our lap just like fish market (may be service boys) I think this all due to very very bad management .They only concentrate the sales, they dont want to maintain the existing customers.The problem with my  lap doesnt solve due to deficiency of spare parts. Of course we can understand the covid-19  situation but just for checking the wifi card issue it takes two days and for that I had to pay 500 rupees. Successfully wasted my two working days, time and money.

I came here to ask them about warranty of the hp laptop that i had purchased online..instead of helping me out,all they had to say was call hp support team..if thats the case then why do they run this place.. dont even have the manners to answer the customers doubts clearly..

Customer service is very poor..My desktop stopped working after one month of purchasing.I booked a complaint one month ago.. Still no action taken...

Arrogant attitude. Very poor customer service. I called to their office and I was told that the laptop I was looking for is available there. And then I went to the store twice only to know that the required laptop is out of stock.

This people not even arrange a battery for my hp laptop for last 2 months. Very worst service, not getting any responsible reply also.

Worst ever experience of fraudulence, duplicity and double dealing was encountered from this service centre. After having paid 80,000 or so for a laptop we do expect a genuine service from a service centre, which they met with cheating by providing low grade and duplicate component. I had ordered for a genuine HP Keyboard for which they gave me a low quality and a non branded product(which was confirmed when i went to another service centre after such an experience). Deeply disappointed with the service, would have rated negative if i could. This is my personal experience, it may vary for other person too. Hope this review is of use.
