Pathetic service center will never suggest it to any of my friends.Visited Devi computers with a minor display issue on my HP laptop - No display - I suppose its a BIOS issue. All I got back now is a static brick with a mother board issue and entire mother board has to be replaced...WHAT HAVE YOU DONE???Reasons for my rating.1. There is no receipt provided stating that laptop is handed-over to them, They just give you a visiting card - Give your laptop at your own risk. We will never have a proof that we handed our laptop to them.2. They dont stick to their time lines. It was said, laptop would be given back in a day on 07-10-2020. And then, there is no reply from them even on 09-10-2020 THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER YOUR CALLS - I got my dead laptop on 21-10-2020 i.e after 2 weeks. I would have tried at other service center if they say that they cant fix it3. They dont have a dedicated lab for their service center, I think they outsource their work to some other service center. Irony is that if we approach them as they are not answering my calls, they simply give the contact of a person working in lab and asks me to check with him. WHY THE HELL SHOULD I CHECK WITH SOME RANDOM GUY WHEN I GAVE YOU MY LAPTOP?? -- Extremely Unprofessional4. Almost 50% of the screws are missing from my laptop when I got it back. Expect their workmanship on the components inside.

Replaced a new laptop battery for 5k and it didnt work after 2 weeks, he provided replacement and it didnt work after 6 months. Mentioned as original battery.

My laptop got repaired here with power issue After few days the some of the screws are lose and now panel problem and keyboard problem will occurred and they haven’t tightened the laptop and price is also very high for normal repairs also
