Worst experience ever..I was kept waited for nearly 25 mins at the shop even though it wasnt much busy... The behavior of the staff except desk staff was pathetic and irritatingly childish..

The cakes are made in house and fresh. But a some what expensive than lekshmi Bakery kollam. At this pandemic situation its one of the best place to purchase cakes and bakery items. Also there is a collection of soft drinks, wines and sauce .

Reasonable price for cakes. Better to order cakes 3-5 days before you need . Cafe running inside is below average.

Ordered a Red B cake for my 18 month old child yesterday. I received a tastless lump of creamy cake which made me sick and i recommend people to not buy from this store. Decoration was good, but the cake was horrible. What is the purpose of selling cakes if you have no idea about it? Such an awful experience and i wish i could throw it away. 1.5 kg of pure waste.

Ordered Red B , got untasty cream cake 1.5 kg .Dont make and sell cakes when u dont have any idea about it. It was my mistake, i should have opted other place for my sons bday cake. If you need to do a quality check, offer your cake to ants. They wont touch it. Fortunately I sensed something was wrong about this cake. Over usage of food colours doesnt make ur cake better. The red velvet is bleeding food colour. Please please be careful. I wish i could give back the cake to the bakers so that they can taste and understand what I am talking about. Consider each customer as your family and stop cheating customers.

De Cake world did not compromise on quality and quantity of food when it opened🙌. As the number of customers increased, the graph went down📉. Unfortunately, I once experienced void samosa🤮. Cleanliness is also an issue now. Personally, I loved their shavarma🌯.Hoping, De Cake world would improve its standards🙂...

Ample space inside the shop , but the product arrangements are a bit confusing. Cakes are really good and budget friendly, but for other products a little bit overpriced.

Since last three years Im buying bday cake for my son from De cake world...last two years it was awesome...but this time it was a smiley bday cake with rainbow layers with different flavours...cake finishing was good but taste was not that great and also it was bit dry...and also cleanliness can be improved a bit more... otherwise nice place to hang out... :)

Worst service accorsing to my experience. I have ordered birthday cake at morning 10:00 am which was to be delivered at eve 5:00. By evening when i went there to collect at around 5:15-5:30 till then the cake was not made. The staffs were saying they have already made one but it was mistakingly 1kg and my order was 1.5kg. I knew that they were lying as he was busy with one other order which was also lately delivered to the customer who was waiting like me. Dont order cakes for any functions from this shop. Very poor service. They have given me the cake at 7pm. No punctuality, no cleanliness in the cabin where we eat and staffs are also too careless to handle our orders. All these reviews must be paid or by their staffs

Its a cool place. Nice building with really good decor and polite staffs. But I was really disappointed with a drink I ordered. I ordered a virgin mojito and they gave me some weird made up version of virgin mojito. There was not a single mint leaf inside that. When you open up such a great place , and offer something, why not do a basic research on atleast what the ingredients are
