So I called this courier service just a week before so as to track my career since it was being delayed and the response from the courier company near the Kottayam branch was very bad and I didn’t like it at all dug the lady a lady took a phone that the phone and talk to me in such a way that she didn’t even want to respond to my queries which I feel really bad and so I really wouldn’t recommend this courier centre to you since the first reason is that it delays its courier it a call most 5 to 6 days delay I am I get I got really angry secondly their approach to their customers is really bad and route the lady seem to be really rude she shouldn’t be in that office at all seriously like seriously are you kidding me I am the customer
