Earlier location was more easier to access as a bakery. Now they are kind of a restaurant and bakery setup. While products are good as before the easiness to access is what made me reduce one star

Lots of variety of snacks and cakes available .Quality wise its okay. The price is comparatively on the higher side as compared to the other bakeries.Staff was helpful .

The worst food experience in Kollam. They served uncooked shawayi and when mentioned to the bearer and billing person they were totally irresponsive. They absolutely dont care about the customer and the money they are paying. Every food places ensures there quality these days and apologies or asks for replacement in such cases. They absolutely dont care. Never seen such a bad service at food in experience in all over Kollam.
