Good quick service. They would have been great if they made door step delivery consistent. They deliver to the door sometimes but mostly, I have to go to collect my parcels at their office.

Absolutely the worst that you can expect. Refuses to deliver a package and arrogant about the same. When i went there, the staff present had the audacity to ask me When the consignment was booked as a regular (not the higher priced premium) how can you expect me to deliver it to your house. His words were I am a franchisee and i dont care what the company rules are when they book a package. Says that he will deliver only if it is either a higher priced (premium) service chosen or of the recipient call him and request a delivery. Terribly arrogant and unapologetic about their lack of service.I really dont understand how a reputed courier company can continue with this quality of a franchisee. Terrible Experience and I seriously urge the owner of the establishment to re-consider his choice of business and the company DTDC to reconsider the franchisee selection process

Now they charge extra for speed service. Courier is supposed to be speed. They give reasons for delay in Reaching.They send all courier by road and tell they send by flight and charge 5 times more.

I also have a bad experience with this courier service. My home is just 400m away from their courier service office. When my package comes there, they didnt deliver my package and they called me only once to tell about the arrival of the package. I told them to deliver the package to my home as early as possible. But for that they replied that this is not our delivering area. So you should come and collect the package. At that time I replied that your office is 400 m away from my home. Then why cant it is possible for you. Again they replied negatively. So I cut the phone. The next day when I called and enquired about the package. They told me that they send it to their head office.Till now I didnt get the package back.
