I had an interview from this company and its been around 3 months and no feedback from them....when i asked about the status the HR says its still not done....so i gave an advice to the HR saying please provide feedback to candidates as it improves the candidates confidence and improve the morale of the company....Even after saying all that there is no feedback.... omg....why would you work in such a company? Whats wrong in saying a NO or the reason ? Candidates are not to be considered as a disposable item...Always work in a company where there is work life balance and a good work culture..

Anyway nucore is good firm.But selection process depends not on experience.if your friend is working there they will select you.If you is better than him they did not mind you.when I attend my first interview they ask me are your friend is working here.I tell my friend is not working.After that they take me HR round ask some questions and leave.but they even dont ask any basic questions.After some time they talk me my failure and ask me to try next time.If any one searching job in this firm please mention your friends are working this firm or not.If your friends working there, you will get job definitely.This was my experience,This information was not fake its real.If any other face this problem please right feedback.If company is going this manner it will stopped immediately.Because quantity of employer increase at same time quality of employer loss.What I was saying is right.you can wait and see graph of nucore coming down within 1year.ok thats all.They will deal nice manner every person coming for interview.But think that we are become fool.
