I went here to collect my visa. They contacted me in currect time and their approach was good . But, I had some difficulties to found this place as their is an another buliding with same name (blue dart ) , which is 1 km away from this location.

Satisfied with the service. Those who are coming for Passport collection, should reach this location. Also make sure to bring your id proof. They dont have phone at office to contact them in case of any emergency. Parking facility is unavailable since the area is very congested.

Agents were friendly, maintained proper cleanliness and process were fast.

We have to track and should be in touch with the customer care services to get our courier on time. Dont expect a call from them like other branches do.No local customer care number available, its a huge drawback.

The worst experience.The executive slhould learn how to talk with the customer, my package has reached there on 5th april. no one has contacted me even after 3 days. In between these days i already visited the office twice. Still they are saying they has not checked. How long i should wait.?

The place is really difficult to find out as it has a lot of mini trucks parked in front of it. The service was good and fast. But they will never pick your call for an enquiry.

Am very disappointed with there service, my registered passport delivery was given to someone without even my signature...they dont even try calling my phone number,if they cant find me or atleast leave it at my blue dart office so I could come get it by showing my ID proof..so irresponsible how they give my passport to someone without even asking id proof or getting signature...I was lucky I could find it....they have given phone number which is working in the office..

I booked a A4 size packet to UK. Their charges is little high. I paid around 4200 for this packet. The committed the delivery will be after 6 days. But on the 5 day it’s reached. Just like Amazon delivery 😀😀

When asked why they dont receive calls, they replied... No additional information is required. Bring original ID card. Thats bad attitude. Reaching there is not hard. Google maps work. Takes hardly 5 minutes to get your stuff. In case you forget your original ID card take a colour print of your ID proof from nearby internet cafe on opp lane besides junction.

They do not pick up their phone . Even the government employees are more polite and responsible.

I had an odd experience from bluedart today. They misplaced an emergency hospital courier. The scheduled delivery date was august 7th. But we received the item only on 17th August . When i complained this delay with their customer executives they were not at all cooperative. They mislead me with fake promises. All these situation happened from bluedart delhi office. Support from bluedart kottayam office was excellent. They promptly delivered the item when they reach the shipment

My experience of collecting a passport from this office was pleasant. Interaction was professional. Front desk staff was polite. However this office does not have a phone line to receive calls. To make an enquiry or to clarify something, one will have to visit the office in person.

Very much disappointing. My courier reached there and got status saying Out of Delivery Area. No one called me after that. Tried to call them on both landline and mobile. No one is picking up the phone. If you call their main toll free number too, nothing will happen. Never seen a service like this. Other courier services are much better than them.

I couldnt pick up the phone when they called once. I called them back multiple times and not picking up the phone and they informed my office that the address is not correct. When I went to their office at Kottayam, their customer service was good. They could have delivered it to my home. They are Working like a government organisation.

Bluedart is one of the most established and professional courier service and i appreciate that of them however eveytime you are at this office the staff is really rude and not welcoming.Moreover they are too slow to do anything and keep you waiting for atleast 15-20 mins just to recieve some package even when there was no rush and no one except me.

They never pick up the phone however we call them. I tried calling them continuously for 15 - 20 minutes and still they never picked up the phone. This is really unacceptable, especially them being a courier service. Please improve this.

Too costly. I wanted send a postal to hyderabad. The rate of blue dart was 450 and Dtdc was 200. If blue dart provided any additional security, i would be happy to pay more. But that didnt happen

Parking is the problem. It is situating in a congested area. Very rush place. Domestic courier charges is too high compared with India Post.
