Excellent service. My friend and I came here to buy a DSLR, and the employees were quite informed about the subject. They were really patient with us and went out of their way to get us the best deals available. Apart from that, Id want to point out that by the time we finished shopping, it was late and it was raining cats and dogs. The entire staff, including security, was really kind, considerate, and concerned about our safety. The Croma with the most collection in the Gachibowli, Hitech City, Manikonda and Kondapur belts. Has a decent laptop collection with accessories, sizeable speaker and TV counts and home appliances. Serves the IT crowd - might not be a good fit for the average income Hyderabadi.Need to bargain for good prices

The folks working there are very helpful. I had gone there to purchase an AC. The delivery was on time as mentioned, but the installation didnt happen as promised, even after multiple follow up. The problem is the installation is outsourced to a different company and neither the Croma customer care or the folks working in the store have any control over them. Croma needs to improve this as its tranishing their brand.

Didnt see as much stock as expected. I had plan of purchasing quite a few appliences - air cooler, music system, air fryer. But prices are also high. Probably 2k more than flipkart.

It was a pleasant experience at Croma. They are taking covid 19 measures in the premises without compromising customer experience.As usual after all its Croma, we can trust them.

Well the staff were pretty much good they will co-operate till you get the product of your choice.the atmosphere is pretty cool.even if you dont want to buy things you can just go and explore it.

Lot of variety of electronics and you can even use coupons to pay which doesnt work online... But because of the lockdown... I went to buy an ac there but it just wasnt in the stock which was very disappointing... More than half of their air conditioners arent in the stock in any branch of hyderabad according to them... The staff is really nice too and will suggest the best for you for any kind of product. There are also a lot of discounts on Croma to make things affordable.... And honestly Croma is one of the best places to purchase electronics 👍

Croma is least flexible store. I purchased a 335 ltr LG refrigerator yesterday. Today the delivery is made. When we opened, we saw that the color is not fitting well on our kitchen. Requested for a change with a 360 ltr refrigerator. But, the Kondapur store manager flatly refused. Whereas, this is allowed in Bajaj Electronics.With this attitude, Croma is going to die its natural death soon.

Worst experience at this store by the staff. Bought a Bose speaker on 23rd sept and decided to return it in the same day due to non satisfying performance in the real time. Sent the mail to the support on the same day and went to the store immediate next day. People were very cold in dealing with the situation and denied the exchange only because of following:1. Seal/carton seal was opened2. Because of small scratch on the box due to opening of sealIf not from this particular store, at least I expect better from CROMA for it great brand name. I am a regular coustmer of Croma, Last time I visited to purchase a water heater I asked for assistance no one came to assist me. I waited for around fifteen minutes.So embarrassing. In last I went to customer desk informed them then I get assistance.You guys need to work on guest handling.

Few products are not available and the price is higher than the Online shopping websites. Ultimately a customer looks for the best price, so they should give a competitive price but not more than that. Few products might get a better deal, but there should be atleast some kind of complimentary to compensate the price.

Completely unsatisfactory, the response from the customer care and store team is completely unsatisfactory. I bought a new CROMA SMART TV (39.5 inchs). Hope i did a big mistake. I used it hardly for 1 month, now it is not working. I request croma team to respond timely to rectify my issue.My suggestion to the purchasers not to go with the CROMA Brand.

The environment is good. But, the associates/employees are not much knowledgeable about the products. So, if you want to buy something then research yourself and dont depend on their reviews. I did not like the parking facility. The display of products were less due to lockdown.

Went there for air cooler good collection brought Bajaj 55L DX had an issue with the 1st product delivered it had damages but they arranged for a next day delivery and its working wonderfully so far .

Increased one star as finally geyser has been installed after 4 months. They said while buying, installation would be free but charges will be for pipes around 300, but it costed me 840 (240 for pipes and 600 for the installation guy), has not provided bill for other items like tap, plug etc., 240 for pipes because I bought it myself in a hardware shop. On phone he said it would cost around 400. I mean without bill, I wont suggest bajaj for their dishonest service workers and i wont suggest croma for their late service post purchase. Only buy the things that do not need any installation post purchase. It took me around 6 complaints/ requests to get it finally installed. This was my experience hope no one else faces such issue.
