Good experience overall... Better no. of buying options than in other famous spots in the city.

Got a very good laptop at a reasonable price and the only negative i would say is i asked them for few softwares and they got it all installed in my laptop but none of them worked and when i asked about it to their staffs,they had no response

This is the worst service in Kozhikode. Should never buy anything from here. Their delivery service is pathetic. Absolutely no quality.

The worst customer experience after handing over a laptop + charger for servicing. They returned the laptop after a month and tried to return a low quality charger after losing the original one. No one takes responsibility for this at the company.Update: The company has since replaced the charger cord free of cost. It was explained that The original charger cord comes with a name different from that of the laptop which is not obvious to the owner as no none checks the cord name to coincide with that of the lap. So when it was returned I thought it was not a branded product. I am okay with the explanation I have received.

Pre-sales service was commendable... But soon after payment..... They tried playing dirty be delaying my delivery even after i made it clear that the delivery was urgent. After a couole of rough calls, they did end up fulfilling my demand. It was a bitter experience, anyway Ill think twice next time
