If you visit for service ,they sit idle but they want us to book an appointment and visit . Slots will not be available online .Their contact number they never answer it .Didn’t expect such poor experience at a brand like Apple.Had a much better experience with ICare in banglore

One of my trusted & recommended store for buying Apple Products. I only wish, they could excel in billing time because they take easily around 15-20 minutes just to bill any product, while we had pre-booked the same. Have purchased an iPhone, MacBook Air & Mac Mini from them & definitely recommend them if you look to purchase an Apple Product.

Worst aptronix branch in Hyderabad! I have pre-ordered an M1 macbook pro at Kondapur Aptronix Store. The store promised an instant discount of 3% at the time of purchase and guaranteed to return the booking amount in case the offer is rolled back. At the time of purchase, they rolled back the offer because of which I have asked them to refund the booking amount. It has been almost a month since then and I still havent received the refund. Wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone. Sarath City Aptronix store (300 m away from this store) is 100 times better than this.

For service,its better to go to Gachibowli aptronix.

Bought an ipad. They had stock if the latest ipad. Staff was supportive and gave the suggestions but never forced on anything. Overall experience was good and can visit to buy Apple products. There is ample car parking space as well. Only downside is that this place does have the repair services and you need to go to Gachibowli branch for repairs.

I was looking for the battery exchange and I went to Apptronix, Sharath City Mall, Kondapur, Hyderabad, India. Here I was told that there is a problem with the hardware and even if the battery is changed it will not work and the only solution is to pay Rs.28,000 and get a new phone. It sounded ridiculous as the market rate of my phone 6S is only 18,000.Then with no option left I had to replace the battery from the local service person. And my phone now is functioning well.By not providing prompt service you are in fact encouraging us to approach the unauthorised service providers.

I tried booking an online appointment for service , it doesnt work. I tried walking in store they said to take appointment online , I explained i tried taking an online appointment however the site is not working , then they said call the call center they said they cant help . Then wrote an email for which there was no reply ... However they are okay customer walking in for sales as the customers who walkin for sales dont have any COVID as per APTRONIX , however for service walkin they have COVID issues..Not okay for they coming for a service .Apple should look beyond APTRONIX for not to loose the loyal APPLE customers.APTRONIX Service Review -Pathetic or worse or horrible are the only comments. Not recommended at all.

Aptronix Kondapur cheating with customers. They are not giving bills after the service by stating some excuses. So be careful guys ask always for bills otherwise call to customer support and raise complaint.

I bought Iphone 11 in Jan, It freezes all the time and I have to wait for a minute or two to use it. It happens for atleast 10 times a day, Its super annoying. When I am trying to call to complain about it no one ever picks the call.

This place is only for Apple products and accessories. For services you need to go to Gachibowli branch.Some of the accessories are not of Apple but are of high price.The staff doesn’t seems to be welcoming and are more concerned about their rating.

I bought iPad over there with EMI option, they explained all the procedure with patience.

We purchased a MacBook Air yesterday evening at this store. Went home and opened the box, pulled out the macbook, and found two thin lines of scratch near the apple logo. We immediately went back to the store.But the guy (Ramesh Kanike) who sold it to us said the manager is not available and we were asked to come the next day. So, we went again today.. The manager (Subramanyam) bluntly refused to help us saying this is not a manufacturing defect. This is ridiculous. They sell products with defect and then refuse to replace it. Its not like we went back to them a few days after purchasing. We went back to the store in an hour or so. I didnt expect this kind of service from an Apple store. Im not going to take this easy for sure. Will definitely file a case in Consumer Redressal Forum in this regard. My advise to people - please do not trust these people as they do not have any regard for your money that you will spend there for buying the product.

Pretty bad customer response. I have booked a mac book pro 2017 with touch bar by giving the token amount since they told this is only last piece that is left. I was told that for the graduate school students on submission of Id card I would get some discount. So I am a graduate at iiit h so I was ready to claim it. On the same day I came to realise that my Id card has been expired and I have to do a renewal. I called apptronix Kondapur for clarification regarding the same. They confused me a lot which is unecessary and the person hung upon the call which was very disappointing. Finally I decided to go with some other aptronix rather fighting with the wrong empire.

Had an ok experience.. can’t give more then this...

False information provided(Warranty) for apple silicon case for iphone 6, dont ever buy any apple products from aptronix/apex at kondapur branch, they are selling duplicate products for third parties and that case got broken with in 3 months.The third party fellow no way responding for warranty, so I called to apple customer care and they confirmed me that the product is not original and it is a third party product.i am highly disappointed buying the product here. worst experience.i have original bill copy and apple customer care mails and calls data as wellSTRONGLY RECOMMENDED DONT BUY ANY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM KONDAPUR BRANCH

The worst customer service ever we receive.Issue : My IPhone 6 had issues with power button, which keeps saying slide to power off and takes the automatic screenshots on its ownThey just received my complaint and said on to my face that i need to get the phone replaced by paying them 23K. and they would give a new phone(btw my phone is out of warranty)What kind of service centre it is when they cant repair the minor problems like this??They dont have any repair/troubleshooting service, all they do is replace your phone.VERY BAD...Open note to APPLE...Team,We have millions of people in india who uses iphones and we have no proper service centre who could repair the phone for minor issues/cant replace any faulty hardwares etc....This is pretty bad of you for not providing us a good service..
