Reliance Digital is the store chain which is owned by the reliance group. They don’t have offers and discounts so it is not very good outlet to buy the electronic items. Also sometimes the electronic device you will purchase here can be purchased outside at a very good discounted price. The only plus point is that under one roof you get a lot of variety of electronic products

GUYS BEWARE!!!!!!!!This reliance digital is super pathetic in service… we have ordered 5 big appliances… after buying this next day they told that we don’t have stock. When we made so many phone calls then after 10 days they commit to deliver. Since then they do not follow delivery instructions… they do not reach on the given timw and argue so much .Worst thing is that when they deliver this big appliance their delivery person asked to send someone to carry…. What the hell is thatThis is how reliance digital treat customers?????AMAZON is 100 times better than any other retail chain when it comes to ordering and delivering even pricing.I’ll never go back to this pathetic Reliance Digital.

I have bought LG Microwave of around 20k on 24th September, 2 times defective product got delivered and waiting for last 4 days to get the product delivered in good condition.Store guys acting very politely but doing nothing from their end, might been very busy...Store manager is little bit more concerned initially about this matter but eventually got habituated to my case, may be he tried but could not deliver the product.No body is telling the truth, all are just acting like product will be delivered by today itself, but nothing is happening.Very bad buying experience overall, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE WASTEof money😒😒

You get almost everything here, nice staff. But few products are not available for display. Pricing is comparable OK when compared to others. I expected more!

Wrong description provided by staff for a 275L Samsung convertible refrigerator. When the product got delivered, the technician said that the freezer cannot be switched off. I said that the staff in store had told me that the freezer could be switched off. When reported this in the store, they said that I had misunderstood the specifications. Irony is me and my brother both misunderstood the same specification in the same wrong way after confirming it multiple times. Never going again to reliance digital and wont recommend it to others as well.

When you go to buy their, the only mission they have is to give you extended warranty. Once you take it, they dont even care what has happened with the product. Too pathetic service support post purchase. Also if you ask them questions, they will stop picking your calls. They are running scams in the name of resQ extended warranty. Dont fall for it. Buy things from bajaj electronics atleast they are responsible enough to give timelines. Have suffered enough ar the hands of Reliance digital Sharath city store especially.

I have shopped in the store for multiple appliances but the experience was painful from sales to delivery to installation.Customer Experience is so poor, you will fall in love with online shopping even if you prefer brick and mortar shops.

Worst deliveries ever, The store people doesn’t lift the phone . Post purchase it will hell . They don’t communicate the delivery timings. The delivery people are not at all courteous.

Well connected... Right in the most happening mall in Hyderabad... They have good range of products available, helpful staff... and mostly best deals too... They can be better if they start doing same day delivery of products in metros.

I bought an AC from this place 15 days back and got a decent deal compared to online (not cheaper) but I thought store purchase was better due to better accountability and service. But I was wrong. Right from the installation m struggling. First the installation guys missed giving the demo, then after multiple follow ups he stopped responding so we lodged request at the central site. The demo guy came and told us few features ( side swing) on the remote were just there but AC didnt have those, which we werent told at the time of purchase. After one day again AC stopped cooling and we logged another complaint to find out the installation was faulty and there is a leak. The support guy said he cannot fix it that day bcz of weekoffs and load and will come the day after.This is a horrendous experience as a buyer and m going to stick to online purchase.

****BEWARE FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL SHARATH CITY MALLS PATHETIC SERVICES AND FRAUD***We bought Samsung refrigerator which has a defect in its door. We raised 3 requests with Reliance and Samsung. Couple of technicians visited from Reliance and Samsung. They confirmed that it is a defective device and should be replaced. We have not received any communication regarding the replacement. Yet I received a message that this request is serviced. I must say that this is the first experience with Reliance and it is the most pathetic one we had.I have been calling the store(Reliance Digital Sharath City mall Hyderabad) for lat 10 days constantly. I called them nearly 8-10 times daily, explained the issue to 3 different people from this store. They assured me that another techician will visit the same day at any cost. Yet I am waiting helplessly and no one visited for replacement. I am also lodging a complaint against this store with Consumer Forum to escalate the issue. Hopefully they can help the doomed consumers.Suggest new consumers to better stay away from these fraudsters. Go for other vendors like Croma or Bajaj Electronics or local vendors who provide far better services than Reliance Digital. Frustrating experience!!
