This store is equipped with all sorts of garments but mostly for young age people. The staffs are efficient. Location is also very good. It is located on Dumdum Road near Chatakal stop. You can reach here easily from Dumdum and Nagerbazar by availing buses and autos. They usually give very good discount on the garments but not sure if they already mention higher price on the tags and provide discount on those mentioned high prices. Anyway it is good place to buy garments.

Good place and very clean. But the prices are too high. Suppose u r buying a safari/vip trolleybag they mentioned 50% off but that price is higher than the safari showroom website without any off.all time each and every product they increase price 2.5x then provide 50% off😂😂😂😂😂

Mens section(sizes above 34 are hard To be found mainly in buffalo section) have detoriated but rest is good.........customer service is good and workers are super polite and helpful

Well you have got clothing from much more number of brands than you would have probably heard of. Tho theres way more stock from any regular clothing store , but not all sizes of a particular item from a particular brand is available at the same time. Discount on products through out the year . But while you buy, please check the product youre buying thoroughly.

First of all, its a bujta hua diya. Means most unhappy store I hv hver seen. Nothing is available there. One piece of each item . Is that brand factory means? Horrible. I have wasted 1 hour of my life by visiting this store. Management should be aware. Due to pandemic you can restrict entry not the stock.

Yesterday when I visited there I saw that their stocks & collections are very poor.... & a very important thing is that they charged extra GST... On the product they mention that MRP is inclusive GST... Bt they charged again 10% GST on the billing time & they mentioned 5% GST in bill... So, what about the rest of 5% GST ....? When we want to talk with floor manager he came after 10 mins .. He could not clarify us about this... So now time to go at Consumer Forum against Brand Factory...

Its a good place for some branded purchases. We dropped in for Puja shopping and found some great discounts. Right now they are offering buy 1 get 1 free. Theres an additional 20 % off for purchases over Rs 4000. The staff are helpful. Parking is available.

The location is between Dumdum Metro Station to Nager Bazar. After crossing Hanuman Mandir you can find Brand Factory. But the collection is average. Not up to the mark as per my choice. Other brand factory collection is better than this shop.

LOCATION : The most appropriate landmark would be Hanuman Mandir (Temple). Need not to worry if you dont remember the exact bus stop. Just tell the conductor or auto driver to drop you at Hanuman Mandir; it is located just at the opposite foot of Hanuman Mandir and falls on Dum Dum Road. ✌️AMBIENCE : The place is neat & clean, hygienic and you have to go through screening at the entrance before entering. It is a 4 - floor set-up with different sections being allocated at individual floors. 😃STAFF : Behaviour of the staffs is something that gives this branch some extra brownie points. I wont name the female staff but she has been absolutely gracious with me while I was searching for my clothes. 😊STOCK : As I have mentioned earlier that it is a 4 - floor set-up so I dont have to say anymore about the variety of stocks; Youll get plenty. This Store is very near to my flat. I visited this store just once this winter. I was looking for a Jacket. Earlier visiting this store I also visited Decathlon. But when I visit this store and checked the quality of the products and price it looks very over priced and the quality is also not up to the mark it market themselves. I was very disappointed. Even there is no much options available in Decathalon, I liked the product quality along with the price in Decathalon.
